Amazing customer service!
Ordered a set for my partner for Christmas but unfortunately needed a different size. Needed some help with the return and they organised it all for me and sent a replacement out for free and told me to keep the set I already have. Would certainly reccomend and shop here again. Tshirts are amazing quality and very comfy and flattering.
Great fit. Long lasting and feel good! I had been going through so many shirts because they shrank or just couldn't hold up. True Classic tees are the ones that you should get everytime.

I order a value pack all size large and every shirt has a different fit and different material This is the second time this happened to me I will never order from this company again.

I didn't know what to buy my husband for Christmas so I saw an add for these shirts. He has hyperthyroidism and he gets so depressed at his figure. After trying on the first shirt he fell in love and his confidence has went up! I know that may sound crazy to some but it's a big deal for me as his wife. We will continue to purchase these shirts!

Great to wear, very comfortable, the smart/casual look is an absolute must have, I never feel out of place wearing a True Classic Tee Shirt.
Ridiculously fast response time on IG. Addressed my sizing issues like a boss. Understood my situation and sent me out a fresh replacement the same day. Super personable and polite. Really disappointing. Tee shirts don't match the advertising. Customer service is ordinary. Didn't seem to be interested in solving the problem, just putting me into some sort of convoluted and time consuming returns process. Was really looking forward to these tees…

I have waited almost four weeks for these to arrive (bought during Black Friday) in time for Christmas but here I am on Christmas Eve and they have not arrived. They really should warn customers it takes over a month to arrive.

My order for some T-shirts had the wrong size, or the tag was the wrong size. I messaged the company and they immediately replaced them with the correct sizes. I've never experienced such excellent customer service. I'd recommend this company to everyone based on my experience.

Had a pack of shirts delivered, one of them had a hole in the side. I chatted with somebody and that day I got a new order started to replace the defective shirt. I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

I originally made an order for a 3 pack T during the Black Friday special. Received it and was not entirely happy with the fit. The company reached out to me concerning my order right away with solutions to fix the issue.

Very poor quality thin material, fit was terrible and i do not have a big belly but these just made me look plain fat, had to pay return shipping myself from Australia DHL will not pick up so i have to drive 40km

Well it all started when I was on youtube a commercial for true classic came up I thought "they look good" then I bought a three-pack from them it got to my home I put it on and loved it there soft little bit tight in the chest and arms and I am looking forward to buying some more of there products, but one thing that I don't like about them is that their prices are pretty high I remember that a few months ago their tees were each 19.99 but now their 29.99 each which is really high for me and I don't have that kind of money for spending 86 dollars for three shirts plus I am a teen I don't have a job to get money so True classic if your reading this please lower your prices.
