Booking experience was very easy! It only took me 5 minutes total to book my hotel.
Worst experience. Do not use this site. I accidentally booked the wrong date but called not even 2 min afterward. The rep said he changed the reservation to the correct day. When we got on the plane, we emailed several times to confirm this change but we got no response. As soon as we landed we called and the same rep hung up on me when I asked to confirm the dates were changed. After a long flight we got to the hotel very late with no reservation. Thankfully, another travel site helped us make a last min reservation. Do not use this site to make any travel arrangements. Not only were they ineffective, they were rude and not willing to help. We ended up having to pay double for our stay.
The steps in completing a reservation thru travelUp were simple. I received an email right away with my booking info.
I was surprised after completing my reservation with you in a resort in Hurghada, Egypt, that this reservation is for certain nationalities, not for everyone, and that I have to pay an additional cost because my nationality is Egyptian, not American, and this is very annoying and incomprehensible.

We were happy to use Travel Up to book our honeymoon to Margaritaville Vacation Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico until we called to confirm the day before to only learn the travel up had made our reservations with the connecting hotel, Wyndham. The hotel was unable to fix the reservations previously made.

A lot of features were not avalible after we got to the hotel! Maids didn't refresh the rooms we were not told at check that we had to request maids towels weren't even brought up! When checking out they couldn't do anything but give meal vouches because we book through a third party
I wound up canceling my reservation and was told that my deposit was non- refundable. Absolute garbage.

This is a very normal policy for deposits to be non refundable. If you agreed to our terms and conditions before booking, they state that hotel deposits are non refundable as we work alongside with suppliers.

Had extra fees when we signed into the hotel. These fees were not noted when we booked it it was an extra $20 a night in the hotel was horrible.

Any extra resort fees are mentioned in the section 'about the hotel' when making a booking. All resort fees are paid directly to the hotel on a daily basis as is becoming very common among hotels.

The experience was phenomenal. This is my first time booking with TravelUp and it seems too good to be true.
Went easy but you need to read all the notes. It said if I did not print a thing then it would not be valid so I printed it.

Omg I booked with travelup for Staybridge Suites Time Square and I got to the hotel and they told me they don't use travelup and the hotel is booked. They also don't go by Staybridge Suites Time Square anymore. I tried to call them and their office is now closed. What am I to do, this is awful!
