I love how thorough Tradesy is with their photos and descriptions of the items they offer. From a simple wallet to a high end bag, they each are given the same quality and attention to detail. You don't have to worry that what you're getting is not as good as described. In my purchases, the items have been as good or even better than they were described! I like that alot!

Wedding dress

Couldnt be happier. After ordering a different dress from another website that arrived as a nightmare. I was on the search and on a budget. I found this website and found that someone was selling my dream wedding dress that I originally couldnt afford. Never worn with tags. Plus the site as a authentic mota. If its not an original than your money back. I couldnt be happier :)

I have been buying and selling through this site for over a year now and have had no problems at all. I can keep my items listed as long as I want and I have had no hassle returns. As far as I am concerned this is the best site to buy/sell gently used.

Wish costumers can recieve more discount codes. Never got to use my first time code either Because I ordered my order then figured out it was not authentic and never got to reuse my discount for my other purchase

I have over 8,000 feedback on ebay with 100% rating as a seller.
I tried tradesy to see what this site is about.
I sold an item on tradesy $800.
Item delivered to the buyer.
Buyer sent confirmation message on tradesy. He is keeping the item.
This means sale is completed & confirmed.

Tradesy did not release my money.
Tradesy said I Need to wait the full 5 days and then need to wait another 5 business days for my money to hit my bank account.

Understand tradesy takes their commission as soon as your item is sold.

Tradesy is growing into a big company but cannot handle their overhead.

This is a huge problem for a business.

To protect yourself

If you sold items on tradesy and you are waiting for your funds,

Take screen shots of the item you sold, with the date sold and the tracking # with the date & time of delivery.

Call tradesy 10 times if needed.
Do not back down until you get your funds.

A fraud!

Very damage sandal, broke, glue stain, dirty. It is not gently used. It should be very used almost garbage. Very disappointed with the product and the seller. The seller lied

Just wanted to inform everyone that Priority's 2-3 shipping only costs 5.95 if you print it via paypal. Unfortunately Tradesy likes to take advantage of both sellers and buyers by overcharging on shipping to benefit themselves. Shipping used to be $8.50, but according to them USPS has recently increased their shipping rates. Yes, that is true but Priority flat rate is only $5.95. Now Tradesy wants to scam more customers by increasing it to $10.50. Yes, that's right, $10.50 for a prepaid shipping label. Keep in mind that they don't provide shipping supplies for the $10.50.

Another thing I would like to point out is even though buyers only have 4 days to request for a return, that's completely false. After a week or two weeks, tradesy allows buyers to return and they'll take back your earnings. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Chanel bag but changed my mind within 30 minutes and seller agreed to cancel it within 5 minutes. But seller miscommunicated to her staff and the bag was shipped and I got the notification via email. I contacted the seller and she said her "stupid assistant" made a mistake and shipped it already but seller blamed me that it was shipped and for changing my mind! The seller was calling me names and accusation and I defended myself of course.
I contacted Tradesy customer service but she was no help at all! She read the messages that was communicated between the seller and myself that said there's nothing they could do to get a refund even if seller agree to cancel my order for refund. Everything was up to the seller!
Tradesy sucks! I can't believe they will last in business... their customer service is only open from 9 am - 1 pm, 5 days a week. That tells you they can't afford to hire staffs. Tradesy only cares about getting revenue (from sellers) for their business because company is not making any profit!

This was my very first time ordering (and last) from Tradesy. I purchased a pair of new Chanel sunglasses which the seller didn't even wrap... needless to say I received the glasses "flattened" and advised them right away. Seller assured me that I would be compensated and "don't worry". I emailed Tradesy 3x with NO response. If you try to call them their voicemail says "they are in a meeting" every time. This is the worst company! I will have to try and seek compensation from my Visa card. Please check their negative feedback on various sites... I wish I had prior to purchasing.

My very first ever order were D&G light blue Croc pumps ordered and paid for, never received. I did however receive an apology from, Tradesy that the inventory was misinterpreted and the shoes no longer available. There has been a refund to my credit card. I thank them for the prompt credit. That being said, I'd better quit while I'm ahead.

Bad news! I ordered a john hardy bracelet advertised as a 8"bracelet. When I received it was 8" bracelet! Received return label from Tradesy and sent back asking for return to be out on my Visa card! They gave me a credit online and advised me that the bracelet was represented correctly! NOT! I have been trying now for 3weeks to get resolved and no response.
