They continue to forward my calls to voicemail. A live person will not return my call. Not even a Manager.

Okey so i bought a trampoline net and bumper pads off of you guys a couple of weeks ago. Well the bumper pads fits my trampoline but the net doesn't i was wondering if i could send it back and you guys would send me another one

Don't count on it! Plus you will be out the money it cost you to send it back
