Purchased for a once off fee of $37 per month to then find it appearing monthly. When I finally managed to get it cancelled they offered another "once off" fee for lifetime access. Surely getting ripped off by you was enough the first time without another "once off" fee.
Several months ago I joined TrainPetDog for what I thought was one month for $37.00. They have been charging my account for all the months since then. I will have to check the records to see exactly how long. My husband handles all the accounting and bank statements; he figured I had ordered something beneficial. He asked me what I was getting for the $37 monthly. Well, I have never been on the site! During all those months! We immediately cancelled the card and got another one. NOW, we get emails from them that the card will not process their invoice.
This is a rip off. You can find the answers to all the training they offer FREE on other dog sites.
I would like a refund of all money taken from my credit card account during this time. They don't deserve even one star!

I'm on disability, I ordered the course and also paid for monthly membership thing. Thought it was my phone, that it wouldn't bring up any of the sites I received. After $150 plus $37 elite members fee, still no access to anything. I tried to let them know I coudn't bring stuff up. Fraudulent charges on card, so card is temporally frozen. Then I get text monthly payment not going thru, called and they were supposed to return my call. GOT CANCLED, (Ok by me I guess after seeing the other reviews)won't get my money back, but no more charges either! I did receive the paper back book though, verry expensive paper back at that price! Any way hope others have better luck, me im an IDIOT, and in dept for something I believed could help. Good thing for other reviews, I will cancel frozen card and get new one so no more fraudulent charges can be made, it won't exist anymore. As to that a big THANKS, good luck to anyone else and as for the company, carma sucks.

I immediately received the online course and then the written hard copy less than a week later. I was surprised after reading all of these reviews. I was expecting a rip off but I got what I paid for.
I need to follow up on my bad review of TrainPetDog. I notified them of my concerns that I had not signed up but backed out of their website and was never given a chance to say yes or no to signing up, but still charged. I asked for a refund and was refunded the full amount no questions asked within days of the request. Although I still don't like their selling tactics, they were very prompt on my refund and I appreciate that!
I agree with Judy S. I had already given my credit card info when they tried to upgrade me on many different items so I took all my info off the for and backed out. Unfortunately I am now receiving emails from them. Will now see what the process is to cancel!
Signed up for basic course then had a guilt trip put on me to try and get me to sign up for other courseswhich I definitely did not, was really smelling a rat! So far $150 taken from my credit card. Unable to find a direct way to communicate with them. No response to emails or ticket. Unable to get through on phone. Now in the hands of me bank.

I keep getting emails from them stating I signed up for thetr service on 7/10/ 17 never heard of them before however I do believe they must have gotten my i fo for a very $#*!ty rescue group that I recently adopted a pet from and I say $#*!ty because they gave me a dog that they say was spayed and 2 month s later she went into heat now a month after that still haven't gotten a straight answer if she has even had shots so after severl attempts to fix and going to there web page its says site might me hacked. Great rescue group dog not fixed dont onow if sje has had shots and now my info out there great www.animalaid. Org on ft lauderdale fl be very weary with them no good

Thank you site jabber! Unfortunately I had put my credit card info in then got suspicious while they kept saying my order wasn't complete and kept trying to sell me more. When I didn't want to buy all the extra's they never gave me a chance to confirm the order just suddenly said the order was complete. I immediately ( before even leaving the page) asked for a refund! I will let you know how that goes.
Also when I tried to cancel the order all their troubleshooting FAQs definitely indicated a scam. I just wish I would have checked sitejabber a few minutes sooner.!

First time dog owner, lifetime dog lover. Have an incredibly awesome 6 month old Chihuahua and the cutest ever 2 month old (furry ball of energy) Pomeranian. That are driving me crazy... I am very grateful for your comments! I have a newly adopted Beagle -Allie - she is nine years old. She was used for breading and only just got spayed in the past month. She is very smart, but knows littlie behaviourally... the loving and loyal characteristics are profound, however.

After reaching this site from a YouTube video on grooming Bichons, I came to a cartoon video - about Bichons. I first thought,"this dog looks like any other" so I did another search for pet dog training Nancy Richards and came to another site. Clicked on training for Alaskan dog and sure enough, it's the same video with the other dog type mixed in. I do not understand why this individual or business is able to perpetuate this scam since at l say 2005! I saw on ripoff report 25 claims dTing from 2005 to present. This is why the commerce department needs to regulate the internet under consumer protection. BUT, our Gov't is in the process of shutting down all agencies which means little illegal scams like this will be pervasive and the billionaires will continue on taking their money in off the backs of the rest of us or millionaires! SMHO!
Thank you for all of the customers who gave a bad review. I was going to buy the training materials, but after reviewing the bad reports I chose not too. I saved myself some money.
Thankfully I had trouble on the website trying to sign up. Couldn't complete the deal so I gave up. So glad I found your website though, I certainly will check this site again and again.
First, The booklet I received for my "specific" breed was clearly generic and used for other breeds, as it wasn't edited well, nor was it terribly accurate. The site access to "free information" all seems to lead to more books to buy.
Second, I left messages for months to get someone to call me back to discuss cancelling my monthly "subscription." No one calls back. When I finally gave up calling and went to the website, it gave me an inducement to pay another $37 for a lifetime membership. For "faster" service, it told me to log a ticket which the system won't submit. Nor will it submit your cancellation. I had to go to my bank and initiate a dispute in order to stop the payments.
I had to rate the site a 1 to put this review on line. Undeserved however. I work training dogs of all types. My breed of choice is Alaskan Malamutes and I have specialized in training "nordic or spitz" breed dogs for over 35 years. I have raised and trained multiple National Obedience Champions of my own, all of which have been alaskan malamutes and siberian huskies. The claims of teaching breed specific etiology and remedy is completely not true. The overwhelming majority of what they claim about malamutes is not true, unsubstantiated, or generic at best. Even what they claim are behavioral normalities unique to only malamutes is not true. Example: Malamutes are pack animals and require being dealt with in a different way. Truth is, all dogs are pack animals. All the info they give on how to train an alaskan malamute can and should be applied to all dogs. Are there specific training techniques and ways to behaviorally condition and or modify the Alaskan Malamute, absolutely. But there course and information does not discuss any of them. Like I said "generic". To the average indidvidual who is unknowledgeable about their breed or dogs in general, the course and info sounds legitament. To a savvy individual, it's easy to see it for what it is... GARBAGE AND LIES... Stay away from this scam...
I almost got sucked in to this training course. At the last minute I decided to see if their were any customer reviews. Thank goodness I did! After reading them on this site I decided not to go ahead. How do these people sleep at night, stealing people's hard earned money, nothing but thieves. Need locking up!
I wish I would have done a little more investigation into this site before I signed up but I didn't. This company will continue to bill you for the elite dog club even though you cancel. The info contained On this site is free online on other sites. I could never even sign in to the elite club. BUYER BEWARE!
