The pad I purchased was to be for my 14' trampoline. It is one full section too large. I have contacted the company several times, I have sent them pictures to prove it is too big and my tramp IS 14' and the 6th time I tried to get this solved I was told it was at management and they would get back to me. Unfortunately they haven't. The pad is cheaply made with cheap materials. The customer service stinks. I would never recommend this place.

We have a trampoline that is probably ten years old. We replaced the mat and pad and springs 3/2014 from this company. It came on time, fit perfectly, lasted 3 full years. Now, two d-rings ripped out. Pad, cover very sun damaged & worn. Springs beginning to rust. Normal wear for 3 years in the weather, and multiple kids on it. To be safe, ordering a new mat, pad, springs & net this year. Hope to get same quality this time. Frame=14 ft 6 pole, mat=12 ft 84 rings, 8.5" springs.

Ordered first replacement mat and it fit as promised but I had to replace it after 8 mo this of use. Ordered second mat and they shipped the wrong size. I reordered the same mat so I know my measurements were correct. It took 15 emails to get them to at least take the product back and they threatened to charge a restocking fee (IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE). I think their customer service department is overseas because they kept asking me the same question and seems to not understand my response. They asked me to look for tags that weren't there, they asked me to take pictures, then additional pics with a tape measure showing them that it was the wrong size. When I gave them the measurement they responded that they don't have any at that size. It was quite the pathetic process... I also had to pay for the return shipping charge of $26. Run the other way!

I have a trampoline frame that is over 40 years old and it is hard to find the right size mat and pad for. I have ordered from Funspot.com before- and while they have great quality products, they are pricey. Funspot makes a great deluxe pad for around $150, but they didn't have my size. They did have my size in the standard pad for $109 (18 oz weight.) Trampolines and More had my size in their standard equivalent they say is a 20 oz weight for $79.99 for my size. With an internet coupon I found it brought it down to $71.00 total. So that is why they are getting 4 stars... good price, fast shipping, ordered it Sunday night and got it Tuesday morning. (probably because I'm only a state away) Now I will see if this pad will hold up to the hot desert sun.

Poor quality of net enclosure, no costumer service at all. Do not purchase nothing from this company, they just want you money and they don't respect 3 months warranty. In the top of it Fedex is charging me for part of the deliver... never again I will buy from this company

Worst company
September 2, 2016

I ordered a trampoline pad. They took my money right away. They emailed me the next day to say they would refund me my money because it was out of stock. I was able to order it again and I told the customer service rep this. They said it was at IT problem. This happened aug 18th. I haven't gotten my refund yet. I called and they said they only process refunds on Wednesdays. After that it will take 3-5 days for my card to be credited. It's been 2 weeks no refund. I bought a trampoline pad from sky walker and my daughter has been enjoying it for a week. No problems. Never will I use this site or recommend it. If I could rate less than 1 I would.

RIP OFF!
June 30, 2016

This company sells products that are made in China and very low quality. When I tried to return a trampoline pad I was promised an easy return. After 3 or 4 days of apologies and runaround by the girl on the phone I finally had to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the transaction with my credit card because they refused to handle the situation on their own. I would highly recommend you do not deal with this company.

A SCAM!
June 4, 2016

I went to the website for a new trampoline pad. I clicked rectangular shape, then the size I wanted, and check out. Easy right? I guess not. I was sent a round and wrong sized pad. I didn't even have to open it to know it was wrong. I called to have them to ask to be sent the one I ordered and was told that I did order this, it says so on the receipt they emailed me. In truth according to the representative they don't carry the size and shape I want. I argued saying then your website it wrong and I want a refund. They will refund my card after I pay for return shipping and they keep a "re-stocking" fee. Ridiculous! For the wrong product I have to pay money... this is terrible business. The pad is unopened and unused but they still insist on a restocking fee! I'm furious. I'm reporting them to the BBB!

The sewing that connected the mat to the springs started to rip out. 1st one, then another, now 1/3 of the mat is broken. It stopped at 1/3 because no one dares use it anymore!

DO NOT BUY! RIPOFF!
March 29, 2016

I ordered a 15ft net and padding on sale last November. They sent a box clearly marked 14ft. I had bought the items on sale, since the sale was ending and I received the box when they were closed, I reordered the correct size assuming they would simply do an even exchange. WRONG. When I called, they told me they had shipped the correct size in a mislabeled box and that it was MY fault for not opening it! To top it off, the next net they sent me was the wrong one... again, MY fault somehow! After numerous emails (they insisted on pictures proving the labeling and wrong product) and phone calls and a report to the BBB, they arranged for pickup. I have yet to receive a refund of any sort. It is now almost April! I am looking into filing in small claims. According to the internet, I can sue them from here, but my local court (small town in Georgia) says I have to go to California!

I read the other reviews after I had ordered from them and became afraid. But, thankfully, I got the exact springs I ordered within the time they said they would be delivered. I had no problems with them at all

Rip off
July 14, 2015

I bought a pad and mat on special during Memorial Day weekend. All the sudden they issued a partial refund. No explanation or communication. I contacted them and they said it was because the item won't be in stock until July. And they won't give me the same discount when i buy it again. Had to sent the merchandise back because it didn't fit as they said. I had to pay shipping AND they charged a hefty restocking fee and i had to keep emailing them to get the refund done. Never use them!

Wow, I didn't have any kind of experience as some of the other reviews. Bought some tramp pads last spring. Stored over the winter and after putting them on this year, the ties in several places ripped off and the pad had bubbles in the vinyl that started cracking. I couldn't find any record of the purchase but the pads on their site looked familiar so I emailed customer service to see if they were purchased there and in warranty. They could have lied and said I didn't buy them there but they responded that they were under warranty and would need 2-3 pictures of the damage. Pics sent and within hours a new set of pads was on the way. 4 starts only because our last set of pads lasted 3 years and issues with these but I had a great experience with customer service.

Ordered the pad and net combo. The pad promptly arrived, but was missing the net. Called customer service and left a message but was not called back. Emailed customer service and they did reply saying the net was in the box with the pad. I told them I took the pad out, put it on the trampoline and there was for sure no net inside the pad nor was it in the box. They wanted proof with a picture so i sent picture of an empty box and the pad. They did send me a net after I proved I didn't receive it. Also, you have a choice between a hunter green or blue pad, but fyi... the net zipper trim ONLY comes in blue. Disappointed that this wasn't noted anywhere when I ordered green.

I can be so stupid. I waited to come look for reviews until after I got my order. The replacement mat we ordered showed up the wrong size. It was to big. When we called to to set up a return, after an Abbot and Costello bit, (What size did you need? The size that we ordered. But what size did you need? THE ONE THAT WE ORDERED. We sent the one you ordered, what size do you need.) We finally said uncle. Then we were told we would have to prove it was the wrong size. (It was also not the brand name Jump King as claimed. Also, pkg. Was missing the spring puller that was supposed to be included.)

It was a very annoying call. The kind that stands out as feeling scammy. So, I searched for reviews to see if this is their modus operandi and guess what... IT IS. Now, I have learned from others mistakes and did not spend another $30 in shipping to send it back. So please, someone, learn from my mistake and skip this company altogether.

Ordered a trampoline mat and it only lasted a year. My brother (who weighs 130lbs) was jumping and it split from end to end right across the middle and he went right through. Thank God he wasn't hurt. When I emailed and inquired about their warranty, all they said was, "The warranty would be 6 months. The mats tend to last two seasons". They didn't care at all that their mats are garbage and only last a year. At the very least I expected a "Sorry but our warranty is only 6 months". DON'T waste your money. There are other companies out there that stand behind their products and offer a 2 year warranty.

We bought a mat from Trampoline and More, and it only lasted 10 months. It totally fell apart, not just one spring ring or piece of stitching like we have experienced in the past. The webbing for EVERY V-ring just literally disintegrated into powder. Step on the tramp and rings and springs go flying in all directions. Eye protection and body padding recommended.
They wouldn't replace it. After several phone calls (they NEVER returned a call like they said they would) they offered me 30% off if I would buy another defective mat. Anybody but Trampoline and More is where I will be buying trampoline parts from now on. Terrible experience.

Ordered from Canada a mat and a pad. Great price and received everything in mint condition, it worked perfectly. One thing though, when it's time to complete the order online, please add the shipping fees when it's an order out of the US. I had to communicate with the customer service to pay the shipping fees but everything went quickly from there.
