I just recently purchased a swimsuit from here. It said 5-7 days for shipping and took 2 weeks to arrive. Once I decided the swimsuit wasn't the look for me, I went to initiate a return, but their returns page was down and I received an error message. I reached out to their customer support through the chat (which is a nice feature). They responded quickly, but the customer service agent was not very pleasant or informative. He first asked for my full name, email address and return number, but then proceeded to tell me I had to wait 72 hours for the returns department to get back to me on whether or not it was approved? Not to mention you only have a measly 14 days to return. He then proceeded to say "We have a process to follow, {NAME}" in response to my question. See photo below. Overall a very condescending conversation when I was just looking for more information...
Shipping said 3-5 days but my suit took about to 2 weeks to arrive. Kind of annoying since shipping is $20 but the customer service was incredibly sweet and were so quick to get back with me through email. The 24 hour online chat feature is great too. They again were incredibly sweet and i could tell i was actually talking to a real person. They informed me that shipping is a little crazy and slower than usual due to the virus which i completely understand is out of the company's control. I live in the US and had to pay a $4.00 international fee but hey thats not a big deal. My suit is beautiful. Great quality and its true to size. I am a 4-6 in pants and a medium in both top and bottom fit me like a glove. I will be purchasing from them again :)
Stay away. They will take your money in a millisecond but will not honour their agreement on returns. I have ordered countless bikinis from them over the years and now, when I actually needed to request an exchange, I repeat, an exchange, not a return, they lied to me over the availability of bikini sizes I requested to avoid exchanging my bikini. I sent an email to them every other day over two weeks asking why they told me the sizes weren't available when their website clearly had them and they ignored every single one of my (polite) requests for clarification. They are dishonest and their lack of customer care speaks volumes about a complete lack of respect for loyal customers.
I have purchased a few suits from Triangl. Once a Rina suit, and I loved it so much. I bought two more the following week (Mica and Melrose). The customer service is so helpful when suggesting sizes. Also when I received the mica suit, the top had a weird bump in the fabric, and after talking through the 24/7 live chat and suppling pictures, the live chat customer service passed that information on the the returns department. They sent me a new top free of charge! That's good customer service! I will be buying from Triangl again.
Ordered a swims suit for about $120 with shipping. I decided to leave a review because on this site it seems that most complaints are about FedEx- which I agree FedEx is a terrible company that is my only complaint. I will address some of the poor reviews on here:
1. If the swimsuit breaks after wearing it only a few times, it is most likely too small.
2. If you have to pay fees from shipping, it is FedEx's fault not Triangl's.
3. The sizing chart is on the website, so if you order the wrong size and you miss Triangl's 30 day return request that is your fault not Triangl's!
ALL of the Triangl bikinis I own have not faded, if yours fade it could be due to the sun or the way you wash it. If you wash it according to the tag it should be fine.
Personally, I see nothing wrong Triangl company except the fact that they use FedEx. I enjoy their exclusivity, and the fact that they come with a matching dust bag. The bikinis are made out of a nice soft fabric.
My daughter purchased a swim suit she loved (the Candy Dandy). It did not last very long, we estimate she wore is about 10 times. The clasp broke when she was putting it on. Triangl would not replace it as it had gone over the 30 day limit; no flexibility. An $80 swim suit should last longer than this. There are lots of good brands out there that stand behind there product - buy a different one.
My daughter bought a bikini worth approx £100 plus delivery at 15, but was then post purchased slammed with a duty bill of £50 which was not made apparent when she bought it apart from some small print saying duty would be due.
She is a minor and would not for a second expect for the duty to be half as much again! ( nor would i for that matter)
When questioned they passed debt to a rather unpleasant debt collector who hounded my daughter to pay... NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE!
Fed ex let someone sign for my parcel that didn't even have the same last name! And it had the right address on it I was mad because they are expensive and they wouldn't even refund me
I purchased the ribbed material bikini and it started peeling like crazy, it looks so old and worn. The velvet bikinis are much better quality than the ribbed ones!
I emailed through pictures to the triangl team and this was their reply:
"Please keep in mind things such as sun, chlorine, salt water and sand can all have a significantly negative impact to the life of the bikini. We always suggest that you be very careful about where you sit or lie, and make sure you rinse the bikini (never soak, as this can damage the membrane of the fabric) after each wear. Never dry in the sun"
My daughter bought a bikini to be sen to the U. K. for $70 with $20 postage. Their site says you are responsible for all legal taxes blah blah... she got a fed ex bill for £50. They must be aware and yet do not make this much more clear. My daughter was distraught. She thought 20% vat of $70. Buyer beware
I am a repeat purchaser - this time I got the Twinnie style in Dandy Candy and Jera in Cheeta. I am 5'4,128 lbs, 32D... ordered small bottoms and small + top & fit perfectly. Absolutely in love! The bottoms in these styles are not wet-suit material (which is different than the suit I had previously ordered in 2015) which is nice cause it is more form fitting. The top in the Jera I ordered is wet-suit material and the top in the Teinnie is nylon/polyamid like the bottoms. Package came very quick to Canada via fed-ex!

I bought a triangl bikini, wore it around 5 times and washed it around 3 (following the washing instructions) and the material has become damaged. The elastic is coming out and there are bobbles. I have emailed them to complain of the poor quality (considering the price) and the reply was that I should not have worn it in chlorine or salt water. ITS A BIKINI WHICH ARE MADE FOR SWIMMING, IF THEY ARE NOT WEARABLE EXCEPT FOR PHOTOS THEN THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED. I sent a reply email saying how radiculous this is and they are no longer replying. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed
I had bought a triangl bathing suit before and was very happy with the pricey suit but when I got the second the sizing was not the same way too small.
No customer service. Shipped from Hong Kong. You pay all shipping expenses which can be very high.
First time wearing the clasp broke and they wont take the return back because the tags are off, do not waste your money.
The quality is embarrassing, it's so low that Little John wrote a song about it. You will only get headaches with this shop, customer experience is nonexistent, sizes are incorrect and took forever to ship. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

I brought a bikini for my daughter and it broke within the first use.
It also took so long to ship the season had almost passed by the time it got here.
Don't waste your time with this shop. The only thing you will get there is a headache! Better order order somewhere else, it will be faster, better customer service and you will actually receive something for your money.

The bikinis look exactly as they do on the website. The sizing is as expected and I haven't had an issue, except for one time when I voluntarily ordered a size smaller in case I got lucky, since it was sold out. It didn't fit (obviously) but customer service was very helpful and nice in setting up a return! The reason I put 4 stars vs 5 is because I find it kinda silly having to pay 20$ for shipping alone, yet returns aren't covered. Also they intentionally keep low supply on their bikinis for demand. Other than that, really nice employees and cute bikinis!
