Disappointing after I decided the flights you changed me several times saying that the price you proposed me just few seconds before (!) were sold out, then increasing at subsequent times and finally making me doing a wrong choose changing company and conditions about luggage not aging time to check again… this is first time happens to me and I was disappointed.
If you are booking with trip clear your cache first or use duck duck go browser. Look for you flights ignore the only 2 seats left warnings. When you have identified your flight make a note and log out of the site. Clear cache and go to site again. Do not log in just continue as a guest. Go straight to your chosen flight select and pay for immediately. Once you receive your email confirmation and booking reference login to your account and add your booking. You will save hundreds. Booked a return Economy flight from Brisbane Australia to San Francisco.The outbound flight was ok, no problem checking in, selecting seats etc online.Dates 26 October outbound return flight on 6th November landing in Brisbane on 8th November.
When trying to do online checking the fare was somehow changed to Basic Economy with restrictions on Seat selection and Cabin Bag.Upon contacting United airlined was told that the return flight was a one way ticket.?
I paid good money for return flight due to death in family as the booking was a day in advance of the flight.
How a return flight was booked as two one way tickets with different class of booking is very disappointing and we suffered the return trip, at our age of 64 and 62, we needed to sit in aisle as toilet breaks were frequent but only sat in the middle of 4 seats.
First and last time I will ever use Trip. I used Webjet, Jetabroad and United direct booking before, never had any issues witha return flight booked as two single one way tickets with no mention in the Itinerary.
Very disappointd as a first time client for Trip.com.

There are so many deals and sites to choose from now. I googled 'cheap fares Auck to GC' I selected a few before coming to Trip.com and this was by far the better deal, easy site to navigate and booking completed in a matter of minutes. So quick and easy and let's face it, that's what we need in these busy, hectic times. Received confirmation emails straight away. Even receiving follow up emails. Great service.

It will be ideal to adjust options (ie luggage requirements) for individual flights instead of bundling them together

When looking at flight options, Trip.com will almost always show a chepaer price on another day, but then when you click onto that day all the prices reload and it becomes more expensive, and a different day often becomes cheaper. It feels like it is just trying to trap you into spending longer on their website.
When trying to book tickets, the booking failed multiple times in a row due to availability or prices changing. Even when I completed the form and payment details and everything in only a few minutes, it would still fail and I would have to restart the booking.
When you do manage to book, Trip.com has really good prices, you will end up paying a few more dollars than advertised (not including the booking fees which are constant). But it is a nightmare to use.

Опишу свою ситуацию. Я оплатил номер в отеле через TRIP.COM для отдыха на о. Пхукет. Но случилась беда, я сломал ногу. Обратились в государственную больницу получил все документы, которые направил оператору для отмены гостиницы без штрафа ( что соответствует международным правилам). Оператор связывался с гостиницей несколько раз, объяснял и доказывал, что я не могу лететь. Но гостиница PULLMAN PHUKET KARON BEACH мне и оператору отказала. Вернувшись деньги с огромным штрафом, что очень обидно. Но тут на помощь пришёл менеджер Аlex, выслушав и вникнув в ситуацию он предложил решение этого вопроса. Предложил, чтобы оператор с помощью Coins покрыл мне этот штраф. Конечно, я воспринял это решение с радостью, т. к. я много летаю через TRIP.COM( к слову сказать, всегда все чётко и без напрягов, также очень нравиться сайт в нем очень легко работать и он информативный). Поэтому хочу передать спасибо всей команде TRIP.COM и особенно менеджеру ALEX. И дальше буду летать только через вас и рекомендовать ( хотя я давно это делаю)всем друзьям и коллегам!

Due to my health, doctor advised bed rest for 15 days. I wasn't fit to travel hence needed to cancel a non refundable property in Phuket. I was required to submit all my medical documents (to confirm the scenario) and I was initiated with a full refund and free cancellation by the CSE- Mia. Thank you for all you do!

I would like to take a moment and thank Mr. David, for his excellent help and quick response for my submitted issue concerning hotel stay at Emirates Grand Hotel. Hotel did not held the expectations, and it was unacceptable due to lack of service. It was a disaster.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
