Back in July, I ordered a pair of hiking boots (*******). My first impression was extremely positive, especially after I was granted a generous student discount by their customer service — the value of which hey confirmed would be (quote) "refunded to [my] PayPal account after purchase". When I requested the refund as discussed with their support right after placing the order, I was then suddenly told that, (quote) "The order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you. In this case we can no longer change the order." Given that unexpected and disappointing turn of events, I decided to refuse acceptance and have the parcel returned straight back to TradeInn. The carrier's online tracking shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered back to TradeInn on August 11,2021. That was 53 days ago and yet, I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Despite dozens of emails and chats, I keep getting excuses such as "We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP." I have now given this case to my lawyer. This has been by far THE worst customer experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!
I bought a lot of items in one delivery, when package arrived I refused to sign and take the package because if was opened and damaged, so it was returned to Tradeinn, when they gut package they did not refund me fully, seems there was missing items and they refund me only for items that they gut, any respectful company would not charge customer for delivery he didn't get, they should have file claim against delivery company.
So I say careful do not buy of this thief's.
I paid including delivery 21 Nov 2020 and have still not received the parcel as at 7th Feb 2021. Trade-in customer support continue to tell ME to go to my local post office (despite me having already been countless times). Tracking down and delivering the parcel is Tradeinn's responsibility as I purchased including delivery. Shocking service and I now suspect fraud based on them failing to deliver within a reasonable time of notice of expected delivery (7th Dec 2020). I will never purchase from Tradeinn again!
Ordered boots for 120 EUR, but didn't pick them up, since they were sent back by the post company.
What happened:
1) The website had corrupted my account. Support claims "all good", please write a refund request from your account. They literally asked me 3 times to log into my account, even though I sent a video evidence of it being broken (could log in, but nothing worked inside).
2) They provided a false tracking number and later blamed me for not having extrasensory abilities, and not picking up the package nevertheless. Duh, dumb me.
3) Refund is slow and painful. Support is unfriendly and simply keeps trying to scam you. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal, so would have a backup to force-refund, even if TradeInn refuses.
After a little more than a month I finally got a refund. It also included shipping costs, which is good, as they didn't want to include it first. Overall it was quite an unpleasant experience, but at least it worked out well financially. Bought shoes on the other website, eventually. Luckily, wasn't it a hurry.
I placed an order in May '20 - as of writing this negative review (which I rarely do) I have still not received the goods I ordered and paid for. The goods never left the dispatch location and after a long time chasing I eventually signed a declaration stating that I hadn't received the goods. Still no refund and no response to communications. I really don't know if this is poor customer service, theft or pure incompetence.
All I can say is that for me this company has taken my money and not provided the goods. Make up your own mind.
I have tried the ODR process to enter into dialigoue (which is a waste of time because they need to want to enter the process for it to work) and I have started the Eurpoean Small Claims Process only to find that this will stop from 1st Jan 21 for obvious reasons.
I would seriously consider all the reviews you can find about this company and check your making the right decision before purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, they are highly unlikey to respond and correct as per their contractual obligations.
We placed an order with Trekkinn (one of Tradeinn's online stores) on 14 August 2020. The estimated delivery date was 1-7 September 2020. The parcel arrived on 21 December 2020. It took more than 4 months to get the order.
If you need your purchase anytime soon, we recommend you avoid their stores: Waveinn, Swiminn, Runnerinn etc.
I ordered wheels on Apr 23, they shipped on Apr 24, and had an estimated delivery date of May 5-8. Well, It's now July 24, yes 3 months later, and still no product. And it cleared customs on June 7, so in the US 1.5 months ago. Every time I've contacted them, they just say sorry, it's shipping to the US during COVID and we can't control shipping timing. That may be true, but shipping delays existed for a month before I ordered, so should have changed estimated shipping. Also, when I look at the same product, estimated shipping to my address using the same shipping option is 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received mine and they say I could receive in 1-2 weeks? They know that's false and very deceptive. I finally contacted usps and they told me to file an inquiry as it might be lost. But said international shipping law says the shipper must also file an inquiry. When I asked them to do that they said we're in touch with usps to make sure my package arrived, but said nothing about an inquiry. After 3 months I have filed a dispute of payment with my credit card company.
Total scam
I placed an order on 6 May. By end of June the tracking showed that it was ready for delivery. Then it showed that addressee was being contacted about delivery and delivery was unsuccessful. My phone number changed after the order was placed but even though I changed it on the TradeInn site it was not changed with order and they just went silent when I kept asking for help. Abominable service.
I ordered a watch that took two months to be delivered. Only to find that my box was empty. It weighed 0.150g when leaving Spain and still does - empty box plus bubble wrap = 0.150g. I sent pictures, emails etc. If they just read the weighbill they would know it was an empty box. I have had no response other then auto generated messages. There is no point in contacting their support system as there is NO support! Shocking. Wish I could give a zero star review as they dont even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give.
They dont put your housenumber on the packages they send, so the stuff nevers arrive to your home. The post office sends it back so the senders automatically and there is nothing you can do than contact the seller who dont answer question or communicate with you. What a waist of time and money. Im contacting paypal maybe they can solve this issue. I had to think twice before ordering frombthis site because the stuff they buy are way too cheap... Zero for these scammers from tradeinn.com. Stay Away! Check the reviews before you buy!
I purchased bike tires from one of Tradeinn's subsidiaries, Bikeinn. Order was placed 8 weeks ago and was supposed to arrive 6 weeks ago. Despite 5 requests from me for updates they have confirmed that they don't know where my package is, that they will not refund me my money, and the same Bull Sxxx robo-response they give all the other negative reviewers, "We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP. As soon as we have any information about this shipping issue, our Transport Department will contact you back. This should not take longer than 10 to 15 working days since we need to give some time to the Delivery Company to investigate your case."
If you read the other reviews, they range from outright fraud to false statements regarding availability, sending used and broken components, not refunding and even as far as employees stealing credit card info and using for purchases in Spain. I have a really hard time understanding why it takes 3 weeks to locate a lost package with their shipper, or that they refuse to refund, or at least send a follow-up package to a customer who has been charged for something they haven't received.
I am writing off the bike tires as a loss and have already purchased replacements from a LEGIT reliable supplier (Performance Bike) without issue. (arrived in 1 week!)
Save yourself some headache and don't use these clowns.
Of note, I just received yet another false promise from Bikeinn that my package is on the way. Checked the shipping tracking status: Now Shows EXPIRED. No update. More lies from these guys!
Placed an order early in March, great pricing, so I thought. Keep asking for order status until they canceled my order, after charging my credit card a month and a half ago. They rec'd product in stock the day they canceled and said they would not re-instate the order, nor place a new order at the promo pricing. So for $20 they decided to screw the customer. Arghhh.
Ordered running gear in October. Nothing arrived. They told me it was at customs. Was actually at the post office. No one was told to collect it. So it has been sent back to them. I mailed them about it. They said they would get back to me. No one has reverted to me. I ordered in October and still don't have my parcel. You cannot actually engage with one person to solve your problem. You just get generic emails which don't help at all. Stay away!
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
