I ordered a mat and springs. The order came quickly, but the packaging had been compromised and the springs were missing. I contacted Trampoline and More and within just a few days, I had my springs. I appreciate their excellent service. Also, the mat is excellent quality. I am very pleased with both their customer service and product quality and will shop here again.
I order their Ultimate pad for my trampoline several years ago. It came with a 3 year warranty so I stashed my order receipt away in hopes I never needed. However, living in Colorado means lots of sunny days and very low humidity. Add cold winters and things outside don't seem to last (grill covers, plastic storage sheds, etc). My pad started to show some cracks after about a year, but I kept it as long as I could. After 2 1/2 years, I decided it had to be thrown away because it had cracked so badly that it
Was no longer functional. On the off chance that the company would honor the warranty, I sent them an email. The quickly responded and asked for pictures. I didn't hear anything back, but several weeks later, a big box showed up at the house. It was a new pad and they seemed to have slightly redesigned it, making it a little bigger so it wasn't pulling so tight on my 15' tramp. I'm very impressed with their support, especially since I didn't have to pay shipping (which the warranty specifically stated I would have to pay)! Sorry others didn't have a good experience.
I ordered a net, paid $77 through PayPal, and never received anything. No confirmation of order, and no items. But they did take my money. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

They lie, and take your money. This site is a pure scam. Bought a net paid with paypal was told 5to7 days delivery. 16 days later still nothing so I called. All of our operators are busy please leave a message. Left message and emailed company also tried online live customer support. Online customer support is never online. Email response was oops sorry IT glitch meant your package didn't get sent it has been sent today. Asked for tracking number and number was for a package sent three days before i complained. That tracking number still not picked up from their office in California. Logged file complaint with Paypal now trying to get my money back
I needed to return products to this company and they were extremely workable at the begining. They promised to give me a full refund and so i sent the product back. I emailed them and called them multiple times. Most of the time without any response. I was even told at one point that the money had been credited back to me and I should see it in my bank in a couple of days. A month later I still hadn't received it. I contacted paypal and opened a dispute and reported this company to the Attorney General of California. I emailed trampolines and more and told them the actions I had taken. I had a response within minutes and was credited back my money. I suggest that everyone does the same. Paypal said that if they received more complaints about this seller they would investigate and close down their paypal account and then they would be able to get people there money back.
I am extremely disappointed with this business site. We ordered our pad and net and received the wrong size. We made the mistake of paying and ordering the correct size and returning the incorrect size after we received it. We have yet to receive our refund over two months later. No one seems to care. We have been promised a refund and phone calls and no one ever returns them. I would not recommend anyone using this Website or business..
I ordered trampoline springs back in September, and it said free shipping to Canada. After waiting ofr 6 weeks and not getting them I contacted the store via email and left a message on their answering machine. They wrote back saying it was pending since there was a $19.00 shipping charge not paid. I wrote them and asked for a refund, which they said they would do, but I keep having to write them emails and calling them and getting no where. Still waiting for a refund. Donot order anything from them, they will take your money and not give it back. Also false advertising saying it was free shipping and then not notifying me that there was a charge for shipping. Customer Service, what Customer Service! I purchased a trampoline spring cover and it was sent to me pretty quickly and I was satisified with that shipment, however, this is where it starts going bad. I found that the pad did not fit my trampoline correctly. Called Trampolines and More to get an Return Authorization which they provided me promptly. As I live in the area I dropped the pad off at the warehouse for a refund. They told me the manager is not in and would process it on Monday when he got in. After a few days my refund was not processed and I was told it couldn't be done until the owner gets back. Two more weeks passed and still no refund. I called numerous times to talk to someone and left 5-6 different e-mails for them to contact me. No one responded not even once. I sent numerous e-mails to the customer service team and not one was ever responded to. I eventually got on the chat line that they have and they said it was a misunderstanding, and that they would process the return that day. Again, no refund. Luckily I kept printouts of my chat notes and other documentation and finally turned it into my Credit Card account to take care of and to this day I still don't think they were ever given back the refund money. My credit card company never charged me, but just the sheer frustration of dealing with this company should be noted and as far as I am concerned you should never order from them good price or not, its just not worth it in the long run!
I ordered a pack of replacement trampoline springs and never received a valid tracking number for my package. I did check the status on my credit card and they indeed charged me for them. After waiting the "guaranteed" delivery time of 5 days I began to email them about the status of my order. I got a very short email blaming it on the united states postal service. And ive emailed them several more times and no response since then. So i googled reviews on them which led me here to you. Its been a week and no communication from them or a tracking number which tells me they never sent me my springs. So I've contacted the better business bureau and have opened up an investigation. I urge all negative reviewers to do the same. This company is fraudulent. Im beyond upset.
I have never experienced customer service as bad as this! The reviews below are right on - they do not answer calls, they lie, they do not return messages... I've been hung up on numerous times, on and on it goes. Apparently there is a manager named Sidney but he is unreachable and does not respond. He is the only one who can issue return authorizations, and refunds. We haven't received a response and we call daily. We are out $250 dollars, and do not have the product we ordered. I am beyond frustrated, and hope that this company gets put out of business soon!
I ordered a mat almost a month ago, but they have never shipped it. Their website says, "Yes, we ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide!" (we are at a DPO address). In trying to work out what's going on, I received this valuable information in an email from them: "We just checked with our IT department and it was incorrectly inputted it is not worldwide. It is only if the base is in the US." Sounds like they do this sort of thing to a lot of people. Anyone out there know how to get a class-action lawsuit going?
I was also surprised with all of the negatives reviews but I took the chance and ordered the product because I also am from Canada and the prices are at least double here. The order took about 3 weeks to arrive and I am extremely satisfied with the product.
I am surprised that almost all of the reviews are negative for Trampolines and More. I live in Canada, and there is no comparable company here that provides replacement parts for trampolines, especially at such reasonable prices. I received my order in a timely fashion, considering it had to go through Customs. When I received my order, I found two broken pieces on the net. I phoned Customer Care and my call was taken immediately and with excellent service. All I had to do with take a few pics of the broken pieces and email the pics. Within one day, a brand new net was on its way! Customer Service was OUTSTANDING for me. Now, here's the best part... I totally screwed up my order - even after my first complaint of getting a broken net, and then receiving a new one from them - it turns out I ordered the wrong size (yes, I totally screwed that up!). I phoned it to sort it out and AGAIN the customer service was OUTSTANDING. I am happy to say they are sending me the right size and are happy to take back my original order. I can't tell you how amazing I have been treated by them... they are TOPS in my books. Sorry you all had some negative experiences with them, but they went over and beyond to make sure I was happy... and I am!
I wish I had come here first. My story:
We ordered a trampoline on March 28th, Paid for it with Visa. On March 29th, I contacted online help for assistance as to when order may ship (beings it was for my 5 year old daughters birthday in 5 days, I was curious when it may arrive). I was informed that they had received my order and it would ship the afternoon of March 29th, that it would arrive by tuesday April 2nd or Wednesday April 3rd. "Janet" stated that I would be receiving an email confirming my shipment that afternoon. After not receiving an email, I let it go, figured, heck it's easter weekend. I was surprised to find them online Sunday March 31st at 8:30 central time. So I inquired again, and again, I got "Janet". This time, she tells me that "your mistaken of the person or wesite" I questioned how I could be wrong when I have a printed transcript of the conversation and could email her a copy. No sooner did I say that, she responded with "your order has been canceled due to out of stock and your money is being refunded". I asked her what was going on only to be left alone in the chat room. Again I saved the chat transcript. I had to call paypal to initiate a refund as she never did. This company is a pure fraud. I have reported them to the BBB of california and reported them to the federal trade commission for committing interstate commerce fraud. STAY AWAY far AWAY!
I have bought several mats from Tramplinesandmore.com. I just purchased a mat and it was damaged when I received it. Sent pictures of the damage and they immediately put a replacement in the mail. I got 2 1/2 years out of the last mat i bough from them. My kids use this almost every day. Not bad.
Terrible, terrible, terrible company! DO NOT do business with these scammers! Had a similar story to many others. Ordered and paid for item 24/12/12,8 emails later from me and 5 brief 'couldn't-care-less' emails from them and now 12/2/13 the line has gone cold -$75.00 down the drain. Got that ripped off feeling! How are these guys allowed to operate?
STAY AWAY! Wish I had read these reviews before I gave them a big check... filing a complaint with PayPal for a refund now.
I have tried to contact this company and speak to someone for 3 weeks. They will NOT return phone calls. They will not respond to emails. They have no customer service at all... STAY AWAY. Please use another company to keep your kids safe and having fun. Any money saved on price will be not worth it if you need any assistance.
I have a very similar story. Bought a mat from them in Sept but ordered the wrong one. After I sent an e-mail, I got a reply saying that I needed to print their email and ship the part back to them. I did exactly as instructed and they even acknowledged receiving my part. I was told the item would be processed between 24-72 hrs. After that, no e-mail reply, not even anyone to answer my call. I thought they knew my phone number and did not want to answer. I tried different phones, still no answer. I paid 75$ for this mat but could not get this shop to ship my order. Is there anything I can do other than reporting these crooks?
This place is the biggest joke i have ever experience from buying something online. No one ever picks up the phone and they certainly do not ever call you back. Product is crap and doesn't last. They were suppose to refund me some money because after the second trampoline13" ft cover didn't last more then a yr. I decided all this crap from china was just that and i want a pro-rated refund still haven't seen a dime. I called the BBB and they say there was over 90 cases against them that apparently have gone unanswered. Stay away!
Answer: They continue to forward my calls to voicemail. A live person will not return my call. Not even a Manager.

Answer: Don't count on it! Plus you will be out the money it cost you to send it back
