Great Experience! Highly recommend. Fast and efficient

It was an awesome deal though but to communicate with the agency on phone seems little bit hard.

The first agent, Andy, was quick and efficient but the payment site created some problems and lots of phone calls to finally reserve my trip.

Absolutely terrible company. Having to deal with getting a refund from them is terrible. They're deceptive, unprofessional, and straight up lie. I still haven't gotten my refund back yet

Do NOT ever book anything with this company. Customer service is non-existent, staff is unprofessional. I booked my flight tickets with them, but they forgot to send it to my e-mail. I had to call and wait over an hour for someone to pick up. The call back service was not working, and when someone finally picked up they were so rude I literally thought I was talking to a scammer (they barely spoke English too). My flight to destination got moved to a different day, and I did not get any notification. I caught it myself on the airline's website, but airline could not assist me in anyway because they said I had to contact TravelUp for any changes. TravelUp will answer your e-mails, but it takes more than 24 hours, so in case of emergency you will be screwed. On the way back to my country I found out that my tickets were not properly rebooked and the airline cannot check me in for the flight. TravelUp did a mistake on their system (not sure how it works together with airline systems), even though they assured me the ticket was valid. I almost lost it right there at the airport. Thank God and airline company staff who were so nice to me and were able to fix the issue themselves. If not for their kindness I would still be stuck on the other side of the globe. Again, please do not use this agency. Spend a little more money and book directly with your preferred airlines.

I called up the hotel and they dont have my name and booking

The experience was easy and when I was confused on my reservation and location, TravelUp was extremely patient and helpful. I would recommend TravelUP for your next hotel booking.

Poor communication I was so stressed about my flight. No working phone number

It was fine, a bit confusing at the beginning but the rest of it was fine.

Ticket booking with travelUp is easy and comfortable.

This has been a terrible experience and it's ongoing and has not been resolved. I would suggest a manager reach out to me.

The site was easy and quick to use. I had no problem using it or finding what I needed.

First time user, efficient, easy to manuver. Overall very user friendly. I will be back.

Unable to reach TravelUp through either their app or through the Email addresses and phone numbers posted on their Website in order to make a change in my flight itinerary.
