We ordered a mat from trampolinesandmore, and after less than a year the mat started tearing near the springs, and separated completely from 10 of them. I contacted the company to ask about a warranty because I could not see one on the site. They informed me there is only a 4 month warranty on their mats, but offered me 30% off a new mat. I let them know that I would not be purchasing anything from them again because of the low quality.

Not only was their quality low, but their email support personnel couldn't string together enough words to complete 1 sentance. It got to the point where they referred me to their 'relationship manager' after I continued to push for at least a partial refund. He was insulting and rude, and also could not put together 2 words that made sense. What kind of warranty is a 4 month warranty anyway? It screams that they know their product is inferior and they don't want to do anything to back up their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

In August of 2012 I had ordered a jump mat. Unfortunately I had clicked the wrong on and when I tried to put it on it would not fit. I then went on the website and read the return policy which stated I needed to acquire a return number. So I called the number everyday for two weeks until someone finally called me back. That day I received an email with all the pertinent information. I then packed the mat up and sent off to California exactly the way the email told me to. It has been two months, I call everyday as well as email but I get no response from this company. Even if I call the sales dept it always goes to voice mail and no one calls back ever.
I n conclusion I would respectfully suggest that on one ever buys anything from this company ever. Although their website is good, their customer service it the worst I have ever encountered. Again stay away from this company, there other trampoline companies that actually answer their phone.

Our Jumpking trampoline mat of 17 years finally bit the dust so I did some online searching for a new mat and trampolineandmore had the lowest price. I do regret to say that I ordered before I read all of these reviews on the place and not gonna lie, I worried about our order after reading all the terrible experiences. That said, our transaction was smooth. It came within the allotted shipping time and it was the correct size and shape, exactly what I ordered. We've tried it out and so far, it seems like it'll hold up fine. The only misgivings I had was the lack of paperwork/instuctions/brand certificate/etc in the box. The box itself says Jumpking Mat, however all the "literature" I could find in the box was a 2x4 inch piece of thin cardboard with some form of Asian text & writing on it.? It does make me a little leery that there is no real certification of the make, there isn't even anything on the tag on the mat. So, in my honest opinion, while our transaction went smoothly, there is no proof that I have a quality (or legal even?) product so exercise caution when considering this company.

Horrible experience! I made a mistake and ordered a mat that would not fit my tramp. Within 12 hours, I cancelled the order and was told refund would be issued. 2 days later the mat was delivered. I called and emailed the company about return shipping/efund since I had cancelled the purchase. The response from the phone call was "Oops, sorry! We couldn't stop it in time!" The email response was, "If your trampoline is such-and-such size that IS what you need and so we sent it." Basically, they told me that they were the experts and they knew what I needed. This is it. You ordered. We shipped. Tough. After 2 weeks, I finally received a shipping label and was able to return the mat and get a refund.
Later, I ordered a mat from a different company only to discover the distributor/shipper was Trampolineandmore! They did not send the size advertised/purchased so again I had to return it to the "know-it-all" folks. This time it took over a month to get things straightened out. I still don't have a trampoline mat.; but have most of my $$ back. When I look again for my unusually sized mat, I WILL NOT use this company as a seller or distributor for a seller. I would rather purchase a whole new trampoline from someone else or just do without one!

This is the first experience I've had with Trampolineandmore. I received the replacement mat and it was the incorrect size. I called the 1800trampoline and they were wonderful and told me they would reship immediately and to send back the other mat with the enclosed label once I got it. They were great until Sydney, from Japan, the owner, as he calls himself called me that afternoon from another company called trampolineandmore. I ask him if he was with 1800 trampoline and he said they are third party vendors. He told me I would not be receiving another mat that I made a mistake and that was to bad. This owner, as he called himself, called me a B*%CH and told he to return all the mat and the pad I ordered (over $200 in equipment) because he didn't need or want my business. His cursed several times at me. I finally hung up. He needs to return to his country and learn manner and how to work with customers. I will never purchase anything from this company and will be advertising against this so others that have grandchildren and children don't get stuck with parts that do not fit and get abused on the phone. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AND LOTS OF MONEY LOST!

We ordered a mat and found the quality to be lacking. We returned it within one week (with a delivery tracking number) and it was received by them on July 27th. Here it is September 6th and they still won't refund my money. I have e-mailed them 17 times - they have responded 3 times saying they would refund my money ASAP. They never answer their phones. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I have reported them to paypal and the BBB.

Ordered a tramp matt that turned out to be the wrong size. Since returning the matt to get my money back I've been waiting over two months. I've called... no luck. Written... and they write back saying their billing department will credit my account... still waiting. Sounds to me from the other reviews I've read that these guys are nothing but crooks... avoid!

I ordered a simple set of 10 replacement springs over a month ago and they immediately charged my debit card. I still have not received the product. They have given me a half dozen excuses why but I have to follow up with them on a weekly basis. They have blamed IT, the shipper, a computer glich, and have promised that it has been / will be sent several times but when I press for a package tracking number they keep ignoring my requests. - Do NOT use this site!

I purchased 14' replacement pads for my trampoline. The service was prompt (received my pads with 5 days). Though I had problems with the quality of the pads, I credit that to Jumpking. After about a dozen uses, A golfball sized hole appeared at the seam. I live chatted with trampoline and more. They told me to take pics and e-mail them. Within hours, I was e-mailed that this was clearly a faulty pad, and said they would send a replacement immediately. 3-5 days later, a replacement showed up at my door. I thought I would have to pay shipping to send the defective ones back, but I didn't even have to do any of that. Thanks Trampoline and More.

On ******* I ordered replacement 7" springs for our trampoline. Once I opened the box, I noted that 2 of the springs were shorter as well as several of them appeared "loose" and worn. After measuring I determined that 2 of the sprnigs were 6 1/2". I have tried contacting them for a week through the phone numbers listed on their website, on the invoice, through email, & finally even through a fax. As of today I have still heard no reply & since they are obviously going to be so unresponsive to me they have left me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my card company. I will spend more than the charge of the spings alone in attempting to dispute this charge but it does not matter. This company is a complete scam & unresponsive to customer concerns. I WARN everyone to steer clear of doing busines with them.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a mat in July, a month later was told it was on backorder. It is now almost November and I have yet to get my money back. Trying to dispute charge with credit card company. Their phones are down and they do not respond to any email requests. I was told in August I would receive a refund check in 5-10 business days. This website is a SCAM and FRAUD! Do not use!

They definitely do NOT ship within a day as their website states. I purchased my replacement springs on September 23rd and did not get them until today (October 15). They did not respond at all to numerous emails to explain what the delay was. VERY poorly packaged. The postmark states October 12 ( conveniently the day that I sent an email stating I was going to contact BBB and also request a refund). Quality looks just ok, nothing fabulous. DO NOT order from this website. Please pay a little more to give business to a reputable seller.

Do not order from this company. I too was sent the wrong item (trampoline enclosure). I followed all the steps but was never able to talk with anyone. All you get is an answering machine. I then emailed. No response. I then sent the item back to ensure the "45 day money back guarantee". It has now been 4 months, I have not received a refund, exchange, or any communication from them.

I PURCHASED A TRAMPOLINE MAT ON 6-3-10. IT IS NOW 6-24-10 AND NO MAT. WEBSITE STATES THAT THEY USUALLY SHIP THAT DAY AND IT TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. BUSINESS IS IN CALIFORNIA AND I LIVE IN KENTUCKY. I GUESS THEY ARE DELIVERING IT ON FOOT! I CALLED A WEEK AND A HALF AGO OF COURSE NO ONE ANSWERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. THEY EMAILED ME STATING THAT THEY HAD IT ON A BACKORDER LIST(WHICH WAS AN ERROR) THEY APOLIGIZED, SAID THEY WERE SENDING OUT TODAY. THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 24-48 HRS. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND SINCE THEN NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES. I TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL WHICH THEY WILL NOT GO THROUGH. I HAVE BEEN ONLY ABLE TO CONTACT SALES PEOPLE, WHICH SURPRISE! THEY CAN ONLY TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER AND RELAY A MESSAGE.(WHOOPEE!) I ordered pads for a 12' round trampoline. The purchase process said free shipping. I continued the online purchase process and entered all my information. They billed my credited card and said it would take 3-5 days to get my pads.

They sent me an email about 5 days later saying that it seems there is a problem with my order because I live in Canada and they don't free ship to Canada. If I want to proceed send them an email and they will send me a link to purchase $26 in shipping charges. I did so. Nothing happened. I called customer service which is an operator who relays the problem to CS who don't take calls directly. 3 days later I get a link to buy the shipping charges. I do so. My credit card gets billed immediately.

It has been three weeks, I have been emailing them and calling them (answering machine) and I have gotten no response. I imagine that this is just a fraudulent website run by one person (down and out) and they are simply stealing peoples money.

I will now have to follow up with the police and VISA and try to get my money back. Do not use this "site".

I purchased a trampoline pad from trampolineand more which per the website had a one year warranty and two to three year expected life. After six months of use the pad disintegrated. The blue plastic covering cracked and the foam padding was blown all around my yard. I called trampoline and more and was told that I would receive a replacement pad. After two weeks with of no action I called again and was told that they had some issues with the pad manufacturer, that they had many defective pads and that the replacement pad would be shipped our soon. Four weeks later I called and was told that the pad warranty had exopired and that they were not responsible for any replacements. When I checked the website, sure enough, they had modified the posted warranty period to six months instead of the one year waranty shown when I made my purchase. These people are dishonest and sell poor quality merchandise. Anyone who purchases from this website is supporting a company that rips off innocent consumers. If you don't care about throwing away your own money, at least consider that your are keeping these thieves in business to con future unsuspecting customers. Stop buying from them and shut down their fraudulent business.

I ordered a trampoline mat first week of August (ordered right size) They sent wrong size. When I tried to contact all i could get was an answering machine. Took many days before they returned my call. By this time I ordered a mat from another company. I needed my mat for a very special party. I packed the wrong size trampoline mat that they sent back into their box and trampolineandmore sent fedex to pick it up. Then the problems really begin. They did not credit my credit card back and they said they would. They had 30 days. Well next statement it was still on there. I had to call my Credit Card Company to have recredit my card. Then I get a call from Trampolineandmore and the man ask me to put the charge back on my card. He indicated that he would than remove the charge that it went against him if I had it removed. Of course I said No to that. On my next Credit Card Statement I see that he has rebuttaled the charge, his reason for this my credit card company said was that he offered a store credit. NO, I did want a store credit. His web site has a 45 day money back guarantee. I want my money refunded. Trampolineand more said that they would refund my money. I already ordered a trampoline mat from another company, that did not have an answering machine on. Trampolineandmore sent the wrong size. It was their mistake not mine. I needed this mat for a very special birthday part. Did not have it because of the wrong size they sent.
Next I again open the case and have the Trampolineandmore charge again taken off my card. Again Trampolineandmore rebuttal and this time claim my credit card company tell me that trampolineandmore claim they did not receive the trampoline mat. (Trampolineandmore changed their reasons!) Again yes I am not giving up, I am faxing letters and information to my credit card company. For now the charge is off my card. Today as of 01-05-2010 while I write letters and send information to my credit card company as to why the refund should stay on my card and trampolineandmore not be able to give more reasons for their rebuttal. It has been 5 months. I hope soon this matter will be resolved. I hope this review saves someone else from the trouble that I have had with this company.
