Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter spent 80 plus dollars what they finally delivered after 3 days what is this tiny glass vase with a few flowers in it and a balloon I was so embarrassed I was hoping somebody would get back to me and customer service was not very nice either if you're doing this to rip off the public you need to remember one thing I work for a newspaper and this would make a very good article so somebody really needs to get back to me
Failed to deliver balloons.
Bouquet not as promised.
Left it on the porch in the sun in 80 degrees despite instructions.
Don't ever purchase from this florist.
I ordered a dozen roses chocolates and a balloon for a birthday celebration. They forget the candy and balloons. When I called the person in charge told me to send a picture of what I got and didn't get. Do not use them. They have poor customer service.
Order paid for and never delivered, they don't pick up phone calls and never replied on emails. Why are they still in business?
1 Teddy Bears $19.95 each, total cost $19.95
1 Chocolates $15.99 each, total cost $15.99
1 Mylar Balloons $4.99 each, total cost $4.99
1 Confetti Present PM $72.95 each, total cost $72.95
Shipping and Service Fee: $14.99
Tax: Sales Tax, $9.02
Total order cost: $137.89!
What I ordered and what was delivered were very different. They have zero communication. They don't answer their phone or emails. It appears to be a local Orange County florist but the charges show up somewhere in Ohio.
They also completely messed up the card with the flowers.
Worst experience with a florist ever! I guess I should consider myself lucky, something not resembling what I ordered, got delivered. Negative stars. The customer service was nonexistent. Big scam. Learned my lesson. READ REVIEWS
What I order and what was delivered.
Offered 20% off a $107 order.
So SO embarrassed to have sent what got sent.
Call your LOCAL florist and have them work with you.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. After completing my order, I waited for a confirmation email with a receipt that never came. I then contacted them and they said they would have to add on an additional $10 that they did not tell me about. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude. This company does not deserve the 1 star that it got from me.
Called in order for a sympathy bouquet.
The person on the phone ABSOLUTELY knew i thought i was ordering from a local florist.
They weren't they were in Jersey.
The flowers were NOTHING like what was ordered.
Not the right size
Not the right centerpiece
And
Not the right flowers.
Their policy was they could substitute without notice. And they claimed the value for the dollar was the same.
DISGUSTED at myself and at them
I completely regret using Troys Florist to deliver flowers to my sister's funeral. I had selected a beautiful floral arrangement and what actually arrived was a ridiculous looking plant that did not even approximate the pictured arrangement. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told initially that they could offer a 35% refund. I said, "Not acceptable." Their final offer was a 50% refund. Beware of this shop, folks. They will not give you a full refund if THEY fail to do what you paid for and I am guessing from the long list of bad reviews that they fail to deliver positive results for many of their customers.
The flowers I ordered didn't get delivered and when I called them it went straight to hold music, after being on hold for a half hour I was disconnected so I called back and was on hold for another half hour before I hang up! I hope I can get my money back!
I ordered flowers for my parents for Easter -- they never arrived. When I contacted the company, they asked if I wanted a refund. At the very least, of COURSE I wanted a refund. No apology, no explanation. They looked up my order and said it was not delivered. The website appeared to be a florist in my parents' hometown. Upon further review, there is not a local address given, although all of the commentary on the page related directly to the town my parents live in. Now I'm waiting for the refund. SCAM!
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! The worst florist experience I have ever encountered. The order I requested and what showed up didn't resemble each other with a single flower. Do NOT waste your money here. The arrangement that showed up looked like it came from the $9.99 grocery store section. Don't ruin someone's day by having a pitiful arrangement arrive at their doorstep when you are just trying to send a get well arrangement.
This was the worst experience of an online purchase i have experienced. I ordered flowers for my mother, they were supposed to be delivered on her birthday, got a confirmation and they charged my card, 3 days after the delivery date, still nothing, i called the 800 number and was told there was no supervisor there to help, tben i was told if i paid $20 more dollars they would be delivered that day. They said they were supposed to have sent me an email letting me know all available florists would need $20 more dollars to deliver... had i not called what would have happened? The same thing that actually did... NOTHING... 5 days after the delivery date nothing still and no response from the company. This way of doing buisness is unacceptable! Today (6th day)i recieved an email saying my number was unreachable, and that they couldnt find a florist to deliver to that address... Keep in mind they had already asked for the $20extra for a florist to deliver to the address... the phone number story is also a lie. O now they have ruined my moms gift experience and they have outright lied. This company should rethink there policies and employees. I have never delt with such a dysfunctional online company. I give them a 0 rating, and i sure hope no one has to go through this type of experience!
What I ordered and what was received were completely different. What was sent looks as if it cost less than half of what I paid which totaled more than $100. No one contacted me about the substitutions. They will offer a 25% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
So disappointing!
My bad for not looking up reviews first. I ordered a basket of African Violets for my niece instead, and a day late with no warning, she got some random flowers
Could not find a Troy's Florist address in Issaquah, WA. Where are they geographically? My friend sent a rose arrangement, and after the arrangement was delivered, I went online to look at Troy's selection menu. My friend is not a cheap skate, so I know she paid significantly for the trash which was delivered. I'm embarrassed and disappointed that she probably spent so much for so little. I will make certain to spread the news in the local community to avoid doing business with them. No stars, but rather an overwhelmingly strong negative impression.
I give them 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. I ordered for a funeral. 3 days after the funeral I asked my friend how the arrangement looked. She did not receive it. I called and they said they could not deliver, and cancelled the order! When I got very upset about not knowing this, she said we emailed you. I did not get an email, and did not receive a phone call or anything. Did not receive a refund of 72.00 until I called a second time. When I expressed I would never order or recommend them, she hung up on me! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Do not order from Troys Florist! They ARE NOT a "hometown florist!" They take your order and your money and then call a "real hometown florist" and order something less than what you wanted and pay them only a portion of what you paid them! Then when you are displeased, you can't get a refund from either of them! Do not be scammed!
I too wish i would have read the reviews first, I just call for the second time for my refund. I was told that.
"I am so sorry, we contacted every florist but they all required more money to do this order and we did not want to ask you for that. We tried our best. I've just placed this for a full refund. It does take 2-4 business days to appear on your account. I do apologize for this.
I am sorry that you were not notified sooner.
Thank you.
Still have not received a refund.
Answer: Scam. Nothing legit about these guys. Should have read the reviews before ordering with them.
Answer: Thought it was a local company to the area the flowers were tobe delivered. Turns out it's a scam.
Answer: It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.
Answer: Do not use them. This is a scam/fraudulent business.
Answer: And majority of the complaints relate to NON-DELIVERY... that is stealing... Troys Florist has committed CYBER CRIMES... ribbing off innocent people
Answer: That is a good question. It also makes me wonder about a lot of the other sites advertising they are "local". Finally went with 1-800 Flowers. I did find some excellent almost-local florists in nearby Portland Oregon who had the kind of unique arrangements I was looking for, but they don't deliver in Wash. State, possibly a sales tax issue.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TROY FLORIST! NO FLOWERS for a FUNERAL!
Answer: These people have to answer the God himself for this. Share your experience with the ones you sought to comfort... but use it as a way to do something meaningful a little later when the calls and visits stop. Just be sure and dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company.
