It is great that trip.com offers the service of booking trains, but I had to resort to another app to book the same train and seat

I was able to book my entire 5-week China and Japan itinerary using Trip.com. Flights, rail, 20+ hotels etc all on one platform. Lots of choices and good prices.

Booked return flights to bali. The flight over is perfect but flight returning to Perth is wrong. We clicked to book 7am flight but got 1am. Rang Trip.com to sort straight after flight itinerarycame thru. They are still to get back to me.

I tried to book air China business class but that page was constantly flipping me back to search so basically system shows it's exist but it's not so I booked Hainan air with a little les convenient time of departure

I signed up for trip.com based for my upcoming overseas trip later this year based on the recommendations of friends & initially booked just my flight bookings. After browsing through the site I have decided that to use it for my hotel reservations & train travel as well!

Love how easy to used Trip.com for my holiday Shanghai. From flight, hotels and airport transport everything was smooth and easy. Love to used google maps in trip.com for sight seing. Used Trip to book several flights always good value and easy to find the right flights everything is easily available on their app my bookings conveniently stored so I can check flight times and book in online for boarding passes highly recommend if you want good value and convenience all in one easy to use app.

Started 3 years ago and really did use the site correctly. Only till Chat GPT mentioned the flights much cheaper with china using the site did I see the difference and the train within China 30% cheaper on TRIP.com than other sites including the local sites. MUST USE

I just want to say thankyoy very much to Trip.com also to Jasmine as CS manager and also to agent staff in live chat, you are work really hard for helping us. when i facing inconvinience moment my flight with xiamen was cancelled many times. Reschedulled and cancelled again until the first flight is close, but for this time all already done. Your application working smoothly for update my new itinerary flight in your apps, thats awesome since other travel agent apps cant do this

It's the 2nd day, 48 hours and I have not received my British Airways ticket. The whole thing costs $1247. I tried to cancel within 24 hours

Further to my review below and your response, please allow me to dusty your generic response. Air Mauritius has confirmed they understand the situation as I have paperwork and unfortunately the cancellation fees is determined by you albeit there is a difference in fare but $1200 to change is more than buying a new ticket on the same flight I am requesting. Trip.Com is a rort and never again. Your money grabbing exercise is despicable especially in a situation like this.
The worst experience ever to change. Have a ticket booked back to Perth from Mauritius. Unfortunately had to change due to my sister's last days before her passing. No compassion whatsoever. A ticket which cost $1,600 Trip.com was charging me 919 cancellation fee. Never again and it is so bad as this must be the 10th time am booking via Trip.

I had a problem with St. Regis hotel in Shanghai and was unable to get a satisfied response for their mishandling of entire trip. Trip.com stepped up and offered a compensation on their behalf. This is rare as the booking agent did more than the actual hotel. A surprising and welcoming twist. I'll be using them more knowing I have some protection while traveling in China.

You site locked up on me during payment. Called customer service and she couldn't help. I sent her the info and asked her to book and she picked something significantly more expensive. I went back into your site and did it myself and got my original price.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
