I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, they took my payment and never delivered flowers. It wasn't until 9 phone calls and the next day that I was able to get through to someone, who, of course, put me on hold, 7 minutes, then transferred me to another hold, 5 minutes, then disconnected me. This happened EVERY TIME!. Customer service is TERRIBLE, every time I called to find out why flowers were not delivered, the put me on hold, for very long hold times and then "disconnected" when they rolled me over yet again, to hold... hold... hold... hold... disconnected... here we go again!
I cancelled my CC payment. I believe they are a Scam!

Should be illegal

As you can see from the other numerous reviews, caution you DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. What a mess! I ordered flowers for my friend who just went through a breakup yesterday to be delivered yesterday. When I called this morning, the folks answer, say nothing, and immediately send you to hold. After being on hold, it took 5 minutes to track down the status of my order (why?). Then I was told they attempted to deliver yesterday but could not. The lady on the phone then told me it would be delivered today. I asked for a confirmation and for them to touch base with the recipient after hanging up the phone.

An hour later, I get an email stating "We could not deliver your order. Please advise." Nothing else. No mention of why, not mention of SORRY, no mention of refund.

I call again, hold again. Then the MANAGER answered and rudely informed me they don't deliver there and I'd get my refund. I asked why this was not explained to me yesterday or this morning. She cut me off and hung up.

I called back, asked to speak to a supervisor and was she wasn't in and would call me back. I hardly expect anyone to.

What a mess though. Such an unprofessional business. Very unfortunate they get away with this kind of behavior. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I ordered Flowers on Monday for same day delivery. Guess what? They never delivered. I called the following day and they gave me a $5.00 discount. I thought I would have been the first on the list for morning delivery. It was 4:15 on Tuesday and still no delivery. I asked to speak to the manager, of course there was no manager available to talk to. I did end up canceling the order. I would like to prevent the frustration of others when they hear devastating news from a loved one and are looking to send their loving thoughts. I highly recommend using a different florist. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews.

I wanted flowers delivered for my sister's 70th Birthday. I looked online as I am in Ohio and she is in Alabama. I found what I liked and called Troys florist. I asked if they delivered in my sister's city and was told yes. But they didn't deliver them on the day we agreed on or 2 other days we talked about on 2 other phone calls and text. So I finally cancelled order and asked for refund. It still hasn't shown up on my credit card. They told me to contact my bank which I did. No refund has been received and I started this on Feb 1 now it's March 6. Today they again told me to go to bank and the won't dispute charge when bank contacts them. The don't have date available when refund was issued. What a huge hassle for no flowers.

I ordered flowers yesterday with their website saying same day delivery. Guess what? No flowers. How can they do this to someone who is grieving over the loss of a loved one.So the website reads email us and you will receive a response within seconds... Well it has been a day later and no return emails. I also called several times yesterday to talk to someone... As if I thought it couldn't get worse. I heard a woman mumble something followed by music then realized I was on hold and was on hold for so long the phone rang again same scenario no one ever came to the phone and when I could understand someone who was telling me to hold they were snotty and rude. Needless to say I went to the bank and disputed the charge and they WILL NOT be getting their money. I should have read the reviews first but at that moment I was only thinking of my loved ones... Hey Troys here is a concept if you cant handle your business then shut the doors. I have never seen such incompetence. ALSO YOU SHOULD ALL KNOW LOGANS FLOWERS IS THE SAME BUSINESS. These are the flowers that showed up a day late. Paid 83.40 for 3 roses and a lily. Was suppose to be a full vase of white lillies. About 10 dollars worth of flowers. Horrible human beings!

This is a scam site I shouldn't have been so naive to just order without looking at the reviews. These people are pieces of $#*! I will be doing everything I can to shut them down. Charged more than they should've, never delivered, lied about it, SCUM. Now I have to cancel my credit card and dispute charges. I was just trying to order $#*!ing flowers for my boyfriends mother who lost her husband.

I ordered flowers on the 2/8/19 for delivery on the 11, never got flowers or my refund. Due to weather they were unable to deliver my flowers. Troy's offered me a new delivery date or a refund. I requested the refund. It's been almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls no refund. I finally had to file a claim through my bank to get my refund.

Would be nice to be able to rate this company a 0. Ordered flowers for a friend before Valentine's Day. They said same day delivery. I called a couple of days later and they said they "had a family emergency". Said I would have to wait until AFTER the Valentine's Day rush. Well, this was ordered prior so why do I have to wait?
Followed up a week later and they said they issued a refund because they couldn't do the delivery. The lady via email stated I should have had the refund right away because she issued it "a long time ago". This has been 2 weeks. Still waiting and now they don't respond to email.

Looks like it's a fraud!

I ordered flowers for friends birthday. The order was not delivered, nor was I notified. Four days later there was no concern about the transaction. I was disconnected/hung up on five times. After I cancel the order, they would not give me a cancellation number for the transaction.

There is No conscious and No integrity. They are the very very worst!

I am writing to let you know I have never been more disgusted with a florist and I used to have a floral business in Dallas, TX. I ordered flowers on Friday and picked a very high end arrangement. It was not delivered on Friday as promised, no call and no email to let me know the driver had already left before my order was placed. I then called on Saturday and talked to a very rude employee who assured me the order would go out and it would look like what I ordered, it was not delivered. I learned from my friend that I was sending flowers too, that there had been flooding.

Today, I did not call to check on the order, but I did get a picture sent tonight from my friend that the flowers were delivered. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. I have included both pictures of what was sent vs. what I was ordered. I confirmed with the employee on Saturday that they had the flowers to build this order. I do not see one, tulip, one rose or one cymbidium orchid. I want my money back and do not expect to pay for this arrangement as it was not delivered on time or with the quality of flowers I ordered. I ordered an all purple, primarily roses, floral arrangement for a close friend's sudden passing this week. I placed the order on line, so the next day I called to confirm that everything would be correct and delivered on time. I was assured that was the case. The arrangement that arrived was made of multi colored wild flowers and carnations. When I emailed my dissatisfaction, along with photographs, I was sited the company's substitution policy. 1. There is no way that wildflowers and carnations equate monetarily to roses. 2. The substitution policy says that they strive to, but do not gaurentee that customers will be notified if a substitution will be required. I called them! I did the work for them and at no time did they give any indication at all that anything required substitution. They offered a 25% discount because I was unhappy, but they are firm that that is the most they will give me. It should be noted that I still have not received the 25% discount back. I will never use them again and I hope no one else will either. I wish I would have searched reviews before placing my order, but it was so sudden and I just needed to get them ordered. Lesson learned on my part. I hope I can warn others.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before ordering. My son asked me if I would help him order flowers for his girlfriends birthday who is attending college almost a thousand miles away. I scrolled down the lists of florists on Google in her city and saw that it was a "Family ran" business that offered same day service. I always try to support mom and pop shops and I needed same day delivery so I thought it was a win-win. My son picked the flower arrangement out and we placed the order online. Keep in mind, the kid works two jobs and goes to college and was so happy to be sending his girlfriend flowers. So, he waits and waits and keeps asking his girlfriend how her day is going trying to not ruin the surprise. As evening is approaching he finally breaks down and asks her if she got flowers and she said no. We try to call Troys and no answer. We email them because their website states they respond right away. We got no response. The next day after not receiving the delivery nor an email we call again. The girl that answers the phone says "hold" and then I hear music. A couple minutes later she says florists and I give her my reference number. She says, "Oh yeah it's going to be delivered later today." I explain that her birthday was yesterday, she is not at work today (where it was being delivered). The girl just kept repeating that it would go out today. I asked why if there was a problem with it being delivered, why somebody couldn't have called and let us know. The girl was so rude and said she would give me a refund and hung up on me. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I wish I would have known and I hope people read this before they are disappointed. It's obviously not a random event.

Dishonest - Rude - Shady

First of all when you call they do not give names. The " customer support" department is angry when you call. My husband ordered flowers and then was contacted and told that there is an additional fee to have them delivered on the date he requested. Its been 2 weeks and the money has not been refunded to us. When I called the customer service rep Amanda said the owner is out of the country and the manager is sick. SHADY~! SHADY! Shady!

They said they would refund my money, that was over a month ago. I should have read the reviews first. I called again, still no refund. STAY AWAY! Total scam.

What a disaster!

I pre-ordered my wife a premium rose arrangement for Valentine's Day. Yes, I was a sucker and upgraded to the premium version rather than the standard. Entered my card message to go along with the flowers and I was finished. I gave myself a pat on the back because I ordered 3 weeks in advance!
Come the day of delivery... My wife sends me a picture of her flowers... I replied that there must be some mistake. They was not a single rose in the arrangement. It was carnations, dasies, and 2 day lillies. Not to mention, the message on the card was incorrect! I call the 800 # listed on their site and the person answering says, Florist. When I inquired, she said I needed to take a picture of what was received and send it to their customer service department which I did, promptly. I waited an hour and heard nothing. Thinking they would redo the arrangement and deliver it that day, I was getting a bit anxious! So, I called back. The same lady answers, Florist. I explain and she cuts me off and says someone will get back to me by the end of the day. At this point, I am getting annoyed. I explained that the arrangement ordered was an all rose arrangement and that is what I wanted. She proceeded to tell me that they have a substitution policy and that is what happened. Annoyed a bit more, I said that any other day, their substitution policy would be fine but when I order roses on valentine's day, I expect roses! Not carnations and dasies! She is then annoyed and said someone will reply in 5 minutes. I receive a generic form-letter email stating they would like to offer a 25% refund. To which I replied, no. Either the arrangement I ordered or a refund. To save a bit of time, multiple emails and phones calls went back and forth and they offered a 60% refund and that was it. No new flowers! I explained to them that a 75% refund would suffice as I don't expect to get what they delivered for free. They declined. So, now I have filed a dispute with AmEx. I will let them decide what is fair... STAY AWAY!

Rude Over the Phone!

I recently lost my father and wanted to do something nice for my newly widowed mother on her first Valentine's Day without him. This was on 2/14/19. I live a couple states away so I wasn't able to be with her. I originally ordered her some chocolates but found out that morning that they wouldn't arrive for a few days. I thought to look up "day-of flower deliveries" in her area and clicked on a business that wasn't as popular (meaning it wasn't the first business on the search result) to hopefully find one that was less busy. Now, I understand that a LOT of people order flowers ON Valentine's Day. This is for sure annoying for the owners of a flower shop because it makes their day busy and they wonder why more people didn't order their flowers in advance. Well, I still don't find that to be an excuse to talk extremely rudely to those who call your flower shop! The woman I spoke to was so impolite. She answered the phone in a dull "What can I do for you," and I simply asked if they could deliver a certain type of flower arrangement. The woman just snapped at me and said "UM WE AREN'T DOING ANYMORE DELIVERIES TODAY." I said, "Oh, okay, thank you." And she replied, "YEAH BYE" and hung up. Way to make me feel crappy and want to cry because I was just trying to do something nice for my mom. I was really upset! I think these employees need to realize that those who are calling are real people and if they're calling last minute they have a reason to be. Don't just brush your bad attitude onto someone else! I will not be calling them again.

This company takes ur money and refuse to refund it. I ordered flowers for my grandma and played them 101.00 and they didn't send flowers and will not refund my mpnry. They r theirs, rude and someone needs to close this place down. Look at the better business and reviews on website. Wish I had seen this sooner. I hope Karma bites them in the $#*!.
