Terrible - this "package deal" is more of a hassle than anything I've experienced and not worth the "cost savings" as it cost me ALL morning on the phone trying to change my trip yesterday, subsequently cancelling completely today - another 2 hours on the phone. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to understand your people when they speak, the call quality is AWFUL and I'm annoyed.
We didn't travel yet, but so far so good. The price for the hotel was unbeatable, so we'll see how it goes and leave more feedback afterwards.

Extremely bad. During check-in one of flight was absent. So I had only first boarding pass and I could even find second booking. I spend 5 hours communicating to airBaltic support. And even after assurance from airBaltic support that they add me in computers, I had to convince staff at gateway to print boarding pass. One of worst travel experience.

This is the worst booking experience I have ever had. Got to the hotel and was told I wasn't on their list. The manager informed me they didn't have any contractual agreement with Travelup and that they never heard the name before. Sucks.
