A little pricey but the quality is good and the piece of mind you get knowing your purchase has a year warranty.
Bought many trees from them. Most all came in good healthy condition, and the ones that didn't, or later didn't survive, they honored their warranty without a second thought, and that to me, is worth more than anything.
I have a white one. It grows really fast and it's a hardy tree.
I have had 4 orders with you. All arrived in good health.
Plants were delivered as promised and very healthy
Plants delivered were in great shape and ready to plant. Well packaged
Purchased trees before from you and was impressed with the quality.
Ordered 4 plants 3 are thriving, One is questionable.
I ordered a ginkgo tree. It arrived in excellent Packaging. The tree looks somewhat healthy but the leaves are kind of dried and unhappy. My gardener brought it to my attention that only male ginkgo trees should be planted as the female ones after they mature they will bear these fruits and seeds that fall off and are highly toxic to cats and dogs and pets and they also make this pungent smell that's similar to dog vomit so I went back to the website description of the tree that I bought and the gender of my purchased tree was not mentioned on the website. So I called the customer service and ask my question and they sent me an email that the tree could be either male or female which I didn't like. They've also asked me to send pictures of the tree so the experts tell me the gender but prior to my research online on reputable websites such as the University of Oregon I found out that you cannot tell the gender of a young ginkgo tree by only looking at its leaves and you will have to take your chances and plant the tree and wait until it matures which is takes up to 20 years to figure out if it's a male or a female tree and to me when they asked for the pictures it sounded a little bit not trustworthy and deceitful. So they gave me this credit refund to buy something else from the website and I use it to buy this new lilac tree and I still had to pay an extra $21 for shipping it.
Received a tree that failed to survive, and another that was not what I ordered.
I have been happy with your quality of plants except the last hydrangea plant It was 1/2 the size of the first two I received and the leaves don't look healthy.
Same as above, my dura birch is terrible with no point on any part of the tree. My river birch is absolutely perfect!
My trees arrived a day later than expected and at the end of the day in 100 degree heat. I opened them immediately and was delighted to see they were ok! A little heat stressed but oh so beautiful!
Great experience in the past with the plant material quality
I really appreciate the quality of the plants and the warranty. I've shopped local but they do not provide a warranty and it feels wasteful. Sometimes the plant just dies and FastGrowingTrees makes me feel like not giving up on my yard.
Wonderful customer service and support. Well packaged plants. Beautiful quality in everything purchased so far.
I purchased a Wysteria Tree and it didn't seem to grow or sprout leaves. I call customer service and they walked me through how to check if it was still living and now it's thriving
I have been ordering for 2 years and love your products. Just moved back to Michigan, new property so I needed some help. Keep up the great work...
Trees arrive alive in great shape. I planted and several died. Have a cleared property 150+ miles away I'm trying to get them to take on so it's my fault. Ones I have at my home do well as I am able to care for them appropriately. Not always able to do so at the property. Have a Dawn Redwood I planted 4 years ago at 2' and it's easily 12 -/+ feet now. Have about 6 combination Dawn redwood and bald cypress that are growing like weeds as well. So not always the product as it is the owner.
Fast growing trees was very helpful if I had issues or concerns. They went out of their way to help me.
