I attempted to contact travelup at that time to rectify the situation but all phone numbers listed on your website were out of service and not working. I had to book a reservation through the hotel at nearly double the price due to TravelUp not booking my reservation with the hotel.

There is still no confirmed hotel booking and you already took my money. Jacob Miller advised that it could take 72 hours for hotel to confirm and that is crazy. This has been literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting to book a hotel room. I have been on hold numerous hours since yesterday never getting to talk to anyone other than the one guy that refuses to wait for my hotel confirmation number to come up on website which it doesn't and he hung up on me.
