I ordered Same-Day Delivery for flowers to come for my mother's birthday. I took the day off to be spending quality time with her, and my kids because these moments are what matters most. I wanted to get my mother flowers, to brighten up her a day just a bit more! I turned to this company to order my flowers, and turns out it was just a scam! They start off with an email saying how they can't make a delivery in that time frame, and they said that the delivery will arrive between 11-5pm. It didn't arrive at all! How outrageous this is and for them not to keep their promise of Same-Day Delivery? Unbelievable! I requested a refund of my purchase, which will be refunded in 5-7 business days. If not done, I'll just have to write another awful and crucial review about the same issue, just updated.

NO REFUND?

Ordered Flowers for My Daughters very small wedding. PROMISED they would be there. NO SHOW Called them they had no idea were driver was
This happened on OCT 11 2019
BUT they so PROMISED, I called to cancel they said no problem
OK I have called Three times still NO CREDIT! OH we did the credit Take it up with your credit card. So. Am out $90.00 dollars.
Have not heard from credit card company. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS?
Never order from they they do not do the service.

Waiting on Refund!

Ordered Birthday arrangement on December 11th. No driver to deliver flowers. I have attempted to get refund to my card unsuccessful since December 11th. Today is January 13th. Still no refund! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. It is sad not to be Honest. Congratulations

I ordered flowers to be delivered December 23rd... I received an email saying unfortunately they could not get to my order and would be crediting me back my payment and it would take 5-7 business days. I waited until after the first of the year and nothng. I reached out to them asking them to check and they responded by saying they would check and I heard nothing. 2 days later I checked again with them and I was told there was something wrong with their system and it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I waited and still nothing. I kept asking for some kind of proof that it was refunded and was told there is no way to get me proof. I asked if they could tell me when the refund went through and they said Dec 27th. Needless to say that I was told 4 different things by them and none were true. I asked to speak to a manager and they would not let me. If you call the 800 number they will be very rude to you and tell you they cannot help you and you have to email customer service... they will tell you to ask for "Rachel" as she is the manager in charge but you will never see a response from her.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. Flowers were ordered Friday Jan 10, to be delivered to my work. They were ordered that morning and my boyfriend was told they would be delivered that afternoon, when i came home empty handed he was confused. Hes been trying to call all morning to figure out the situation and no one will answer. So i emailed them and they are ignoring me. Told me to have him contact him even with me sending the receipt. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on January 5th and they sent me an email on the 5th that they weren't able
To deliver. They said they were issuing a credit which I am still waiting for!
Terrible business! Should be negative stars allowed.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered Flowers this morning 1/10/20 to be delivered to a Hospital. The flowers were delivered to today BUT, they were NOT what I paid for! I took a Picture o what I ordered and my Cousin sent me a Picture of what was sent! I wish I had read the Reviews first. Lesson learned. I really want to STOP the payment but, my Cousin thought they were pretty and mad her feel better. Instead, I will suck it up and write this BAD REVIEW in hopes that others DON"T ORDER from them.

I ordered a "best wishes" floral bouquet for my daughter for a promotion she received at work and some type of green plant (looked like it was for a funeral) was delivered. As others have complained, their 888 number is for sales only and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and adamant that I needed to resolve the issue via e-mail. After sending a number of emails with jpg attachments of the bouquet I ordered and what was delivered, I was told they couldn't open the attachments. I also sent them as tif files. I've reported them to my credit card company and will be disputing the charges. It appears that Troys Florist takes on-line orders and works with local florists to deliver the order? Buyer beware!

I ordered flowers several days in advance for a birthday. On that day, they said there had been a glitch in the system but promised to deliver them the next day. The next day, I get an "oops" email and they said they were not going to deliver them at all. Theoretically, there is a refund coming, but I'm not holding my breath until it comes. Pretty sad.

On 12/20/19 I placed a order for delivery on 12/21 never delivered, called on 12/23/19 and was told to email after being hung up on twice, was informed by e mail order was not delivered I will be issued a refund, I email every Monday informing I never received refund, last email as of yesterday I was told there is nothing they can do!, it was refunded on the 12/21/19 which is impossible, we did not find out it was delivered until 12/23/19... but I will not give up, even if I have to shut them down!

Horrible customer service period! They make you out to be the liar when you tell them the flowers you ordered where not delivered. They make the website look like its a local flower shop, when it is not. I was told they were from East Brunswick, NJ, but who knows? I live just a few miles from where these flowers were to be delivered, and they aren't even around here and they want to argue with me on whether they were delivered or not. I got suckered into these people, don't let that happen to you. Make sure your purchasing from a local shop that is legit, and not an online scammer. Just too many reviews on here for the same reason I'm stating. Told me no refund! Just like that, Rude! If i can save one person from buying from these people, this review will be worth it. I don't leave bad reviews at all, but this whole experience has been a disaster.

Although the flowers are pretty, and the delivery driver was very nice and friendly, the phone customer service was awful. My boyfriend paid for it to be delivered at noon as a birthday surprise, not only was it hours late customer service hung up on him because he was understandably upset that his surprise was ruined. I was kept on hold well over 20 minutes without even a hello as well as hung up on. They gave several inaccurate delivery times and it finally came 5 hours late. I'm shocked and disappointed in how this was handled. You don't hang up on customers because they have questions about things they paid for and we won't be using their services ever again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend for her 80th birthday on 12/27/19 and they were never delivered. I called the customer service number and was told it was only a sales number, I would have to email *******@troysflorist.com, i reveived no reply. I have filed a dispute with my bank. This appears to be a scam. I should have researched the business before ordering... I will next time!

I placed an online order and the day after it was supposed to be delivered I got an email that said the local florist was too busy and that I will get a refund in 2-5 days. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. They keep emailing me saying they will look into it but nothing. WHAT A SCAM!

I have filed an FTC report on Troys Florist. They never did deliver the ordered flowers and I've yet to receive a refund. It is sad people cannot get a 'real' job and take advantage of others as Troys. Of course, had I researched this site more, I would have found they were horrid, so I suppose I am to blame.

I ordered flowers from Troys on 12/24/19 for local delivery. I supplied an email address, but never received any email confirmation of the order. I called, and the recording stated that they were closed. I assumed my card would not be charged, and they may or may not bother to contact me about not delivering. Much to my surprise today, 1/2/2020, I find a charge on my credit card from Troys! I called the toll-free number, they said this was the sales number, and I would need to contact customer service. I didn't want to bother with the runaround - I disputed the charge on my card, and spent the "runaround time" posting this review. RUN from this florist, DO NOT USE for any reason! I contacted another locally owned florist on Stratford Rd in WS, and they had the arrangement delivered within 3 hours. SHAME ON YOU, TROYS, FOR POSING AS A LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS!

Poor customer service

I ordered an arrangement on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday for MIL birthday. They emailed mid-day on Tuesday to say they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order until Friday. I feel they had to have known they were too busy when they received the order from their call center on Monday. At a minimum, they should have called me (my phone # was provided) on Monday to let me know so that I had time to make other arrangements. I won't even go into issues with the call center. I rarely write reviews but this really got my goat. I wish I had seen the other poor reviews prior to ordering.

Not what was promised

I picked out a pic of tulips and hyacinths in pale pink and deep blue. They sent a an arrangement of mauve roses (recipient does not like roses). When I complained, they said "we are allowed to make substitutions." Maybe, but they should have stuck with the same vibe and colors. They refused to send a replacement.
