Did not get a check in option after purchasing next day flight.
Was a little hard at first but the more I look at it, it was really easy to use.
I was due to fly to Madrid in April 11th 2020 but due to Covid my flight got cancelled. TravelUp offered me a credit voucher for the full amount of my flight ticket, but I had not received anything until today, after sending several emails and contacting them through their website throughout the last 2 years. Today, I sent them another email saying I would take legal action against them and... Finally they have sent me the voucher! They said they sent it Sep 17th 2020 and I have checked every single email from them many times and there was no credit voucher!
Costumer service is terrible with them. Took them well over a month to get back to me. Tried to get a refund due to covid related issues. I even sent them my results of a positive test and they still ended up taking the money. They replied with they will not negotiate any further and closed the case. Save your time and money, go directly to known websites.

If you have a function for changing peoples flights for a charge and your team asks for details but then doesn't take action for over 30 hours, how is that ever going to be workable for people who have tight timeframes to work around. I would've understood if they hadn't seen my case but they have and they asked me what flight I wanted it changed into and now three emails in and 30 hours later I've no confirmation of when I'll travel. Very frustrating

Hello,
I received your message about my flight change and that it was said I have to call you back to confirm that I received the message.
Unfortunately your customer service line sucks badly, no one seems to answer the phone, they good at transferring to another person constantly and eventually you don't get nowhere than the line just gets cut off so I had to call back again and restart the process all over again and get nowhere again. It was extremely frustrating. I was trying to get a hold of someone for over 2 hours, and finally gave up on this. I absolutely hate hate this company, wish I had never did business with you…!
I will never do business with you and would never recommend anyone such a lame company to do business with. Train your staff how to handle customer service because obviously they don't give a $#*! about people or their phone call. I am so angry with you that I don't know what else to do!

Asked for cancellation & refund. Was told they could cancel but no refund. I asked them not to cancel if no refund, that's stupid. Now my reservation will not come up in the system. We have looked into your case and can see that you requested cancellation via our online portal due to no longer being able to travel. Our colleagues received this request and cancelled down the booking based on the cancellation terms agreed to at time of booking. As a gesture of goodwill our supplier was contacted however the hotel rejected the waiver request for this booking.
Unfortunately as the hotel are not willing to cancel free of charge on this occasion we are unable to provide you with a refund for this booking.

After booking and getting e-ticket they started changing in my travel date. They have destroyed my total schedule. I have lost my business meeting as well because of this $#*! company. They don't pick up the phone even.

Today I went to the airport after long journey in the train for 50£. Setting up at 5 am and the flight is at 19:40. I got to the air port at 10 am. Did my pcr for 80£, at approximately 3pm i went to check for the desk number. I could see the time, but not the flight, i consulted the info desk. They check for me, the reply was " mate, this flight doesn't exist on our system, you need to call the provider of your booking," i called, my phone ringing for 3 hours because I was desperate. No answer at all, all what i heard " thanks for calling travelup, your are position 7, time remaining in the queue 4 min and 2 sec,,, for three hours.
My mom expecting me. My wife expecting after 2 and half years didn't see her.
They damaged me mentally so hard.
Stay away from them.
