I have been waiting for my flight cancellation refunds and its been over 4 months now since I cancelled my tickets and I have not yet received my refunds and now they are saying its going to take 4-6 weeks more to process my refunds which just adds up to their bad service. It seems that they are rotating customers money and deliberately delaying the process of returning customers their own money.
Very Aweful And worst experience. I had booked my parents ticket from India to SFO, due to the pandemic all flights got cancelled and I got an cancellation email from Emirates airline 3 months before the scheduled date and mentioned about full refund, when contacted the Travelopod they said they will be refunding the full amount within 4-6 wks and when again contacted after 6 wks they mentioned that they cannot refund the full amount and charged a cancellation of $350 per ticket times 2 tickets which was $700... I just booked through them cause one of my friends recommended them. I would never recommend them to any of my friends. I hope others read this before they book.

Your advice saved me a couple of dollars clay as u offered me a deal to which i was not able to say no when i was not even prepared for it. Your round trip ticket advice also worked out as my daughter had to change her plans and will be returning now.
Everything was just perfect my clay as and the hotel is wonderful which you selected for us. there was no issue with flight or hotel everything was just perfect.

Before I called I had already looked my flight up online... he allowed me to book the flight that I wanted... he was respectful and understanding and did everything on a timely manner!
My overall experience was horrible. Hope did not explain whose company she represented and about the service charges and refused to listen when I explained we had suf credit to cover the changes. Adam was very courteous and helpful
