Ordered Flowers for a friend that had surgery. I received the receipt that stated sent it to Wisconsin instead of Colorado. I emailed them got a response, no worries we will correct it immediately. Finally I questioned if the flowers ever arrived to my friends daughter. They never delivered them. Lady answering the phones said we couldn't find anyone to deliver them at that price. It was a $85 arrangement that they priced. Also I specifically asked if they could deliver to her address when I called. This was 12 days after the fact that they told me this and would have never done so if I had not called
I WISH I HAD SEEN THE ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR THE FUNERAL SERVICE OF A FAMILY FRIEND THAT I HAVE KNOWN ALL MY LIFE. I ORDERED THE DIVINE PEACE ARRANGEMENT. IT WAS AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES AND I ORDERED THE LARGER ONE. IT WAS AN ELEGANT ARRANGEMENT OF WHITE FLOWERS AROUND A SILVER CROSS. I CHOSE THIS ARRANGEMENT SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THE CROSS. THE FLOWERS THAT WERE DELIVERED WERE WHITE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT BORE NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED. THEY WERE STUCK IN A SQUAT WHITE VASE, THERE WAS NO CROSS, AND I CERTAINLY DON'T FEEL THE FLOWERS WERE WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED. I CONTACTED TROYS FLORIST AND COMPLAINED, I INCLUDED A PHOTO OF THE ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY COULD DO TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. APPARENTY THAT WAS NOTHING AS I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I TRIED TO ADD A PHOTO BUT WASN'T ABLE TO FIGURE THAT OUT.

Step Four: File a police report and a chargeback. Contact Mastercard and Visa Merchant Fraud. Report this merchant. Reply to the merchant that you have filed a police report and attach a screenshot of the BBB reviews on them out of New Jersey.
Step Five: Remind the lost soul responsible for answering emails via *******@troysflorist.com that the flowers they didn't deliver were for a dying grandmother. Suggest not ripping people off might be good for their soul. Get a sassy little response. Screenshot this.

I ordered 115.00 dollars worth of flowers to be delivered to a funeral home before 2:00 pm. I called at 3:00 pm and was told they'd were on the truck. Did not arrive at all that day so I called the next morning and was told they will be delivered to the church before the funeral and my credit card will not be charged. They never arrived! When I called they said we do not operate that but we will refund your money. Hope they are not lying about that too. Don't understand how they stay in business with all these negative reviews!
Ordered flowers for you sisters birthday. Never delivered, never contacted me telling me that the florist they contacted said it was not enough money. It has been a week now and still have not gotten my $ back. I called the Troy Florists and asked for the name of the company that they had originally contacted to subcontract the order, to which they said they did not know. I will always look at reviews first from now on! This company should not be able to continue business in this way!
My son ordered a dozen red roses from these people for his wife and he paid 91.00 dollars for a dozen Rose's what was sent to his wife was a vase of carnations. I called our hometown florist that was given the order via wire from these people and this is the order said from this rip off company "make something nice, and keep in mind this is for an anniversary" nothing in that order stated Rose's where order. This company is a complete and total rip off.
DON'T ORDER THROUGH TROYS! My order was CANCELLED WITHOUT notification claiming minimum cost requirement that was not communicated. I had to call them to find out. Calling Troy's was a headache... no hours listed on-line or manager absent. Once connected manager 'Samantha' was rude and argumentative. My goal was to prevent this from happening to someone else. Wish I had seen the reviews earlier.

Local Florist my A__, I called them because they popped up on a Google search for Claremont California florists. Everything looked good from their website, so I placed an order expecting them to be delivered on March 23,2019 for a memorial service. Unfortunately I did not do a search for reviews on them in advance like I normally would do. Incredibly, they are the only business that I have ever seen that has nothing but single star reviews (and that is only because you cannot give zero stars). As far as I know they were never delivered even though they charged my account immediately. Furthermore, I told the lady who took the order that I wanted a perennial plant that could be transplanted outside. The response about transplanting from the store clerk was "yeah, sure". After I realized that I had been duped, I managed to contact a local florist who said that they did not carry anything like a perennial that could be transplanted, and she did not know of any local shops that did carry that. So even if this arrangement had been delivered, and then transplanted they would have quickly died. Nice!
These guys are the worst of the worst, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
They told me they could give me a refund of 20 percent then 30 percent because they have a non substitution policy and wouldn't be delivering the flowers I ordered! What?! I ordered $200 worth of arrangements and they delivered the wrong arrangement! They're not will to actually deliver what I ordered and still havent processed my refund. I spoke with them AS the flowers were being delivered, so the full charge shouldn't have even went through.
Their customer service is atrocious. They called me 3 times in a row for a phone number for delivery when I emailed it to them at their first request.
I asked for a delivery for after 3pm and a woman called me confirming it would be delivered by 1pm. Then immediately after got an email confirming 3pm.
It was like dealing with a bunch of monkeys.
I sent them an email again telling them to process my refund. I will find their social media page, dispute the charge and go to the BBB to get this place shut down. Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.
March 19th I ordered get well soon flowers for my sister who lives in Tennessee, I live in a different state. I spent $81 on a very nice arrangement. On 3/23 I asked my sisters family how they looked. They stated they never arrived. I contacted Troys and they said, sorry we don't deliver in that area of Tennessee for orders less then $86. I couldn't believe it. They made no efforts to contact me and they said they would refund my card. Which I'm doubting. Had I never asked my family how about the flowers, Troys would have stolen my money and never refunded my card. I'm also reporting them to bbb. This is ridiculous. Stay away from them!
So ordered a large pink spray for a funeral... no sprays at all at the funeral... very few flowers at all... my gues everyone must have ordered through Troy... I have already issued a scam alert to my credit card for any billing from Logans Florist... which they say will be on the credit card... nothing like working under one name billing under another... sounds like a bunch of crooks to me... WARNING TO ALL DO NOT USE... NEXT TIME I WILL READ THE REVIEWS
If I can prevent anyone from using this company I will have done some good! Complete and total scam! I called to place an order as a thank you gift, and thought it strange that the woman who answered the phone was so short with me. Her: "Florist" Me: "Hi, id like to place an order for delivery" Her: "you place your order online" me: "oh ok, thank you" *click*
Placed my order and there was a promise of next day delivery which never came... 3 days later when I asked the recipient if her flowers ever came, she said no. So I called back and asked why my order was never delivered, Her: "please hold" 7 mins later I hung up and called back. Her: "florist, please hold" hung up. Called back. Her: "florist please hold". This continued literally for 10 mins, each time with a different person answering the other line. I waited for an hour then called again, when they answered, I demanded to speak to a manager for a refund. They said they would process my request but I doubt that I will get anything back. AWFUL PEOPLE! Definitely a scam, please avoid at all costs!

Placed an order FOR FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL!. Was guaranteed that the flowers would arrive for a funeral. Day of the funeral they had not arrived when I called was informed that the order had been cancelled by them. I was never notified by email, mail or phone in any ways that the order had been cancelled by them. THEY TOOK THE CREDIT CARD, CHARGED US THEN JUST DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER TO A FUNERAL! You can not get any lower then that.
I am going on three months now and still waiting for over 150.00 refund! Excuse after excuse as to why no refund yet. Never get a call back. Never get to talk to a manager and that is if someone actually answers the phone.
DO NOT USE THEM!
Do not use these losers. If you do, contact vendor immediately to correct issue. Give them 24 hours, and IMMEDIATELY dispute the charges with your bank. The only way to wipe these fools off the face of the earth is to STARVE them; i. E., take away their food (our money). I ordered beautiful Sympathy basket with a large cross for funeral. A crappy bouquet in a vase with a bow was delivered...
I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet for my dear mother's birthday and got a POS that looked worse than anything you would buy at a supermarket. Sad photo speaks for itself.
I ordered a sympathy bouquet that was supposed to be a dozen roses with some greenery and the bouquet that was delivered were three sunflowers and few green sprigs for a whopping total of $75! See photos attached. I complained and they offered a 10% credit which I have yet to receive over a month later. I've contacted them numerous times and all they say is that they sent it and I need to check with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Check out the Better Business Bureau as they have an "F" rating. I wish I would have done it prior to ordering.
This experience with this florist has been THE worst customer experience of my lifetime, bar none. I ordered an arrangement on 3/7/19 to be delivered on 3/8/19... today is 3/14/19 and they still have not delivered my order. I literally called 6 times today (each time I got a mumbled "... floristpleasehold" and after about 3 minutes on hold my call would be dumped. Their contact information on their website says "or email us at *******@troysflorist.com where you will receive a reply within seconds"... try it if you need a good laugh! I learned a very valuable lesson, stick with 800 Flowers
Ordered birthday flowers with a balloon. No balloon and offered me a 10% refund because they didn't have any balloons. How can a florist not have even one balloon. The vase was also completely different. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Look at what was ordered vs what arrived.

Answer: It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.

Answer: That is a good question. It also makes me wonder about a lot of the other sites advertising they are "local". Finally went with 1-800 Flowers. I did find some excellent almost-local florists in nearby Portland Oregon who had the kind of unique arrangements I was looking for, but they don't deliver in Wash. State, possibly a sales tax issue.

Answer: These people have to answer the God himself for this. Share your experience with the ones you sought to comfort... but use it as a way to do something meaningful a little later when the calls and visits stop. Just be sure and dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company.
