I have been emailing and calling treval up to change my ticket date from 14thfeb 2022 to 7th march its been 5 days and got nonrespinse i wasted 35 pounds on international calls to treval up. Every time they put me on hold and then disconnect. I got an emergency and i need to inform my employer. Atleast some call me and change my date asap. I was on call again 5 min ago they put me on hold for 30 min and hagned up.my number is **************

They do offer some very good hotel rates, TU will send you their confirmation, but you have to be willing to wait to get a confirmation number for the hotel as they go thru a supplier. This took over a week for us. As rates go up over time, it can be unsettling to know if you indeed have a reservation if your trip is only a few weeks away. After a week of calls, TU did secure us a number that the hotel was able to confirm as legit.

My experience was horrible. I made mistakenly made a reservation then requested a cancelation within 10 minutes of making that reservation. However, I was charged a TravelUp administration charge: US$ 212.12. I only wanted to change my room.

I agreed to pay the amount due now for my hotel accommodation and $111 in resort fees due at the property. Upon check in, the property charged me $184 for resort fee and tax. The property said that has always been the cost for 4 nights of resort fees and did they did not understand where travel up got $111 from. I chose Travel Up because they were the lowest price but now I paid an extra $73 dollars more for my reservation which was extremely higher than hopper or booking.com.

Everything was smooth, quick and easy!
Great first experience for me and the price was reasonable.
My confirmation email noted that I needed to print a copy of the hotel voucher. I was not able to do so. I called and spoke to one of your representatives who said that he would correct the problem and that I would be able to print within two hours. As of this morning, I still could not print he voucher. I called again, spoke to another representative who was able to immediately correct the problem.
My helper Eric was amazing. He was super helpful and helping us book with no hassle. Made the process stress free
This was an easy process. I had to call back for changes and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Don't use this company. They are a rip off. I made a reservation because it said it was cancellable, it turns out that you could only cancel it the same say! Now I lost all the money because of their false advertising.

Fast and easy. Everything was straightforward and I was able to book my hotel in only a few minutes. I received a confirmation email promptly. Everything looks good.
I hope checkin is as easy as booking this very reasonable rate! And it was!
Horrific experience, I booked a flight from Manchester to Hanoi via Doha with them. The only thing received was a ticket and an itinerary.
They cancelled my booking and did not at any point write or call or attempt to contact in any other way. 24 hours before the flight I attempted to check in and the booking no longer exist. When called Travel up I was told the airlines had cancelled all the flights which was an absolute lie, every flights on that ticket were going ahead. Travel up notes in their T&Cs that if they cannot accept a booking they would inform the customer which at no point happened.
Customer service is non existent. The emergency number does not work, and the general number is unmanned. When able to get through I was put on hold for hours in multiple occasions and then they hung up on me. Staff are extremely rude and had no idea what they were doing, all they knew to do was giving out lies and excuses. Will be looking to get a refund immediately.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, MONEY AND TIME HAS BEEN WASTED.

TravelUp is easy to use and has the best prices! We got a great deal on the resort we chose!
I looked for a price for the hotel in Memphis. Travelup was by far the cheapest. I wish the price quoted initially included all taxes, fees etc like airlines prices do. Apparently I have to pay a "resort fee" at the hotel also. I think that any required fees (including taxes, surcharges, resort fees etc) ought to be included in the quoted price.
Answer: Hopeless. They don't reply to emails. Can't get through on the phone. Useless. Better to forget about them and lose the stress. Have accepted I'll never see my money again.
