I would give Troy's Flower and gift shop a negative number if possible...

I ordered flowers from TROY's for mother's day (Sunday) on Thursday am.
They confirmed in an email that the flowers would be delivered on FRIDAY in time for Mother's Day on Sunday.

I called my Mother on Sunday (mother's day) and she had not received the flowers or even a phone call to arrange delivery.

I never received a call from the company either!

I called today and they said they didn't have the flowers made and would provide a refund.
The money wasn't the issue, I wanted my mom to have flowers on Mother's Day.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law, they never arrived. I called the number on the website, 1-*******160 no one ever answers! I sent email and no response! If you want to send flowers do NOT order with this company! I looked on the BBB website after my order was never delivered, Troys Florist has multiple as in LOTS of complaints against them. Read before you give them your credit info and save yourself the trouble of being the next victim! I have contacted my credit card company, they issued me a full refund and the fraud dept is going after them! I've attached a photo of the flowers I ordered and never received.

I placed two orders for Mother's Day to be delivered two days before Mother's Day and they did not deliver. When I called and inquired about it they said They didn't deliver anything under $88.75 minimum. Instead of letting me know ahead of time they just didn't fill the order. They certainly took my money though and sent me a conformation that they were being delivered. This has been a very disappointing experience. I don't give them any stars.

Troy's Florist is a joke but sadly the joke was on me. Paid for same day delivery... no flowers. No phone call. No email. Yet, I was billed. Today I called and was told they " needed additional funds of $30 for that delivery ". Ummm whaaaaat? When I proceeded to inquire about policy and so on, the "employee" hung up on me! If there was a rating of -10 stars that would be what my experience was with Troys Turds. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM TURDS!

This florist gave an address of a local florist in our state of GA. I ordered a Hydrangea bush for $89 to be delivered for a bereavement gift. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I received an email that they wanted an additional $40 because it was not readily available. Being from GA and a gardener, I knew I could go to the local store and purchase this plant for $20 myself. I called to cancel this order and re-ordered it by the local florist for $40 including delivery. This was a scam to put up a false address and than charge double what the local florist would charge. Than be greedy and ask for more. Terrible ethical problem with this company!... Do not Use Them!

Stay away from this florist! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on a Wednesday, was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday and I was supposed to get an email confirmation. Thursday I received a confirmation of the bill but No confirmation of delivery, so I called, and called and called finally i got through to them, So Sorry they could not get them out that day, they will upgrade My bouquet and get them out on Saturday, I never received any confirmation so I called on Monday after being hung up on 4 times I finally reached a "so called manager" and was told they are running a week behind on their deliveries... What florist can run a week behind on their deliveries? Whether someone is in the Hospital or whatever the reason it has already past... Requested a full refund, will see if i get it

I advise everyone to NEVER work with this florist. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered and was charged $83.40 and they were never delivered. When I called and asked for a refund and an explanation I was told that the florist in the area they work with required an $88 order to deliver. Of course they charged me anyway and if I hadn't asked I would have never known they were not received! First of all I thought I was dealing with a local florist shop - WRONG! Second, how can you take an order, charge a delivery fee, and accept my money but not be aware and not tell me that there is a minimum charge! Third, I thought I was ordering from a local florist, I did not place an online order but called TROY'S FLORIST but was charged by AMERICANA FLOWERS_ ECOMM in NEW JERSEY. And last but not least, when I told a supposed manager that the excuse she gave me had made me even angrier than I was before she hung up on me...

Please read all reviews before using this company. I ordered a peaceful send garden for my mother in law for Early Mother's day gift. (Succulents is what it should have been) she sent me a pic of 3 roses and some carnations. Not at all what I ordered. This company says they have a substitution policy. I am in the process of getting this disputed because I was lied to (I was told they had what they needed for this plant I ordered) I paid $57.97 plus $14.99 for delivery. All they want to do is give me a discount because we are unhappy with what was sent. I finally today called the florist that actually delivered the flowers and what they were told to deliver was a small arrangement and florist choice. They were not told at all what I wanted. The value of the flowers my mother in law got was only $28.77. And they only charge $12 for delivery. The lady couldn't believe what I was charged for what we got and what they were told to send out. The manager at the place that delivered the order is hoping they get paid.
So please please do NOT use this company! I wish I would of seen this site before placing my order. And no matter where you order from please let the recipient know what you ordered so they can not accept it if it is wrong. Lesson learned.

I had the same experience as all the other reviewers. Shame on me. I should have known better. Ordered orchids for a friend, cost was in total $126. This was sourced to another florist and I spoke to her. She said she was told to "just do what she could" for $67. I sent an email to company with no response, when they finally picked up phone, lady was rude and told me I had to go through their CS and then hung up on me. Their billing is Americana Florwers (& that's how it was spelled). Hope everyone is smarter than me!

Troy's failed to deliver a Birthday bouquet to my beloved Aunt. Here's their excuse on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered:

"I am so sorry that you were not notified sooner about this. We contacted every florist but they all required more money to do this order. Unfortunately, we would need $30 more for the arrangement. We didn't want to ask you for that. You will be refunded the full amount if you do not wish to proceed. If you do still want the arrangement please call us with your credit card information again so we can process that for you."
