I ordered the wrong size, as I recalled statement on your website or marketing material which said that the fits were tight. Send a message via Facebook, to which Aidan quickly replied, and I believe we have resolve the situation. I'm looking forward to receiving the appropriate size T-shirts, and don't have to make that pesky trip to the post office to return the ill fitting shirts. If they look as good as you say, I'll certainly be ordering more and some polo shirts too.

My only peeve, is that as soon as I open the shirts, that big made in China stamp jumped out of me, and I thought I was buying an American made product. However I know that you have made no such claims, but wouldn't it be bloody great though. Really, they are quite an expensive shirt, but I think people would buy more, and pay more for something that was made over there. I wouldn't mention this publicly, but just an observation. Good luck with it is better pleasure to deal with

I go to gym 5 times a week, i am relatively fit (basic tshirts fit me great).
This one is a BAG - hanging front, arms are smaller, but shoulder too big and bulky, and long AF - touch is nice - but so NOT worth the cost. Go to H&M and a basic T from there - the fitting is so much better and a quarter of the price.
Don't waste your time.

Things happen. How a company handles problems is a very good indicator of their quality. My 12 item order package came in with 11 items. A quick contact message from me led to a very fast reply, apology (not needed), and new order number for missing item from the True Classic support team. Very impressed with the quick response - refreshing in today's world. As a thank you, I'm going to tell at least five people to check out the True Classic website.

I ordered the incorrect size shirts, so I approached True Classic about their return procedure. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that they would send me the correct size shirts and that I should donate the shirts on hand. I have received the correct size shirts in a prompt manner and have donated the other shirts. I wish that there were more companies out there that paid it forward. Good on you True Classic Tees.

I've been a customer for a few years now. Although I haven't had the pleasure of wearing these shirts, I know the men in my family love them. They aren't flashy with logos. The shirts are incredibly soft and durable (they are washed often because they are worn often). And most importantly, they seem to fit everyone. The products have always come in on time and I can usually get them when a decent sale is happening. I am a big fan of the company and have had no issues to this date!
