Terrible - this "package deal" is more of a hassle than anything I've experienced and not worth the "cost savings" as it cost me ALL morning on the phone trying to change my trip yesterday, subsequently cancelling completely today - another 2 hours on the phone. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to understand your people when they speak, the call quality is AWFUL and I'm annoyed.

Booked 3 flights but noticed within 15 hours dates were wrong called and told it cost more to move flights than flights cost advoid these morons like the plague

Very bad hotel. Elite hotel in taksim istanbul was not 5 star hotel. Why do you advertise it as 5 stars? Why do you lie to your customers?

I made a booking for 11/22/22 to 11/28/22 immediately after confirming I noticed that the month should hve been 10/22 to 10/28 I called your office and was told to send an email explaining the error, I did its been over 24 hours and I still have not heard from you.

Extremely bad

Extremely bad. During check-in one of flight was absent. So I had only first boarding pass and I could even find second booking. I spend 5 hours communicating to airBaltic support. And even after assurance from airBaltic support that they add me in computers, I had to convince staff at gateway to print boarding pass. One of worst travel experience.

This is the worst booking experience I have ever had. Got to the hotel and was told I wasn't on their list. The manager informed me they didn't have any contractual agreement with Travelup and that they never heard the name before. Sucks.
