Ordered a trampoline pad back in May, they never processed the order or sent any tracking, so I called, which their number goes straight to voicemail and they have to call you back instead of letting you hold for service. They take ages to call back if they even do call back, and told me their inventory was wrong and wouldn't ship till end of June. End of June came around and never heard anything so I called again and they said they needed permission from me to ship it so now it wasn't shipping till July 2nd even though payment for the product and me calling seems like pretty good reason to ship the product! Now its July 10th and they are not calling me back, so I emailed and apparently now shipment has been pushed to July 22nd. I am starting to think they don't even have the product and are a complete fraud company! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SCAM!

I ordered a mat and waited for the order to be updated to processing, but it didn't. I checked the reviews and freaked out. I checked BBB and freaked out a bit more. I continued checking the order for an update, 7 days later I emailed them to cancel my order, seeing as it hadn't even made it to processing. I also called in when they opened. To my surprise and delight I talked to Abby, and she looked up my order and informed me it was out for delivery. I highly recommend calling them if the order online doesn't update. The mat was exactly what I ordered. It fit well had doesn't seem to have any problems. I would recommend this company, but they definitely need to fix there online order look up.

Please DO NOT ORDER from trampolines and more. They sent the incorrect size, even though the box had the correct sizing on it, we then paid for shipping to ship it back and that was July of 2019. They have not given me my money back and they just give you the run around. They say they will credit your credit card and then they say they will mail a check and then say the check was mailed. They are not an honest company. It is now May of 2020 and I still DO NOT have my money back. They have stolen $104.38 from me. DO NOT ORDER from this company! I have left numerous calls and chats and they LIE! DO NOT ORDER!

Horrible customer service and they ship incorrect sized products then expect the customer to pay for shipping it back to the tune of $55.00. They never return calls are ALWAYS away from their desks for numerous reasons. So frustrating to the degree I'm just going to keep the incorrect item and save myself further costs to get "refunded" which sounds like they don't do that either - per other reviews! I will try and find someone who needs this size net.
Stay away from this company! Wish I could give them zero stars for a company that doesn't deserve a single one.

I looked into the website and wanted to call the company to make sure they was legit and I got no answer. Then I looked up reviews and saw they had bad reviews so I kinda desided to not order threw the company. Then the next day they called me back (the reviews said they didn't return calls) so I thought that seemed pretty good the guy I talked to also was very helpful and and gave me a discount. And then when I said I wanted to call and talk to my husband about it before I placed the order he acted great with it. Then I called him back to go ahead and place the order that was on a Saturday. Part of the order was here on Monday the rest came on Wednesday! The quality seems good! The ladder was a little shorter then we wanted but I think my husband can remodel it and it will work good.

IT TOOK US A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET HERE!
The mat was the wrong size. I can't even believe it. They got their money and we got the run around and wrong stuff. Do not not order from this company. They don't answer the phones or call you back.

Order a safety net, received an email that it should arrive in 5-7 days to the address provided - timing for delivery is clearly stated in their website
7 business days passed, no safety net
Sent email to get answer... waited 2 days - no reply
Called the company, they do not have an immediate answer, so I have to wait again until they found out what happened
I received a call saying that I did not paid shipping fees!!! totally their fault even though I received an email saying that I should get it in 7 days!!!
I sent email directly to the company to find out more
A week passed and I received an email saying that my order has been cancelled and the money will be refund in 15 days ( it took them 20 seconds to receive my money)

EXTREMELY disappointed ... this company is a total scam

21 days to get a trampoline (if it actually shows up). Communication was non existent. ***7/12 on the receipt was an indicator that the trampoline was on backorder. Nice, but that doesn't help the buyer. Shipping dates were promised multiple times, all missed. When I suggested they fix some of the communication, the customer service argued with me. Online support and phone support were offline. I asked to cancel after I finally got the first delayed update, no response, just that the order would ship on 7/12.7/17 the print label was created, not shipped, just created.
Is customer service really that hard? Save yourself the hassle, buy somewhere that has better reviews. Don't count on 3-5 biz days.
