Husband is currently in a deployed location, ordered what he thought was a nice arrangement of flowers that I love only to receive something totally different! He ordered red roses with red carnations and I got red carnations and white daisies in a bouquet that was half the size of the original one! Offered 10% refund because I was upset and was reminded about their substitution policy... you cannot tell me that they ran out of red roses two days before Valentines Day and that daisies are a comparable substitution! I will not order from them again!
Lets teach this guy a lesson, All you have to do is google search his company and then click on the AD link to his site night the homepage link, the AD link. Google will charge him for the ad click. If we get enough people to do this his ad expense will sky rocket and he will owe google tens of thousands of dollars $$$$.
Now only click 1 or 2 times because if google sees multiple clicks from the same IP address they will not charge him due to click fraud. So don't get his charges reversed because of click fraud.
Canceled my order the day before Valentine's Day... I was in another country so I couldn't arrange for anything else. Their customer service is not only bad but complete jerks!
The orders are taken by people from their homes, I heard kids in the back ground. They don't even know what they are sending. The flowers never arrived. It is impossible to contact a real person for help. Wish I had seen this website before I ordered! Worst place ever!

I looked for a florist that was in my sisters town, to be sure they were local. Troy's Florist makes it appear they are local, but honestly I don't know if they even are a real place that sells flowers. They confirmed a Sat delivery. It wasn't delivered. Then they said Monday. No delivery. When I complained and asked them to send them immediately, they said they would not deliver the flowers but would refund me. No refund has appeared. This just is maddening. How can they stay in business with so many reports. I will NEVER order online again without checking the BBB complaints.

Ordered and PAID FOR select flower arrangement that included price, delivery fee, service fee, and taxes OVER a week in advance for my daughter for a 12 February delivery. The week of delivery I receive an email informing me they were changing their prices due to Valentines day and would need to charge me an additional $25 for the order or accept an AS IS "florists choice" for money paid, or I could request to cancel for refund. In 30+ years of ordering flowers i have never had this occur and consider this a complete "bait and switch" tactic. This is misleading and completely false advertising I of course canceled and am now having to wait the processing time for my money to be refunded. I have let several people know in the area along with having my daughter (in her new home and neighborhood) to pass the word to her friends and neighbors she meets to not use this floral company. Disturbing.
I am very frustrated with this business. My mom was in the hospital in December. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers. Days later I am told they can't find anyone to send my order, so I will get a refund. February and I STILL don't have a refund. Now they are ignoring my emails. I am going to call yet again, but I doubt I will ever see my nearly $70 they took. After being initially told there was an error with their system in December, I have now been told I have been refunded my money. I can get a copy of my bank statement that proves I DID NOT get it. I am extremely TICKED OFF! They may think $70 isn't any money, but to most of us working people, it is. NEVER EVER USE THEM!
I ordered the "Spring Tulip Surprise" flower arrangement for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I wanted to make a sweet surprise of her favorite flowers and instead. I was ashamed of what she received. Instead of beautiful 20 tulips, she received worthless and old flowers - 3 flimsy roses and 3 carnations, and yellow filler flowers. Petals were folded and ripped. Rosebuds were soft and the flower heads leaning down. It was simply a pathetic arrangement. I paid the total $80 for this birthday surprise - it's a rip-off.
Customer service responded to my email saying that the florist didn't have tulips, so they tried to replace tulips with similar flowers, aiming to keep the same color and equal value. Equal value?! I would not have taken it for free!
Nobody called me to let me know that the florist did not have tulips and, they offered a 10% refund! Are you serious?!

Somebody has to shut down this "business". These people are scammers.
1. Site says it is local, family owned, hand delivered, but that is disingenuous. It certainly is not local to Washington State, which was the zip code I entered. They may fill the orders through some local operation, but that didn't happen either. If a company advertises that they are local, then I expect to speak to the people who know the area, their available flowers, who can discuss my selection.
2. Same day delivery didn't happen - They did not contact me, I had to follow - up and then found out they weren't delivered. They "sincerely apologized" and said it was an... "internal glitch and the order was showing as sent out to our local location, and after further investigation we discovered it was not sent out".
3. I canceled the order since the recipient would not be available to receive the flowers on the date Troy proposed, and was given a cancel confirmation number.
4. That was 2 weeks ago, and the pending cc charge has now a been charged to my account. I contacted customer service and they apologized again and said they would make sure it is processed correctly but it would take another 4 days!
I'm not sure how they are allowed to stay in business. The BBB seems to have a body of complaints about them.
I have only posted one negative review, ever (re a deck umbrella I ordered), but this is either an extremely inept

I ordered flowers for my mom. The money instantly came out of my account. Over an hour later I got an email that they would not be able to deliver them that instead of a Friday delivery it would be attempted the next Monday. I requested a refund, one week later I still have not received it and now they will not answer the phone.
How grimy! It is extremely rare that I order things without reading reviews. However, after a long emotional day, I rushed to order flowers for a funeral from what I first assumed was a local company. They were supposed to be delivered the next day. I called the funeral home to confirm delivery. No flowers. Called the next day and the next... Still no flowers. Called the toll-free number (listed on their very professional looking website) and spoke with THE RUDEST THING I've ever encountered. It (the thing on the phone) sounded female and incompetent and told me I had to email the company for a refund. I emailed the company and got an almost immediate reply with no explanation, just a dry apology, and they said they would refund my account in 5-7 business days. Of course they didn't, so as of this morning (business day 8 or 9) filed a request with the credit card company citing fraud. It wasn't until this morning that I read all these horrible reviews in which many sound exactly like my complaint. I will follow the advice of others and file a formal complaint. HOW GRIMY!
This place is terrible. I picked them at random from florists in Topsham Maine. See Julie L's review. I had the exact same problems about two weeks before her. Promises not kept, said I couldn't speak to manager, person on the phone the first time I called said i had to order online because they couldn't take any more orders over the phone that day. Order was delivered 3-4 days late because of an "issue with their driver." Then when order was delivered it was totally the wrong thing. I ordered a large peace lily and they delivered some lame bouquet. This was for a friend who had just lost her husband and had just moved to Maine. Never again. Another phone call I had about the late delivery & not getting back to me, that woman was incredibly rude. I should have spent more time looking for a review. Janet R
I usually always check reviews before ordering anything but being pressed for time and being out of state I failed. DO NOT order from here period! This company made my entire family look bad when flowers didn't show up for my sons girlfriends Grandfather's Memorial Service. This is just sickening that they still have an active website and trust me when I say, i will be pursuing this issue with those higher up as they are scamming people falsifying goods that are not delivered and from some of the photos on here they provide less than stellar quality in comparison to what you think you ordered. Our flowers just didn't show up.
I ordered flowers for a funeral service to be delivered 2/5/20. As of 10:00 this morning 2/6/20, nothing has been delivered to the funeral home from this florist, nothing from my family and of course no flowers for the deceased's family without a sender. Calling the numbers provided on multiple websites attached to Troys Florist *******3800 & *******593); I was told that I would need to contact them via e-mail as the numbers are for new orders only and they do not have the ability to look at previous orders or the drivers logs as far as delivery goes.
I e-mailed both websites (*******@troysflorist.com; *******@flowersonlinellc.com) where it states "you will receive a reply within seconds!" and I have heard nothing back and it's been much longer than the seconds they promised. I e-mailed both sites from my work e-mail and personal e-mail just in case my work e-mail would be marked as spam. I started looking for information regarding to my order and delivery but without any response, I have requested this order get cancelled as the service was completed without the goods delivered on 2/5/20 as requested.
Based on the million awful reviews on this company, it looks like I am not the only one having issues with this problem.

After placing my order, I became skeptical of the validity of the company (due to issues I had with the rep on the phone). Much to my dismay, I discovered that the company had terrible review and was essentially a scam. I immediately cancelled my order and was told that I would be refunded my charges within 3 business days. One month later, they still have refused to refund the charges. I disputed it with my credit card company, but chances are they will end up eating the cost and Troy's Florist will get away with it. Very frustrating. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST.
Same as everyone else. Ordered flowers and received an email saying they could not be delivered, they would send them out the next day. Next day came and I received the same email. I called their phone number and got a very rude lady telling me she is only sales and cannot help me all I can do is send an email. I did but did not receive and answer. File a fraud claim with your bank or credit card provider ASAP. I am also going to file a complaint with the FBI here https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx/
I placed an order last week for flowers on 1/30 to be delivered local to the shop by 2/1. On 1/31 I received an email not a phone call to say they would not be able to deliver until 2/3 and that I needed to contact the shop to move forward. I emailed the shop (and called but no one answered) and expressed my disappointment and asked if there was anything they could do. Thankfully they emailed back right away but said no. I said fine to the Monday delivery but asked that the $14.99 delivery fee be refunded. They in turn said no but offered a 10% discount. Since i didn't think this was fair that I Pay the expedited fee, I canceled the order. I was told throw was a flat fee but that is not how it looked on the website. My credit card had already been authorized for the $90.93 but they said I should expect s refund on my account in 5-7 business days which is also not great but standard language amd practice. This all happened on 1/31. What really gets me is that on 2/3 the pending charge actually moved to posted and upon contacting the CC company they had no record of the refund request from the florist. When I contacted Troys on the morning of 2/4 their response was thank you for contacting us we will get back to you... but no one has of yet. Just be careful who you do business with. Not sure if they think people just forget about $90 or don't check their accounts? Customer service could use some help and just overall process.
I ordered flowers for delivery on a Saturday for a family member starting chemo treatments. I was charged 62.99 on my card and they never got delivered! They sent a email stating that they had a problem with their delivery driver and could deliver on Monday. I tried to call the number several times which is a NO ANSWER. They stole my money and we never got the flowers. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE AWFUL NASTY BUSINESS OWNERS.
Ohhh, the same story! I really wish to search deeper about this company's reputation. The same store, the same disappointment with NO same day delivery. The seller offered Monday delivery instead of Saturday (that I chose and paid for). I said that I no longer needed it on Monday and asked for the money refund. He agreed actually. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED! I emailed him several times during the month and all the time there were "reasonable" excuses with NO further refund! I went to my bank (BOFA) and opened a claim with confirmation that I contacted the seller with no success! It took about 2 weeks of the bank to check and refund the whole amount to my bank account! I advise it to everyone!
I ordered a piece for a funeral for someone very dear to me & they never delivered it. I called called & called, I emailed, emailed & emailed & nothing. Finally got through & every person I spoke with was very rude. Do not use this company!

Answer: It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.

Answer: That is a good question. It also makes me wonder about a lot of the other sites advertising they are "local". Finally went with 1-800 Flowers. I did find some excellent almost-local florists in nearby Portland Oregon who had the kind of unique arrangements I was looking for, but they don't deliver in Wash. State, possibly a sales tax issue.

Answer: These people have to answer the God himself for this. Share your experience with the ones you sought to comfort... but use it as a way to do something meaningful a little later when the calls and visits stop. Just be sure and dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company.
