The booking was really simple and great prices. The only thing I think you could change is the reservation takes a while to be shown in the system and it should just be in your profile ready to view instead of searching for your booking information. It was unclear to me which reservation number to use and what surname was. I didn't know whether to use the full name or not. I finally figured it out but those couple of things would make it easier.

Horrible

Horrible. Booked. Paid deposit and no links work so I can manage my booking or confirm my account. Can't call anyone and no one emails back. I'm contacting a lawyer for fraud and theft.

Still No Action - Just Excuses

Here we are 3 months later and I'm still receiving the same lame excuses. Now they admit they owe me money but haven't been able to get the funds to pay me from their supplier. I'm not sure whether this company is just incompetent or plain dishonest. If you are smart you should NEVER use TravelUp for your travel needs.

I have seen many reviews regarding Travel-Up. The good reviews mostly come from customers who are lucky enough to have nothing to go wrong. The bad reviews seem to center around trying to obtain any sort of refund. I now know why. I had a hotel reservation scheduled for 11/24/2021. Travel-Up charged my card for $634.67. A family emergency forced me to cancel on 11/23/2021. Both Travel-Up and the hotel were personally notified by me of the cancellation. Now almost 2 months later I am still receiving lame excuses such as "we are having difficulty with our supplier" and have received NOTHING as a refund. Their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and do not book any travel with this company.

After promising a refund the company has continued to not honor their promises, but rather provide one lame excuse after another. In my opinion, this company is a scam run by liars and cheaters. Under no circumstances should you trust or do any business with TravelUp.

The worst company ever I have dealed with. They are just looting. I have requested them to change my wife's flight from london to mumbai which was cost me 1024 £. After follow up one of the person from admin came back to me with some option, they were charging 454£ extra I told them ok as we have to travel on those dates and then right away he shared payment link with me, I paid within the time and requested to issue my updated ticket but now he is saying that price has been changed and asking to pay 300£ more. When I checked the same flight on their website the fare difference is just 200£ and now they are charging additional 754£. They mentioned in their advertise that book with confidence but its just on paper. My friends I suggest to book the ticket directly from airline at least they just charge only price difference based on current price. Avoid such frauder

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! They have hotels on here that don't even exist! I requested a refund because I booked a room At the hard rock hotel in Las Vegas But that hotel is tore down but you had it on your website! I would like a refund! My lawyer will be contacted

I booked double king room at royal palm Miami became double means two beds
Now I call hotel and it's not double!
How can I change over to the room with two full beds
It's night cost a little more which is ok but i should be charged the cancellation/ change fee because the term double was used inaccurately here

I booked with your company for the first time. I received a confirmation email and when I arrived from Arizona to the resort in Florida, I was advised that my reservation was canceled. The property manager told me your agency was advised in advance that there were no rooms available. I am having difficulty working with a representative from your company to resolve this issue.

I cancelled 1 hr after making my reservation well before midnight deadline and you are trying to steal $59.08 from me. This is a very unethical decision and I will be disputing it with Citibank and the Better Business Bureau as well as telling everybody who will listen that you are not an honest site.

We do not offer free cancellation on our bookings as we book via third party suppliers and have to follow their terms. As per the policy of your booking the charge would have applied even if the booking was cancelled minutes later as it is automatically confirmed with our supplier under the policy shown and agreed to.

Never again

Booking with Travelup was no problem. Communication with them since March 2020 has been a massive challenge. I resorted to communicating directly with the airline to understand what options were available to me and how things were panning out. In requesting a refund, Travelup never replied to emails nor followed up with their verbal promise to call me back that day, five times. I still haven't heard anything from them and the expiry date to request a refund for the ticket has conveniently passed (convenient for them?). I wouldn't choose or recommend them again.

Picking up a room was very confusing. The same room was listed twice, one included breakfast and was less expensive. I accidentally picked the one without breakfast. I immediately called and email travelup, but never got a response to my email and the person in the phone told me there was nothing he could do.

I am very unhappy with my experience and plan to tell my 350K followers about this.
