I ordered 2 tracker watches. One was for me, the other a mother's day present. I paid online and I paid £3.95 delivery. It said estimated delivery sat 18th March so I thought it would arrive on time. When I looked at the tracking details the parcel is coming from the Netherlands so the delivery date they gave just couldn't have been realistic. It's now Thursday 23rd and still no sign of the delivery. It was a gift and it didn't arrive. Still waiting. Wouldn't buy again. Why not just be honest about where it's being dispatched from and the time for delivery? Never again
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! After purchasing, DON'T select the link for a small refund, you will be scammed, credit card charged with a false transaction, then your card needs to be blocked and replaced. Chat constantly breaks down so you have to repeat yourself over and over.
Questions are misinterpreted and/or not answered.
Website is misleading: it's not in Switzerland and not in CHF. Expect additional customs costs.
Items shown as in stock but have to be ordered from suppliers.
Delivery takes many weeks (still waiting), not the few days shown when placing the order.

I never received my product, and laposte, the deliverer company said they didn't deliver, but tradeinn don't want to refund me.
I'm trying directly a refund with PayPal, as tradeinn want to scam me.

Edit: my order is ******* and delivery number 6A*******262, but it's been 1 month and a half I'm with your support, I've transfered them the mail from laposte saying the didn't deliver and they still refuse to refund me. Next step if nothing changes is a police report

This company is a confirmed scam and they are thieves, beware if you want to shop here
I made a purchase on the 28th of December 2022 and supposed to get the package on the 16th of January. They canceled one of the items and I never got my reimbursement. They're changing the arrival date every week, now it's for the 4th of March. No one replies to my emails! This is very frustrating and doesn't look very professional. Please send me the order! This company is a scam! They keep making excuses, after speaking to the post office they don't use a courier company to save costs. They know the items ordered will never arrive in time or get lost. Quick to take your money but 3 months later, no delivery and no replies. 100% do not fall for their trap. Use another company at all costs. Their customer reviews on their website are clearly fake!
They sent me the wrong item, for which I paid import duty to Switzerland. This import charge is very unclear during the buying process.
The returns policy requires export to Spain (duty and return costs at the buyers expense). Again, not as advertised on the site.
Add to this an awful customer service, autogenerated responses and no acceptance of liability, putting the blame back on the consumer. I'm currently taking this up with consumer protection in Germany and Switzerland. I will report back here with updates.

I was ordering 2 jumperS on 15/01 and even it said sending in 2-3 days, they only started sending it 23/01 (!), it didnt arrive 25/01, the day I went abroad for a year. The parcel was returned to the company in Barcelona according to the shipping number! Still TradeInn makes problem in returning the money back!
Other jumper they could not send in the first place.
There have been more than 50emails and still not solved! Very poor unsatisfactory and a hassel/stress!

They offer a lot of products, but not always cheap. Good to see how much things cost over several webshop. A star less for the standard delivery is done by DPD and twice my goods were stolen by the driver of DPD. It was only later I saw one can chose for another dilivery company, like GLS or UPS. Too bad I already had two empty plastic bags in my mailbox.
I got sent an incorrect item. When I opened a case with them they said they sent the correct item. I reveiewed the description they now have for the item and they changed the wording. They are in the wrong and they wont give me a refund unless I pay for postage. I have the original email order with the original desription and they have done the wrong thing. Never trust them. I now have an item I dont want because they changed it.
I bought a jacket around 5 months ago but it was not delivered and they do not answer to my questions!
TRADEINN - Honest review
1 - For a site to be referenced first in a search engine, it is not free.
2 - Attractive prices but, only when you are really sure of your order, size, color, style.
3 - If the slightest problem occurs, on your side as on theirs, know that the current return costs and the difficulties encountered in the return package process will cost you money!
4 - So, study the products carefully, because the prices are not all equally attractive, depending on the size, color, etc...
5 - Take the normal delivery because the others means of delivery will not be refunded to you in addition to the return costs.
6 - Search the Texts of European Consumer Law; E-commerce, in case you need it with them, but keep in mind that, regardless, it will cost you money in case of return, even if it is not your fault!
7 - There are also good deals with the competition, use product codes, references and even other search engines, favoring free delivery/return, it's always better! Happy shopping.

I ordered new bike carbon wheels. The product is OK, the delivery time was in accordance with the stated deadline.
But...
Be careful when ordering anything on invoice as an EU company. Shop doesn't calculate a net price - so you have to pay a gross amount. You then receive a VAT refund, but the amount is calculated by their finance department to your detriment.
They have given me too little money, they have not been able to answer my questions clearly for over a week. The customer service is tragic. Respond, but avoid clearly answering straightforward questions - such as how they calculated the amount to be reimbursed. I advise against!
I feel cheated!
I bought a pair of climbing shoes on Tradeinn in August. The website provides an estimated arrival time of a week, however the item took one month to be delivered. It caused significant inconvenience to me as I was moving houses. Secondly, I returned my item to the directed address from tradeinn however the company rejected the delivery and I never got my refund.

Box arrived after 2 months! Some goods were missing, some were damp and stinking from water. Motradinn refused to take responsiblity! First claiming I sent the claim too late (I did it immidately after opening) then claiming I should have seen the box is not in its orignial tape (how should I know what is the orignal tape look like?). Total dissapointment, will try legal actions against them.
I had ordered a package over a month ago And the expected the delivery date to be relatively within what the site predicted. It was getting to the point where it has been weeks and weeks past the expected date and now has been well over a month. I still have not received my package nor has it been delivered. The site keeps saying it's on its way but the tracking info has not been updated in a month and has not even crossed the boarder into my country yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present… and now that I want a refund they won't respond to me. I don't recommend this site to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money. I have never had a problem like this with any other website in my life. For all I know know it could be a scam or rip off.
One star because the snowboard that I ordered from tradeinn.com was delivered scratched and from the way it was packed I can see that it was already scratched at the warehouse where it was sent from -it looks like someone had used a boxcutter and had taped it with the same packaging tape. When I contacted the customer service about this, they emailed me back about delivery times and nothing about the actual issue why I contacted them. I won't be using tradeinn.com ever again and writing this for other customers to think carefully if they want to buy anything from this website.
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
