I was able to book a flight on January 26,2027. Yes, 2027. While we were still in December 2026. Their calendar is forward a full year. Other sites are not.
Prices were the best. Better than the actual airline site. Amazing!

Best service you can imagine

I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com for their kind and compassionate support.
Even though our booking was non-refundable, they helped us cancel it after we provided a medical certificate due to our child's illness.

A special thank you to Vera, Duty Manager, who showed real care, understanding and helped us during a very stressful time for our family.

Not good at all. The website showed me that the ticket is fully refundable. When I received the email there is a fee. I want to cancel the ticket as the website was misleading

I booked ticket this early morning
Did not shown luggage not included
On final payment again do not noticed anything
Also batik flights usually have standard 20 kg included
As soon I paid ticket received noticed no luggage
Immediately went on chat help
And also called the
Waited so long no one answered
Sent email no reply
Called again 49 mins waited
No one response and got cut off again
