A simple to use, and convenient shopping website. The fitting tool helped me make the right size selection for my body type. The shirts are soft and comfortable, they have become my favorite shirts. These shirts are amazing, just give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Tiffany was helpful and courteous. This brand really cares about customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will continue to support this brand, because I feel that TC genuinely cares about the product they sell and the customers' satisfaction. The quality of the tee shirts is top notch, soft, 100% cotton with a flattering fit. I've ordered some other items from TC including my favorite Pacific Blue Hoodie, and now I'm trying their knit caps. I look forward to trying their boxer briefs on my next order. If you're on the fence about trying TC, take the plunge. You will be satisfied that you did!

I think these are the best shirts for men. The tees fit very comfortably and just like the ads you get complimented a lot. I've never received so many compliments from both other men and women before these shirts.

I had chatted in to see if I could exchange my husbands medium shirts (10 of them) with large. When I purchased them they said they were on "sale" I also used a discount code so I got them all for a really good price. When we got them they were a hair small so I thought a large would be better so when I chatted in, she said we could not return them because they were final sale and you cannot return final sale(which I had previously read and made sure what I was buying did not say "final". It only said "sale"). After chatting with her she said that she could give me a credit for the purchase price and I could re buy in large. That wouldn't work in my favor bc now I didn't have a discount code so now I'd only be able to repurchase less shirts for same price I paid. But that was all they could do so I said ok… she then came back and said that she would replace them all with large as a one time courtesy and I could donate the medium shirts
It went from being a disappointing first time experience with the company to a pleasant experience. We really love the shirts so I know we'll be purchasing more. Thank you!

I have purchased T-shirts from True Classic on at least 4 or 5 previous occasions and I had earned 230 Customer Appreciation Points. I tried to buy a 3 pack of T-shirts and a long sleeve waffle shirt. The price that popped up in my cart total was $72.97. If you have 200 "Customer Service Points" then you are supposed to be able to take $20 off that price. After trying to apply that discount multiple times, without any success, I had to contact their customer service. They actually were very responsive. They did respond to both "in chat" and via email fairly quickly. However, when trying to get the additional "Customer Appreciation Points" applied to the sale was a whole other thing. After multiple emails trying to figure out how exactly they were going to apply the reduction they finally provided me with a "special code" that I could apply at checkout. I applied the code and sure enough they took off $20. And in their defense it does say, "amount does not include taxes." So, I clicked on the "complete order" button because I'm pretty much done with their customer service folks at this point. As soon as I clicked it the new total popped up and was $65 and some change. So, seven bucks off. I know, some of you guys probably spend a hundred on a single t-shirt, but I'm not that guy. I'm perfectly ok with a pack of Hanes T-shirts. I think True Classic Tees is a huge Rip Off. Way over priced and if you think they are going to actually reward you for being a repeat customer, well, think again. Those "Customer Service Points" might as well be the middle finger to their customers.

I've had a great experience with True Classic Tee's. Waiting for my fifth order of shirts! I've had a few challenges ordering with coupon codes etc on some orders but there's always someone live available to sort things out and they're super responsive. One order had some sizes wrong but one email had it completely fixed. Great fitting shirts that wash well and are fairly priced. I tried similar tee's from two other sites, not even close on quality or fit. Fussy customer highly recommends!

The shirts are great quality. The fit is amazing. I bought a long sleeve henley, the fit compared to other brands is perfect, I typically need larges in other brands to have enough length in the torso, but then they end up looking baggy around the torso and arms. I purchased a medium through True Classic Tees, the length is good and is well fitting everywhere. My wife commented on how nice the fit was and how nice the shirt made my arms look too. These shirts definitely look good on, I will be buying more, of the various styles to replace some of my other shirts.
