I have a bunch of shirts and now a pair of jeans from True Classic. They fit reliably and very comfortably on my pretty normal "dad bod" I don't feel like I'm wearing a wet suit nor a moomoo, which often happens with other brands. The only thing that has been a little bit of a frustration is that it seems like the red and grey shirts have run just ever so slightly smaller than the black and blue shirts, so the red and grey fit just a little bit too tight in the arm pits, but otherwise fit well and I still wear them every week. The pants fit very well and I don't feel like I'm about to split the seams, the legs are a little long for my height, but the waist and thighs fit very well.

I had bought a jacket from them and when one of the buttons came off on the second or third time wearing it. I reached out to them after hours with a picture of what had occurred and within minutes of emailing I had a email saying they were shipping a new one. I own other clothing by them and I cannot recommend them enough.

I've purchased the tees after seeing it on social. The tees didn't arrive for over a month and when I wrote them about it they found out that it was not handled properly and resent it, still didn't arrive. They sent me message to rate my experience and what do I think about the tees, it's a joke

I had an issue with one of my tee shirts shrinking in the dryer(don't use high heat). I reached out to customer service, they were super quick to respond. They resolved the issue and by the time we wrapped up our communication(email), a replacement was on its way. Every company should strive for customer service this good. Nicely done True Classic!

I ordered a 3 pack of shirts and one of them didn't fit like the others. I contacted their customer service team and they got back to me within an hour. They sent a replacement shirt out that day.
