I ordered 36 shrubs and have been having issue from the beginning. I made the mistake of making such a large order with you and this has been a learning lesson.
With the exception of one previous experience where the packing of the plants needed improvement, all has gone quite well. All plants that have been ordered over the years are still thriving.
Received what appeared to be very healthy plants even though the shipping company, ONTRACK, tried their best to reverse that plua delivering it to the wrong house. The ones that came from FedEx were in much better shape and delivered correctly.
Order arrived quickly. Packaging was great. Plants are thriving. My new roses are already in full bloom. I did have one little white dogwood that is not fairing well and I know Trees.com will replace it and give good advice.
I purchased a Meyer lemon tree and it was delivered quickly, so quickly that I was gone for a few days. It survived not being opened for a couple of days and is currently thriving. It has blossoms when it arrived and bloomed again so now I have lemons of different ages. Waiting for ripe lemons to eat and cook with.
Since my location is far removed from the source, plants go through a lot before arriving.
Not the best, the first person tried to blame me for the trees dying

This last Mexican palm purchased was a much nicer, larger tree than I had previously received (4'+ tall as opposed to 2.5' to 3' previously received). In fact, after seeing it, I ordered a second one … hopefully the second one is as nice.
