Wow, where to start? Rude phone service right off the bat, no greeting, just a "click" and I'm on hold. I placed an order online, called the next day, and was told it was never delivered. They said "the designer wanted more money and should have called you". Who sells a product and then asks for more money later?
I never would have known the flowers weren't delivered unless I called the next day. No follow up, no real apology, just "i'll refund your money". Worst company I have ever dealt with, no lie.
I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day. Flowers did arrive on time, however, there was no card or balloon. I called and the lady that answered was rude, blew me off. I emailed customer service, and they said I would get a refund. Never happened. I will never use them again and I will let everyone know!
I ordered the flowers that was suppose to be deliver on 05/18/19 and was deliver on 05:19/19 which that beats the purpose.The customer service is horrible they wouldn't pick up the phone. I order a smile cup and it didn't arrive with two balloons only 1 balloon came. Who gets the order wrong and doesn't even have the decency to call and apologize. Did not deliver and when I called they put me on hold, hung up on me, and the. I called back 5 times and they immediately put the call to hold. They said they would deliver today, but I found out there actually no florist in that area to deliver. Scam scam. Will report to BBB
I placed an order to be delivered on a specific day. It never arrived. When I contacted them to ask why and say they hadn't let me know there was a problem, they sneakily put a charge through on my credit card. Needless to say, I didn't authorize this - they failed to deliver and it's too late now. Disputed with my CC company.
I was hapoy I was going to send flowers to my mother just to receive an email asking for more money. I called and they put me on hold 6 times. Then they hung up on me once then called me a $#*!.
I ordered flowers for my mother and mother-in law on May 9th with a May 11th delivery. On May 12th I called my mom to see if she liked the flowers. She told me that she didn't receive flowers so I assumed that they would be delivered the next day, May 13th. I text my Mom May 13th and still no flowers.
I reached out to Troy and inquired about the flowers and was told:
"I am so sorry, we contacted every florist but they all required more money to do this order due to the Mother's Day holiday and we did not want to ask you for that. We tried our best"
So naturally I called to company because 1. Who are you to decided what I want to spend for flowers and 2. Why wasn't I contacted? The customer service rep I spoke to said sorry we can refund you and sorry for not letting you know. Not sure what type of business they are running here but its clear to me that they had no intention of refunding me or informing me.
This company lacks professionalism, communication, and their customer service team is terribly rude. I will never order from them again. If you're thinking of using them DONT.
I purchased a large bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I was guaranteed delivery on Friday, May 10th. They did not arrive until Tuesday, May 14th. My mom then sent me a picture of the bouquet when they arrived because I was concerned when they didn't arrive at the scheduled time. The bouquet was half the size of the bouquet I ordered. When I asked to be refunded for the amount I over paid and for shipping to be compensated, customer service was very rude and difficult. When I asked to speak with a manager, they tried to pretend like they were the manager. I asked to speak with someone else with proof of their role in the company and got passed around several times between customer service agents. Then I was informed that if I spoke with manager, I would be "put on hold for awhile and then hung up on."
Needless to say, I am not happy. I contacted my bank to report fraud and get the charges reversed. I will be writing reviews anywhere possible to prevent anyone else from falling victim, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Worst Florist ever! Flowers never showed up. When I called customer service to ask what happen the customer service reps who answered the phones were extremely rude (Maria and Kate) I asked for the manager would not give me the information and hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to find out what happen. DO NOT ORDER The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering saved me the hassle
I had the same issue as other people posting here. Ordered flowers for mother's day and they were not delivered. When I called them on Monday they said that the vendor was charging an additional $30 for delivery because of the holiday. They offered to deliver the flowers with the upcharge, even though the holiday was over. Total Scam. They said they would refund my money and send a receipt by the end of the day. Still no receipt. I contacted credit card company to let them know I was going to dispute this charge, they can help some. I am also going to file a complaint with the State Dept. of Consumer Protection (CT). If enough people do that, the state may get involved.
Everything looks good at first but they don't send out the flowers. SCAM!
Not cool. I've been calling for an hour on and off. Every time someone answered the phone, they placed me on hold immediately. Then I was disconnected. I placed this order first thing this morning. It is my anniversary. My wife had a bad day. Flowers were not delivered. Bad way to do business. Only 1 star so this would even show up.
This rating should be a negative 10! So many comments this morning of Mother's Day flowers that we're never delivered! I'm in that boat! This is not a locally owned/family operated business! You get a confirmation email with the date of your requested delivery and then no flowers show up. Don't trust anything these idiots tell you, don't waste your time and money on these people or you'll be disappointed followed by lame excuses for their lack of performance!
You order in plenty of time, NO FLOWERS HERE! They actually advertise Same-Day- Delivery and yet 5 days over-due and then I had to contact them, to find out what happened. I was out of town and wanted a special Mom to have a little something for Mother's Day and WHAT they now say Sorry no one could deliver for the price we charged. Funny, but I actually had an amazing arrangement for less Money from another Florist (Elegante` Petals) the same day. Can you say "TROYS FLORIST SCAM "

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet from their website 12 days in advance (thinking I was ordering from a local florist) and it was never delivered. When I called to ask why, they said "oh there was an additional $10 fee to deliver on your selected date and we were not able to get a hold of you." That is strange because I emailed them on Mother's Day to check on the status and no one called my number, not to mention they had 12 days to reach out to me if there was an issue. So no flowers were delivered and I had to call another florist to get her flowers the next day. Horrible service.
They are literally THE WORST. Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, paid $60 for the bouquet and $20 for delivery, and received a confirmation email that the flowers would be delivered.
They never were. Wasn't able to contact anyone. Shocked that "business" like this is allowed to continue. Consumers deserve better.

Thus was soooo embarassing and so disappointing to want to do something to make someone happy and have it become such a bad experience! Dont order on-line you will get screwed big time!
I wish I would have read these reviews sooner :( My story is the same as the rest, I ordered, got a confirmation, money came out and no flowers were ever delivered. No one is answering my emails or my calls. What do we do?! Just lose almost 100 bucks?! So lame. How do we remove them as a company?

Answer: It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.

Answer: That is a good question. It also makes me wonder about a lot of the other sites advertising they are "local". Finally went with 1-800 Flowers. I did find some excellent almost-local florists in nearby Portland Oregon who had the kind of unique arrangements I was looking for, but they don't deliver in Wash. State, possibly a sales tax issue.

Answer: These people have to answer the God himself for this. Share your experience with the ones you sought to comfort... but use it as a way to do something meaningful a little later when the calls and visits stop. Just be sure and dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company.
