Zero Stars! The Customer Service of travelup is not answering emails for days. It was a simple Service sending a Secure payment link for a Flight change. Since 3 days we are waiting for s respond, called the Customer service and they promised us that the responsible admin officer will send us the link the Same day. Nothilfen happened. I am shocked by the way Travelup is treating me as a customer because it is Important to confirm the Flight change as we have to Book our corespondance Flight. I bought an airline ticket and upon receiving the confirmation i noticed a wrong date,i sent two requests via the website and an email to cancel the ticket.
I also phoned the company,it took over an hour to get an answer and was asked to send an email.
Travelup did not cancel the ticket on time and simply refund me 300 GBP from over 900 GBP when the airline allow free cancellation within 24 hours.
These guys are well-trained professional crooks,do not send them anything over their website as per their T&C only email considers notice ( even after a proper notice was sent they still did not cancel the ticket).

However, we completely disagree with your statement as the booking is made on the website with no manual intervention of our team involved in it, therefore the discretion of the booking lies under your responsibility to cross check the details thoroughly before confirming the ticket.
In addition to this, any cancellation which you initiate is called a voluntary cancellation by the airline and they then apply the charge and penalty for the cancellation accordingly.

It was my first time using Travel Up. I booked my flight on BA to Costa Rica and got the confirmation which said "hand luggage only."
Immediately I called customer service and they said I need to call back after 9am tomorrow. I went to the BA website and it had no record of my reservation. I decided to cancel my reservation immediately. I called back and could not get through. I called the next morning (maybe 12 hours later) and had to wait over an hour to get through.
Once I got through the agent said there's a fee to cancel (75 British pounds). I had to respond to an email saying I was ok with a refund minus the fee. I made a note in my journal: DO NOT EVER USE TRAVEL UP.

Once I purchased and my card was processed- I can no longer log in to look at my reservation. I have tried MULTIPLE times to log back in using the booking reference and my surname and I am worried that I spent all that money and it was all for naught.

The calendar is structured strange, Monday - Sunday not Sunday - Saturday as is normal in the United States. For this reason we booked the wrong hotel days

I had a connecting flight from Heathrow to Manchester. The main flight was delayed by an hour by virgin, and they advised that i am likely to miss my connecting flight, so to re-arrange that.
So i rang them on a Sunday and was advised that the rescheduling department is closed and will open tomorrow and to ring back then.
I rang on Monday and spoke to someone with a bad Indian accent and poor command of the English language (Name Given was: Francis Norris - yeah right). He told me that an hour for a connecting flight is a viable time. Then went on to say that the rescheduling department does not take calls and only uses emails. However, another passenger on the same flight had re-scheduled their flight only on Saturday.
So currently left in limber as do not know if i will make the connecting flight?

Booked 2 flights with BA to Italy via Travel Up. BA cancelled flights. Tried to get money back but Travel Up make is almost impossible by not answering calls or emails. After a month I was told I'd get some money back but Travel Up would keep £165 as admin fee.

Discusted with this company. I paid for airport parking and they put down the wrong arrival time of my return back to the airport, even though the flights were also booked through them! So my car will now not be ready to pick up on my arrival back to the airport. Also they did not even put my car reg plate number into the meet and greet system so the barrier will not lift up on my approach to the meet and greet entrance now, I emailed them to fix their mistake and they completely ignored me.

After our return flight was cancelled from Goa the 'silver service' that I had paid an extra £75 for was appalling / non existent. Definitely don't bother taking this out. It ruined the last five days of our holiday as we didn't know if we could get home and we received virtually no communication from Travel Up.
