I am very pleased with the help Anna offered. Was originally going to fly out of LAX which is 2 hrs from where we live and she found a flight from the city where we live saving us 2 hour drive time. She stayed on the line until I recvd the first confirmation. I have her ext and email. Next time I need a flight I will be calling her for sure!
