I've gotten several from you and they need to be a little more robust. The last tree I paid to make sure I got the most mature tree and the entire top was broken off to fit into the box! When I called they gave me a refund for like $40
Many years with FGT or trees.com; only complaint is a lot of trees now mature enough to yield have succumbed to fire blight.

I had purchased a tricolor butterfly bush and it's alive, but not producing flowers after 2 years.
I bought a bundle of 16 trees times two (32 total) and some of the trees needed to be replaced as they died. It was strange, they were half alive and half completely dead. Eventually, both sides died, but I had never seen that before with trees. I had a total of 14 that needed to be replaced. The customer service was great, but I am unsure of why those trees did that.
I have had mixed experience. I ordered two trees so far and now am ordering a replacement for one that died just short of the one year point. For me the number of steps to try to get the warranty replacement was too many steps and too much effort. I decided to just try paying for a replacement and use the 2 out of 3 rule. If this one dies I will be done.
The ordering experience was easy to process and a lot of useful information on the website to help me make a good choice.

Most plants have survived but i have lost items that did not arive in good shape and I do not believe I should have to pay for fixing that

I have a hydrangea tree that is beautiful and thriving, and several grasses that also are in great condition. I have 3 Rose of Sharon trees that are in the "iffy" phase. Will see how they survive the winter. I have been gardening, both vegetables and flowers, for over 45 years so I am not a novice.
Prior order was packaged well and the plants were in beautiful condition I will buy all my future plants from Trees.com.
