Over all I'd say it was very good. The person I talked with was helpful and understood and resolved the problem I have. I purchased an Orange Tree as a Christmas present for my daughter. No problem. The paperwork said that the tree would be delivered in two to three days, Great! However, the tree was being shipped from a nursery in California. As it turned out the California nursery was closed until Jan. 3,2022. This would not have been a problem IF I had known. I told my daughter that she should receive a day or two after Christmas. When no tree shown up and talked with a gentleman who helped resolve the issue.
When my daughter received the tree, it was in great condition, the soil was still damp and no broken branches. She is very happy with what she received.

Excited to own a soon to bear lemon lime tree. Its very nostalgic and it was perfect when it came. Blooms are flowering... it shows me happy signs daily.

First delivery was ill packaged/prepared. Plant was received with broken branches.
Was given for "free" replacement plant delivered in no time.

Able to find trees that difficult to find elsewhere. Received tree in good condition and fast. Liked the fact I could buy 1yr insurance on the tree. Hopefully I won't need to use it.:-)

Bought three different ones. Prompt delivery, packaged very carefully. No Damage to plants. Healthy root balls. Just put them in a few months ago in the fall so don't know how well they'll do in the long run. Kind of pricey and they only guarantee for a month or so. I bought the add on insurance for 10%.

I ordered on 12-15-21. You said the product would ship in 1 to 2 days. It arrived 1-2-22.
I had no shipping information until the day it was delivered. I had given up on the order.
I was not pleased with my experience.

Ordered a Coconut Palm Tree from Fast Growing Trees and I could not be more excited, packaging was pretty good and the tree is lovely, it's taken nicely to its new home and is growing fast!

Ordering was easy and fast. Trees were delivered promptly and were in great shape when they arrived. Planting directions were included with the order. The entire process from ordering to placement in the ground was very simple. The only thing Fast Growing Trees did not do was dig the holes!

I purchased a cold hardy banana tree for my boyfriend for Christmas. It arrived promptly wrapped in plastic in a box. It was in great shape when I unpacked it and it had included instructions regarding the care of the banana tree. I had it for a week before I gave it to him and in the week that I had it, it grew quite a bit. I was very impressed. He was so happy when I gave it to him. It has several new leaves since Christmas and it is doing very well! Thank you so much!

I called yesterday. Left a number to be called back. Never received call. I was so excited when I ordered my tree. I have a picture of a dead tree with shriveled leaves. I planted it right away. Hoping for a miracle. A new shoot. Anything. But it looks as bad as the day it was delivered. It had to be sitting in cold weather. It was in a box and no other packaging to help with cold temperatures. Should I edit for this to be replaced in April when the weather is not cold? Where can I send picture?
