I've ordered numerous bike parts from Tradeinn, all have been flawless. Top quality products with unbeatable prices, and excellent customer service if you need it. A couple times delivery has been a little longer, but that's their fault, more the delivery company, they filled the orders fast.
I have orderd ski helmet on 5th December, a month after still no helmet! Going skiing in two days and now I have no helmet! So sorry I havent check real reviews for this site
I got a defective product from them. It is a coffee machine that doesn't work. Tried to return it but customer service is useless. At the end, they gave me the link to the product's brand and suggested me to contact that brand directly. Don't buy from TradeINN
I ordered refurbished product, but they sent me the one that was used for YEARS and in a very poor condition. When I tried to contact Customer Service they did not even tried to listen to me.

I ordered many trekking clothes,they promised for 5th of december to be delivered but since 3rd of december i dont have any movement in my cargo and they say they dont know where is the package.no help from customer service at all
I have made an order on the 5/12 that was estimated to arrive between the 9/12 and 13/12. Today is the 13/12 and the order has not been dispatched or prepared yet (as reported on the system and on an email), and I have not received any notification of any delay. I have contacted the customer care asking to cancel the order and that was denied to me. I tried to understand more but they repeaditly either closed the chat or happily ignored me. Also there is not a number to contact them (or a reference email address)
The picture of the item was wrong but as it was the only shop where it said to be currently on stock i ordered it from there.
After a week wrote to support to find out that they even dont know if and when the item is available. Unreliable information.
Would only order fromhere if you donot care when and if the items are delivered.
I ordered a Lego set from them and in took weeks to arrive. The box and contents were crushed/damaged looked wet and they will not refund my money. They keep asking for information and I keep sending it with no resolution to this problem. They say I can pay to send it back for a refund but it has to be in original condition, un-damaged and unopened. It didn't arrive that way. Don't buy from them no matter how good the prices appear, not worth the aggravation.
Avoid this website! It's been almost a month since I placed my order and the tracking details show the item as still being 'in the shippers warehouse'. Customer service keep fobbing me off with standard 'you'll have it soon' responses. If you take the risk make sure to use paypal so you have someway of getting your money back!
Generic replies that lead nowhere! I have made an order on the 15th of October 2022, which remains in transit since then! (Order number CI*******NL).
I started contacting their customer support starting 12 of November 2022. I keep getting generic answers from different bots to break the trip of emails. No action had been taken and no useful information had been provided.
I even proposed to cancel the order which remains in transit since 23 October 2022 with the PostNL INTERNATIONAL (the system doesn't allow requesting a refund until items are delivered) get a refund and redo the order and ship it via DHL at my cost, they completely ignored it.
If TradeInn are to reply, I hope the answer will provide further details than to their generic answers to the remaining reviews
Don't buy anything from Tradeinn! I'm located in US, found their.com website with prices in USD. Bought a pair of Nike pants on Nov 6th 2022. Got a delivery date between Nov 10th to 15th 2022. Found out package was sent from Spain (?) And package did not move at all from Nov 9th until November 29th. I finally received my package on Dec 2nd. Unacceptable that they hide the fact that they are not a US based location and the package gets stuck in customs anywhere from 15-60 days which means that Tradeinn is very well aware of the fact that they can never deliver at the dates provided on their website when ordering. I am now trying to return my item (since I bought the pants at a legit site in the meantime) and they have the audacity to ask for a charge of $35 for a return label because remember, they're being sent back to Spain! What a scam of a company!
My order was for a 2021 Dia De Los Muertes Barbie doll. I received a 2022 Dia De Los Muertes doll which I already have. Disappointed and angry because now I have to go through all the trouble and expense of sorting it out. If this is corrected, I will post a good review.
I ordered lots of bike bits from various suppliers in mid October. Everything arrived promptly except stuff ordered from TradeInn, despite its promised delivery to me (I'm in Canada) by the end of October. It's now the end of November and goods haven't arrived, tracking doesn't tell me where they are and TradeInn's customers service just sends useless messages and won't process a refund.
I ordered an air hockey table. On the day it was estimated to arrive, I checked and it hadn't been shipped. When it did arrive, the whole side was cracked and the motor had fallen off the underneath of the table (it was basically held on with small nails and glue). The product was cheap cardboard. Customer service was terrible. After asking for photos of the product and packaging, they honed in on a small dent in the outer box and claimed they couldn't accept a return and issue a refund as the box was damaged and we shouldn't have accepted the shipment. It was the smallest of dents and there was no way we could have known the item was damaged without opening the box. This company and its shipping agent no doubt have insurance to cover this cost, but it's easier for them to put it onto the customer. Even if they had accepted the return, we would have had to pay to ship the item back to them ($600) and then order the item again and pay for another round of shipping, as they informed us they do not give exchanges. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service!
Bought a jacket that had an estimated delivery of between 3-5 days, I was leaving the country on day 7. Of course I get a message saying it will be delivered in 9 days. I email and call them straight away (the package had not left the country of origin). They don't cancel the package and instead email me responses that don't address the situation or my current problem. I even contact the shipping company (DHL) and ask if they can cancel the delivery and return to sender. They needed to contact the company as they would incur the return charge. No response. They even have a return policy which based on this experience I would not trust.
I did still get the correct jacket mind. Sat in the driveway and needed someone to come and pick it up. Awful experience.
I bought a printer for over 300 dollars with a dead power supply. I have been trying to get a hold of hp, but damn near impossible. This printer only has 3 months left on the warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! Broken crap comes out of Spain, What a joke. Spain obviously does not have the customer support of a U.S company. I will never again!

It's a scam don't fall for it! I bought a shoes last month and in the purchase screen was writing it would take 5 days to delivery. After two weeks of delay I sent them an email and they told me that could take between 15-30 days? Like what? If they haven't lied in the ad I would never had bought but ok, two days ago I received a text saying it was delivered but I didn't receive! I sent them emails again, I contact the store through the website and they don't answer me. They don't have any "I didn't receive the order" button in anywhere and sim starting to accept that was a scam. Be aware, don't buy in this company!
I bought a few products over the times off this site, mainly cycling and climbing equipment.
I come for the price and the products are always as advertised, plus the variety is incredible!
On the down side delivery could be cheaper and delivery times better.
Customer service - they answer within a day or two, but don't expect much from it:)
Bottomline I'll continue buying as long as the deal is good or no one else selling carrying that specific product.
I get this online order is very good service and Delivery is clear information. My shoes all come good packing and nice pretty. I will like to say tks to them and DHL. Give me a clear and protection. Really appreciate.
I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL!
And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked.
Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.
Answer: Very hard, all automated respsones. Customer service doesn't exsist.
Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
Answer: When I place order no receive. The company will help send the email for refund money
