Sadly, I did not look for reviews on this company before buying. They fail to make obvious they are NOT A US company, so returns will cost you at least $50.00. Their customer service is awful! Their site does not make gender obvious when comes to sizes and they completely fail to take any responsibility for missing information.
If possible 0. It's a scam. Most of the stuff that you see online they don't have. Been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks no one doesn't respond on the phone chat or email.

TO AVOID. My order ******* was placed on Dec 28, with delivery to Poland. Only after payment it turned out that not all items listed as "Available" were on stock. The order was shipped only on Jan 15 (estimated delivery when paying: Jan 9-12). When dispatching the order, Tradeinn incorrectly specified the size of the package and it could not be put into the destination pick-up box. The package was returned back to Spain, no help whatsoever from Tradeinn to hold or stop it. On contrary, misleading automated answers on "we are deeply sorry, delivery in progress". The returned packaged only arrived back at Tradeinn on Jan 31, after travelling from Spain to Poland and to Spain. I was refused to receive my funds back before their reception of the incorrectly sent package. Eventually I asked to resend it, as it contained a large set of diving equipment for my long awaited holiday. My request was not respected, they proceeded to reimbursement. First reimbursement came only for products, as they tried to make me pay for the shipment (!). After my complaint, they reimbursed for transport, but still I did not receive the full amount I had paid on the beginning. They manipulate on currency exchange rates, but the prices, invoice and payments are in your local currency (if it is different from EUR). I am nearly 2 months after my order (and full payment worth over 1200 EUR), did not received products, nor was fully reimbursed. Only automated replies from "customer service", often contrary one to another.
Bottom line, never had such a "customer experience"... Be careful, especially when ordering from out of Spain.
What a terrible experience.
Context:
I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 from their store. I had a 30 day, money back return policy.
What happened:
The Garmin was defect - I called Garmin directly, and spoke with their technical support team - who told me that it would need to be returned, and could see that there was an issue with the products blue tooth connectivity.
What I did next:
I returned the product with the information about what happened, and requested my money back.
What did they do:
They ignored my refund request, and sent the product to the manufacturer, under the pretext that if there was nothing wrong with it, I would need to pay for all the shipping costs.
I explained many times via the support email, that I simply wanted to return the product and receive a refund.
I hear nothing for a few weeks, then suddenly get an email telling me that they will be sending me a fixed or new product (still not clear what they were talking about) - with the tracking number. This has absolutely nothing to do with either their return policy or what I was looking for.
Customer support wrote to me in English first, then randomly in German, did not reply on time. This whole process for a malfunctioning product, has taken almost 2 months. Oh and sending emails from your account, returns an error and won't let you. So I had to find a mail I had received in my inbox from them, to be able to communicate.
I mean really guys - unprofessional, poor service and poor product experience.
Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this online store.
I am thrilled by my experience with Trade Inn/Bike Inn. I purchased a pair of Schwalbe studded snow tires for my bicycle and a set of Campagnolo shifter hood covers, but I was given a tracking number that when checked 6 days later indicated that the items were still at Trade Inn's warehouse. I therefore emailed customer service at Trade Inn, asking if the items had "actually been sent," also letting them know how pleased I was to have found their website. They responded within 24 hours and provided me with a corrected tracking number. Less than 48 hours later, I received notification from Trade Inn that the package (with these items) was presently at the United States Postal Service center in Chicago, IL, USA, where it was being processed through customs. I was able to verify this, using the tracking system at the USPS website. Long story short, I received the package at my home within the range of dates estimated per my order. The studded tires are now on my bicycle's wheels, and I couldn't be happier. And the shifter hoods are exactly as ordered and in beautiful condition.
So kudos to Trade Inn's customer service and Trade Inn's unbeatable price for these items.
Been waiting over a month for a refund! I won't be buying from this company again and I'll tell everyone who I know how bad it is so they don't order from these scammers.
I ordered shoes and paid $80+ for them. They sent me a picture of the package, the tracking info says they were shipped yesterday but no one can confirm it. I would avoid this site. The tracking number works through their site, but USPS claims to have no such package. $80 is a lot for me and I spent it carefully and just got shoes I needed.i figured I ended up getting robbed essentially. Stay away.
The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I didn´t receive my purchase, due a problem with the deliver company, I don´t now what, the case is that I didn´t receive and they know it. But there is no way I can get the money back, months and months, they say they are waiting the package back. If the transport company doesn't deliver, is it my faul?
One of the ordered products was never delivered and the packaging was so horrible. Customer support ignored my emails for over a week then finally responded that it's too bad for me that the claim period is over. This is honestly the worst service or response that I have ever received from a seller. I will not use this website again since I'm never seeing my money or the product that I fully paid for (+ import charges + taxes) ever. They knew they could get away with it as they always do.
Ordered a jumper item was just left outside on my doorstep. Something happened to my item. Merchant wouldn't do anything about the missing item. Or refund me. Total scum bags.

Ordered a product from them. The product never arrived due to the delivery service. When I tried to make a claim, with proof of how the product was not delivered they refused and ignored my emails. They then removed a bad review that I wrote from their site and removed my account.
Ordered a package but it was not delivered, but sent back to Tradeinn from the distribution centre. Trying to get an answer if they can either resend the package or transfer the money back. I get no reply from them at all. It's been quite some time, so I would like to get an answer, so maybe this route work. Ordernumber: *******.

This webshop is 100% a fraud.
I ordered the Bodytone ZRO-T4 but they send me the Bodytone ZROTH model.
I paid more than 1000 euro and get the wrong product that costs only 600 euro.
They want me to send the product back. All I ask is to change the invoice price, so I will pay the actual price of Bodytone ZROTH (which is not more than 600 euro).
I already know that if I send the product back, I will lose my money (I paid for the product) and the product (even though it's not the product I wanted).
They will probably not accept the product or they will say that it was damaged during shipping or better yet, did not arrive at their loastion. I have read the reviews and often this happened to other buyers.
Don't order anything from this webshop.

Bought 2 pinlock (identical) for same helmet. One was ok and another is too small. Boxes are the same, I contacted them and send photos of everything even comparisment of both and still in 10 days of generic messeges if you wont respond bla bla nothing is done.
I have been waiting for a refund on an order that was delivered after 4 weeks instead of 1 week for more than 1.5 months and they still are not issuing any refund of my order. It's outrageous how this company operates. Don't order from them!
Placed an order and was told it should arrive in 10 days. It's now been over two and a half months. Tracking information shows the package has not been delivered. Repeated emails to them have resulted in lies and complete passing the buck useless responses. These guys do not take pride in their work and they do not care about their customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their prices are just a cover for a big scam to lure you in and have you pay for something that will likely never arrive, if it was sent at all. I repeatedly sent them emails with my order # and tracking # they gave me. Now, they're simply not responding back.

Ordered 2 months ago. Did NOT receive the item. Customer service does not exist. So no refunds whatsoever. DO NOT BUY! I don't think they are selling anything. They just charge you and probably never send the item. Tracking number never updated.
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
