Today I choose to book a hotel in Vegas using this website. What a mistake or should have known when the website kicked me back twice with the wrong dates but the price made me attempt a third time. I requested a 3 day hotel stay from 4/20/20 to 4/23/20 and was booked for 4/232-4/24/20 a date I will not be there not did I request. I immediately contacted customer service who spent 5 mins on the phone telling me there was nothing they could do and to send an email. I followed the instructions and emailed the company and a rep named Danny Morrison have me nothing but a there's nothing we can do email. Disgusting company I will be reporting the to the hotel I tried to book as well as the proper channels to report fraud for unauthorized charges. DO NOT USE!
Appalling service. Basically once you've paid for your ticket you're on your own. They won't do anything to help you if your flight is cancelled or delayed. Staff is SO RUDE on the phone. Stay away.

Stolen my money! Due to Coronavirus, Airline advised to cancel for refund or reschedule flight, this guy who calls himself SAM! Airline confirmed they refunded the agent but agent is lying and saying this is a promotional ticket and can't be refunded!
I'll make sure these thieves are closed down and have already filed multiple complaints against them with different bodies.

Took my money (700$) for a hotel room that is not available. The hotel has no record of my reservation and is totally booked. Now Travelup will not return my money. Costumer service keeps giving me the run around, sending generic emails, and even hung up on me. My only option is to "cancel" my reservation for a fee...
Booked 2 return tickets with Qantas LHR-SIN last year for this month, but less than clear over refund policy. Qantas has exercised discretion for cancellation and has clearly authorised a full refund to their credit, but this outfit (TravelUp) just keeps prevaricating through emails which are clearly not telling the truth and are downright deceptive. Say they are currently too busy to answer queries and pretended not to to be able to find the booking, clearly they want to hold to money that Qantas has authorised them to return. Avoid at all costs unless you want to bang your head against a brick wall
Impossible to contact customer service. You will be kept on hold for 30 minutes each time on a premium telephone number. The person you want to contact is never available and assure you that you will be contacted back... never really happens. E mails are never acknowledged or answered.
I have no hope that the refund I am trying to get back will ever happen.

I booked flights, got an email confirmation. The next day I was emailed saying they would be issuing a full refund in 3 days time. I couldn't even get hold of customer service to sort it out on the phone. This put me in a very difficult situation, as I have other parts of the journey I have booked. Very bad service.
Paid for a bogus booking with this agency 6 weeks in advance and surprise surprise upon arrival, the hotel had no record of any booking the informed me they were not taking reservations the time i booked with TravelUp as they were over sold. Cost the family many hours of aggravation, found a room on our own at 1am and took another day to rebook the remainder of the trip several hundred dollars more... stay away from this sham outfit.
Be very careful with this company, they CANNOT be counted to communicate timely and cannot be counted on to be on your side in a dispute. I made a reservation then received a request after the fact for personal information that was unnecessary and when I refused they refused to give refund my money. And bte way is took them over a month to communicate with me. STAY AWAY the good deal you think you are getting may very NOT be.
We hopefully have a reservation coming up through travel up. The dates are incorrect, there is one day we didn't ask for. We informed them of their error and they informed us they couldn't change this. We travel globally 4-5 times a year. I never had this trouble with any other site. Buyer beware. Rude agents who are not helpful. Very slow response time.
I booked a flight on Tuesday, paid immediately and got my booking confirmation. 24 hrs later I got an email to say they couldn't honour the flight and I would get a refund - up to 3 days later. Obviously missed getting the flight at the low price from a reputable company as sold out by the time I was told they were advertising something they couldn't actually sell! Customer service was terrible... save yourself time, money and effort and book with a decent company that does the right thing by their customers.
I booked and paid for connecting flights in March for travel in November. In August I was notified by Travel up of a schedule change to the first of my return flights which would result in my missing the connection for the second flight. I was offered a change to the previous day or the following day but neither of these options worked for me. I asked for a rebooked flight on the same day or a refund but was told a rebooking was not possible, and due to airline rules I could not get a refund for just the rescheduled flight. I contacted the operating airline myself and was told that they would always grant a refund for a rescheduled flight. When I went back to Travel up with this inormation I was told that my ticket was issued by a third party airline and their terms and conditions applied and not the carrying airline! There is no mention anywhere in the booking process of a third party airline. Eventually after a month of frustrating communication with Travel up via a "customer service" rep with quite poor English skills, and despite having been informed by the consumer advice bureau that Travel up could not rely on the terms and conditions of a third party who were not party to my contract with Travel up, I agreed to a full refund for all the flights involved in the booking and was told it would take 6 weeks to process! When I aske for confirmation of the value of the full refund I was informed of deductions for Travel ups administration charges and that processing the refund may take 8weeks! It is now October and Travel up have been in possession of my money since last March and still no sign of my refund. It is hard to believe that any company can operate with such abysmal service levels and worse that such a blatant disregard for consumer protection law are allowed to continue. I can only say that if you have to swim or crawl on your knees to your destination it would be preferable to having anything whosever to do with Travel Up

A few negative reviews hit the nail on the head. When you have paid all the money you have got to do all the groundwork to try and make sure your holiday runs smoothly. I had to contact travel up prior to my holiday because they hadn't sent me and documentation for my holiday. The person I spoke to was very cocksure of himself and s$#*!ed a few time as if to say that I don't know what I was talking about. When I said to him that I hadn't received any paperwork he laughed and said there is nothing to worry about and I would receive it a week before I fly. Next minute all the paperwork came through in an email. In that email, there were my flight details. When I booked the holiday a prebooked my seats on the airplane. In the documents travel up sent me was my pre-booked seats clearly stating my seat numbers which I did on their website. We arrived at the airport on the day of our flight and when we went to check-in, the assistant from Turkish airlines said that travel up hadn't paid for the seats and we could not have the allocated seats and we would have to sit on different parts of the plane. She also said that this was a common problem with travel up. I sent travelup two emails and they replied to the second one. They told me that they don't allocate seats on their website and if I had a problem, I was to contact the airline. I then sent travelup a copy of the document that they sent me with their logo on the top of the page proving that I had prebooked the seats. I didn't get any reply, so I have sent 2 emails and still nothing. We book these travel agents to ease the stress on holiday, but it seems that they don't give a dam after you have paid the money. This is the first and last time I will use them.
Never book through this web site. They are a rip-off. If you book a hotel and changed your mind even in 5 minutes, they will charge a huge cancellation fee.

Booked our hotel in Florida with travelup. With the looming hurricane was advised to cancel flights and hotel. Flight cancelled, refund given from Spirit, easy transaction. Booked with traveup for hotel which doesn't want to give me a refund! Have given me the runaround non stop even though it says on there web site to contact them for cancellations. Have a bad feeling I've lost my $$$ and it wasn't a cheap resort / hotel! Never will book with them again!

I booked on a 19 August just around midnight 3 tickets (myself and my 2 Kids) for £1,100 and notices 2 hours after booking that my daughter surname was incorrect and notify straight away Travel Up to modify the name.
Travel upp has deliberately delayed dealing with this issue. They do not respond directly to emails and in order to get a response I had to send 4 emails begging them to contact the airline earlier morning on 20 August 2019 Nothing was done!
I had myself to call the airline (Iberia) the staff in London were very helpful and nice I was told that they can amend any mistake in a booking as long as it is during the first 24 hours but as I didn't buy my tickets directly with the airline that travel up should contact them directly!
When calling Travel up (please note they call are high rate) I get the phone put down on me!
When I called a 2nd time same day Someone with an asian accent told me to stop calling them 20 times a day and that Someone is dealing with it! Full stop they won't give you any information!

I used Travel up to book a hotel in Atlanta for business. I arrived at my hotel on the correct day to find the entire hotel had been shut down for legionnairs disease and had been closed for 2 weeks prior to my arrival. I spoke with the manager of the hotel and he told me they had contacted all of their 3rd party vendors and it was up to my vendor to contact me and to refund me. Travel up never contacted me to let me know my hotel was closed. I was in the city at night with no place to stay and all surrounding hotels were booked due to the busy season. I called travel up and sent emails. They refused to refund my money because they "didnt know the hotel was closed" They are based in the UK and even in the UK you have google. Even after me telling them over and over again that I could not use the hotel for the week that i had booked it for they continued to refuse to return my money. I called the hotel again and they once again reaffirmed they had contacted all 3rd party vendors. So not only was I stranded in a city with no notice my hotel was cancelled when i was 1000 miles from home but I also still ahve yet to receive my $900 refund 3 weeks later. Their customer service is rude and I would suggest paying a little bit more to use a more reputable company.
I had bought a tickets 4 multi stops from Travelup 1St time by Skyscanner. Before payment & double check the flight, date, time. After confirmation email came back to me. It's wrong with 3 differences flight & time. Call the agency at 9.15pm & booked at 9pm
The staff told me to call admin flight tomorrow 9am-6pm to help me out. Next day call the agency all day with 7-9 staff but all bull$#*! with liar. How on earth booking my flight 3 flight mistake? I will have a meeting in Taiwan at 10 am in the morning & booked my flight at 7.50am. Idiot & good excuse, bad reputation if you want to change the flight, We will charge for the fee that they make money for. Go to hell & d__k head
