Tree arrived dead. Leaves crispy.

Customer service was easy to work with. Company is sending a replacement that has not arrived as of this writing.

They came in perfect shape.So far they seem to be doing fine.

I ordered the Jacaranda tree in December. Time will tell if that was wise. The tree arrived on time and in good condition, but the leaves began to disintegrate almost right away. The limbs are still green and alive, so I have hope that it will come to life in the Spring. I purchased the warranty, so I'm not too concerned yet. The support team at FGT was helpful when I raised the question about lost foliage.

I have bought around 5k in plants and trees from FGTs over the past several years and keep coming back bc of the quality and the guarantee.

The following day, before the order shipped Customer Support cheerfully helped me cancel that order and place a second order with the same trees AND additional oak trees I decided to buy. The 2nd order total = Free Shipping. I received the trees and these were packaged nicer than I've ever seen trees packaged before. I was delighted with the knowledge of the sales person on the phone nd even more excited that I could order the Sat. Before Christmas and it was delivered before Christmas. This made my Christmas and the recepients Christmas also. I will order again!

The site was easy to use, had what I was looking for and shipped quickly. The tree was a lovely size, but had been terribly stressed by the transport and arrived with yellowed and curled leaves. I contact the customer service a week later when there was no improvement and they were very helpful and supportive. Still hoping to nurse it back to health, and they said to call them again after a month if it did not improve.

Tree came, kind of small. Thought it would be bigger.

I was excited to receive my plumeria! When it was delivered, the stems sticking out of the pot and the brown paper were black They were FROZEN The day it was delivered the temperature was 27 degrees. The delivery person just set my plumeria on the front porch!

There were 3 boxes. 1st one 2 plants arrived very green and healthy. But 2 boxes didnt arrive until
I called 2 weeks later. Extremely helpful in investigating and correcting the problem quickly. Great

My sister in law and her family recently lost their beloved dog of 18 years and we thought that gifting them a living rose tres to plant in the pets honor was a beautiful continuing way to celebrate them with every bloom! Needless to say they were thrilled to tears when it arrived.
