I've been seeing True Classic for about a year now, and always wanted to give them a shot; but I'm what some might consider "hefty"... At 300lbs and 5' 11", I struggled to feel comfortable in my clothes. When I did feel comfortable, there was a noticeable difference in how I carried myself as well. Giving credence that if you look good, you feel good.
I ended up purchasing during one of their big sales and placed a large(r) order of tshirts, along with some long-sleeve shirts. I was in a hurry to order, so I didn't look at the sizing chart and I purchased a size too small. 1000% my fault. After washing a few of them from the order, they are just a little too small for my size.
I reached out to them on Facebook and within an hour, they had a response and remedy which is shipping me a 3XL Tall tshirt to try on and see how it fits. They said it it fits well, they'll work with me on replacing my large order with the correct size. Luckily, I have plenty of them still in plastic, but it wasn't even a stipulation of theirs.
They quite literally had one goal, get me the right shirt in the right size.

Had a large order and $150 of it was being returned. The responsiveness was awesome. I used FB messenger. They respond almost within 20 mins every time. The detail they displayed, along with their understanding and overall help with sorting out the large order was awesome. Was very surprised and wasn't expecting it.

My husband loves the clothes he gets from True Classic. He really enjoys the t-shirt quality and fit and comments about them often. Most recently I purchased him a zippered jacket with a hood that he had been wanting for a while. He immediately opened it and wore it that day. He wears a True Classic t-shirt out and about dressed up a bit and also around the house for comfort.

I bought some tees last year. I wear them by themselves and as undershirts at school. They are the best-fitting tees I own! My 20 yo daughter liked them on me, so she bought some for her boyfriend this Christmas. They do not wear out fast, so I have not bought more yet. But I will be soon :)

I ordered these tees before. They are ok. However customer service is horrible. My last purchase was 180 dollars the tees were the wrong size. When I went to return I couldn't because they miscoded the order. Long story short some tees had to be returned fed ex others usps. Talk about an inconvenience. Also I have still yet to get my return and customer service is still looking into it. I'm over true classic. I'm actually now really enjoying fresh clean threads. Better fit and feel in my opinion.
Hi Mark, I was able to pull up your ticket with us. It looks like your order was impacted by a very rare SKU error and we had to process it manually. We did ask for you to let us know when you dropped the items off; so we could process your refund. Part of your return was via our portal, and part of it was via a manual return label sent by our team. We most definitely should have been more clear to use the manual label for the entire order- super inconvenient to go to two locations and we apologize for that. I reached out on your original ticket to make this right.
I picked up a True Classic tee only to see if it lived up to the hype. They were having a discount so I got the Bluestone short sleeve tee. The moment it arrived I tried it….
It felt terrible! The fit was weird, there was a strange curved flair at the bottom and the material didn't feel great.
I left a comment on an IG influencer's ad, and the True Classic team swung into action. They got in touch, got my order deets, and promptly dispatched a set of three tees with a trucker hat. FREE! What?
Ok, that's great customer service. When the new order arrived, I tried it on and it was awesome! Killer fit, great colours, and the hat was a nice touch!
Overall, I'm super thrilled!

First time purchasing 3 shirts and I was impressed. Easy order and quick delivery- and the shirts appear to be good quality and fit nice. And the online fitting tool is a great help

I'm sure you've been assaulted by the viral marketing these guys are putting out. "True Classic tees got my girlfriend pregnant!" "These shirts make big guys look like super models." Bottom line? They're $22-25 plain t shirts made in China. That's it. They're relatively soft, but they're not rocking some secret design to make you look better. It's a shirt. And you can probably get better ones for the same price or cheaper.
PS, for added fun, they get pretty annoyed and will delete your comments on their ads if you point any of this out. Especially the $25 made in China part.
