Ordered 12/6 & got email saying they couldn't do same day deliver but could deliver next day. Next day nothing. So I emailed them & they claim they tried to reach out by phone cause they were unable to fulfill my order (my phone never rang) But they will issue a refund I should see in 2-5 business days. After 7 days nothing. I reach out again & then they say "there was an issue with their refund system" so they would reissue another refund & I should wait another 2-5 days. I emailed back an irritated response which they ignored & have ignored me since. That was 12 days ago. It is now 12.26 & still no refund. I will be issuing a charge back with my bank. This company is complete trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

Awful awful awful

They delivered the wrong arrangement- when I called I was hung up on 3 times. They offered 25% refund - "because I was upset". My mom even said I wonder how many times this happens and they don't do anything.

Got a tree branch with an ornament- no joke - a tree branch

Cancelled delivery

I ordered Christmas arrangement to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Website showed that it could be delivered as requested. Received an e-mail Christmas Eve morning that "due to holiday overload, they could not deliver until 12/26". Now it's too late to get it delivered by another company.

Bad experience all around

The bouquet is nothing like the beautiful image of the bouquet I selected online. My folks received 4 carnations, some sprigs of greenery, leaves spray painted gold, a couple of mums and two roses. While I understand that substitutions might need to be made at busy times of the year, the bouquet they received (pictured) is very cheap looking and it makes me sad that this is what my Mom received. Like many other florists, they should have said "SOLD OUT" next to the images on their website. I will not buy from them again.

A friend of mine ordered 130$ of flowers. Never arrived. The people at the shop kept putting him off. They did not give him a refund. I urge everyone to file a complaint with the Attorney General for the town/state they do business out of. The county they are in is Middlesex County. It's a week after the memorial that I ordered an arrangement for. They did not receive the arrangement that I ordered. Not only did the family not receive the arrangement, I didn't receive notification or a refund.

When I called the number listed on the site, the person answering was over the top rude, when asked if Customer service was there on site, she told me Nope, good luck, have a nice day, click (all within one breath.) Very disappointed would not use again.

I ordered the flowers and then was told they were not able to deliver until the next day. The next day I was informed that they tried to contact me (I never received a phone call) that they were not able to get hold of their affiliated locations in their area and therefore would refund my money which would take 2-5 business days. It has been 7 days and I still didn't receive the refund. I am not happy with the services of this place at all. Very, very bad customer service.

I ordered flowers did not get the flowers for two days after I place the order. Then I did not get what I paid for. I ordered pink petals with a pink vase, received yellow flowers with a clear glass vase. The customer service reps are very rude. They won't let you speak then they hang up on you. You have to send an email and wait for someone to email you back. I have never done business with a place like this before. I will never do business with Troys again. They are a rip off. They need to be out of business.

Hideous service.

The arrangement I ordered and paid for--a green table centerpiece with roses, mums and candles-was substituted with a small vase with three white lilies and red alstroemeria. I was not contacted as their webpage indicates when there is any change. After receiving a picture of what was sent, I now asked them to send the correct order which they refused to do. After numerous attempts via email to customer service, they offered to reimburse 10% because I am "unhappy." They are the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. The first photo is what was sent; the second photo what I ordered.
NEVER USE THEM.

I placed an order for 12/24 delivery and took a picture of the details from my computer screen prior to clicking "place order" as verification. Flowers ended up being delivered the same day. I found out when one of the people who went in on the order told me because my name was left off of the card. I reached out to Troys Florist and was told it's my responsibility to review the invoice they sent me (I explained the order was placed and delivered the same day and after I placed the order I was off from work and didn't see their email come through). They also told me to send proof my name was left off the card. Embarassing but ok. Wish I could give less than 1 star! First pic is what we ordered lily and roses - 2nd is what was sent - CARNATIONS...

My bf tried to surprise me with flowers at work for my bday. Not only did they deliver it after I left for the day (and I work 7am-7pm) But it was NOT what he ordered. Not a single Lily (which it stated would have two types). And added a very cheap bear with stains on it he didn't order. He was embarrassed by this puny thing he paid $62 for! And they won't give his money back?!

DID NOT DELIVER FLOWERS

Failed to deliver flowers for 2 days. First it was a "driver issue" then it was "they couldn't get hold of any affiliates in the city that it was going to" This was for a college graduation and I had to scramble at the last minute to try and get some other flowers to the graduate the morning of. They claimed to have called me, which they didn't. This company needs to be shut down based on the other reviews on this site. If I don't get a full refund, I will be challenging the charge as fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I couldn't agree more with all the reviews listed. I ordered a beautiful plant arrangement for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday ONLY to have hideous flowers delivered instead. I can't reach a human being to make a complaint and they keep spitting back rehearsed/scripted emails about how this is policy.

This scam website should be shut down. Flowers not delivered and no confirmation by email. Assume this a fake website and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau in MA. Trying to block payment going through my credit card now.

Flowers were never delivered for funeral. Called CS and got a rep who was very well rehearsed and would t let me speak and after her spill, hung up on me. Called back two more times and got the same treatment. Contacted the thru email and was emailed back that I would rcv full refund but ha e yet to see it.

Same story as most, ordered flowers for gfs bday and got an email later saying undeliverable.

The website appeared to be a local florist, so I didn't check. When I called to discuss I was hung up on because I wasn't a sale. What the hell is that?

This isn't about over priced flowers, there is always something deeper to the situation. It can be happy or sad... either way ordering flowers usually revolves around a memorable moment. My day took a hit, certainly not to the level of other posters here.

These people have no shame, it's inexcusable.

The worst. Promise same day delivery which is the first lie, then they say they will get your delivery to recipient by noon the next day, lie two. Then a day later they cancel the order and send an email advising that no flowers will be delivered. Flowers were for the loss of a loved one - three days late is so not OK. Avoid these people like the Spanish flu! They are unscrupulous!

I understand, at times, florists might need to substitute flowers for one reason or another, but to have issues with 75% of the flowers in the arrangement? Give me a break! The difference between what I ordered and what was received are night and day... no sunflowers, no mums, no lillies, etc. What they neglected to included was "filled" with what appears to be cheap grocery store flowers that I could have bought for $14. I disputed the item with the owner and he offered 25% back... I told him that since I got 50% of the arrangement, he should be offering 50% back to me. No go with him so I'm going to dispute this with my credit card company since I did not receive what I paid for. Bait and switch is illegal. Stay away from this company!
