Glad I Didn't Join
March 4, 2015

I, like so many others, was sucked into the cute little cartoon video with the cute little Abby Chihuahua being a bad puppy and her owner at her wits end dealing with animal control threatening to take poor Abby away if she doesn't get trained. I was thisclose to signing up for the $37.00, only by midnight, offer and the guarantee of a 120 day money back guarantee plus the elite club and the free calls with trainers and vets etc. Before I entered my credit card number I thought twice and decided to see if the lovely Nancy Richards had any reviews of success to make sure I wasn't getting something I didn't want and then I found this site as well as many others not boasting about the site but instead bewaring people about the site. It's a shame because people who are sucked in by that adorable cartoon video and don't check for reviews before joining are going to be left holding nothing but a big bag of dog poo. That's not right. I'm reporting this site on Yelp! And to the better business bureau to get it shut down asap. It kills me that the adorable Nancy has been at this since 2007 and it's now 2015 and she's still at it. Wow! That's all I can say and a debt if gratitude for the warnings. Stay away from this site if you value your money.

So glad we just just found this site and all the horrifying reviews on the Nancy Richards dog training course for our dachshund. We were just about to sign up when we decided to take a look on Google to see if there were any reviews... and here we are!
So glad to find out, it was/is a SCAM before we paid any money.
Thank you to all you poor folk (who have already been caught out by this so called dog training site) for taking the trouble to warn others that is is a SCAM?
You have saved us the same fate you have sadly become involved in.
I have to say after receiving so many convincing daily emails from dear Nancy Richards I actually believed it was all for real, I was so convinced I was ready to join up.
The dog website is all very believable with the cartoons to take your interest and the voice over offering and promising such amazing results, I was well taken in...
Today, I showed my husband all the helpful and personal emails from Nancy I had been receiving and

Said, "isn't she helpful, this sounds really good don't you think", but my hubby was not quite so convinced by it and when all the hard selling started with offers of discounts, free books, elite membership and the money back guarantee. " he said "let's check it out and try and find some reviews on it before we go any further... And HEY HO...
Thank goodness for this review site. Now we know, yes it is all TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
I hope they are dealt with if they ever catch people behind the scam.
Shame on those behind the site!
I just hope they get caught and dealt with... why are people just so wicked to others?
Please don't be fooled, just RUN in the opposite direction to dear Nancy.

DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS SITE. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT! Am so pleased I read reviews before signing up. I've been caught by a different company selling cosmetics who use the same tactics. My bank balance suffered and so did my stress levels. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TOOK THE TIME TO LEAVE A REVIEW.

This company doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave them. I have never expected such low costumer service in my life. Even though they offer you a 120 day guarantee you will never see your money back. Then after the first month the charged my bank twice for the $37 elite club and when I tried to let them know they called me a liar. This company is a big waste of your time and money and I would suggest you find any other program to train your best friend

Complete scam..
October 23, 2014

Complete scam. I have paid for the training book about two months ago. I have left dozen messages n received three calls back with we r sorry its on its way n still no training book. I'm frustrated n upset at how there r people who take advantage of others to make money. I will not stop calling n making it a priority in calling as many times as i can through out the day n night until i receive what i have paid for. I too wish that I had read the reviews prior in wasting my money, time n energy. Karma is a beautiful thing. How many people can u screw

This is a total scam. You give them money & they do nothing. A recording says someone will call you back, but they do NOT call you. Do not be fooled like I was. I believe this is a SCAM & they should not be allowed to sell online.

I was misled by this site and never even realized I was signing up for a monthly charge on dog behaviors, etc. I did NOT want all of this advice; I have trained dogs my entire life. I believed that I was making a one-time-purchase of a very thorough book about Cairn terriers. I then noticed another charge of $37.00 auto-pay on my charge card. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I also demand that I be permanently removed from their website. If not, I promise that I will pursue this matter.

SCAM!
June 2, 2014

SCAM! This is a mostly fraudulent operation. Got us for about $130, No response from customer service. Had to cancel credit card to stop them from making repeated charges for "Elite" club, which has NO value. STAY CLEAR, ZERO star rating.

Glad I've read these other posts before getting sucked in too! It all sounds too good to be true & obviously is. I keep getting emails offerings a course at a discounted rate which expires at midnight the same day & yet is still available a couple of days later!? As a scam it's pretty poor because this just gives it away by making you suspicious. Having waited we've actually managed to train our shih tzu ourselves:-)

I found this site while searching how to clean pet urine from Laminate floor. Sounded great. I signed up for the download on how to train my Boxer. Which was informative and my user name and password did work. I even purchase a book on Boxer training that was advertised as a hardback book, what I received was a small spiral notebook, with so many grammatical errors I became very concerned. I tried the "Elite" website to ask a vet question and never received a reply. I have cancelled by subscription of $37 and will be contacting my bank asap. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. AFTER READING REPORTS FROM RIP OFF AND THIS HOW CAN THIS WEBSITE STILL BE IN BUSINESS. HELP US POOR ANIMAL LOVERS FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Do no use this site
September 10, 2013

Do no use this site. It is a total scam. The information is not customized to your dog and you are charged for your membership the moment you input your card information. I hopefully will be receiving my money back after filing for fraudulent charges...

I really feel for the people reviewing TrainPetDog.com, yet I am very thankful for your integrity of posting warnings to others. I was saved from the criminals by the skin of my teeth. I filled out their form and received 3 error messages, on a frquently used and never turned down credit card account. Thank goodness I had already been burned by PayPal and their policy of accepting all charges against your account with no questions and not being available to you to protest.
Just as I was about to try the fourth time! --Vystar Credit Union called my phone,, with a suspicion of fraudlent charges. Although the CU rep did not say the company is fraudlent, she did inform me that they have several different banks that handle their accounts, all overseas, Cypress, India, etc. That is what stopped my charges, they needed an international account, i. E. Paypal to process. Thank you all for your time in posting theses warnings.
