I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it's ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.
Worst experience for online shopping I have ever had!
Expected delivery never happened, no human contact for understanding return or delivery 4 months later still no product and no refund! Would never ever use this or any company affiliated with this company

Soy de Colombia. Compré un par de chaquetas deportivas. Sin que yo lo supiera los tiempos de entrega resultaron absurdamente demorados. Se hace el reclamo y empiezan a culpar a la aduana o incluso al mismo comprador. El seguimiento de paquetes no lo actualizan diariamente y pueden pasar días y días y el comprador no sabe dónde está su paquete. La empresa de mensajería 4-72 con la que Tradeinn trabaja, de una forma cínica informa que "el paquete no fue cargado y se entregará con demora" y pasan días y días y no dan razón alguna de qué pasó con la encomienda. No compren en esa empresa TRADEINN y sus filiales, si pueden demanden penalmente a esta empresa por malas prácticas comerciales.
2 month after I ordered I still havent got my package.
1,5 month ago tradeinn said they would handle it in 10-15 days.
Today I got a mail they will hadle it "as soon as possible"...
Still waiting for my order to arrive. Had I known that my Rider flip flops were coming from SPAIN I never would have ordered. Now they showed up in the Netherlands. WTH? I am about to dispute the charge with AmEx. Beware! Latest shipping update was a week ago.
Worst company ever. They're A SCAM! I received a jacket after one month. I sent it back and I had to pay over 25 euros because they don't take in charge. The worst part is they didn't accept my return. Now, I'm without the jacket and lost 100 euros! It's impossible to reach their customer care service so TO AVOID AT ANY COST!
This company is a fake - they sell off-market products without any support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I foolishly didn't bother reviewing this company's reputation before ordering. They kept the money and never shipped the item I ordered. There is no customer service either. They trust that people don't bother to escalate their complaints, many other customers report similar experiences
I ordered a motorcycle helmet, and on the day when it was supposed to be delivered, they informed me that they put the order on hold because it is actually not in stock. Although it still appears on the website that it is.
Be careful what you order from them because they are not serious at all.

Didnt get order cause thay Put not properly delivery sticker to package.and i got absolutely different package. I contact them immediately via email (they dont Have any call number) And also i contacted delivery company. And at they end they reject it And delivery company told.me.that complains should do store. So dont buy anything from that store.if will.be problem wiith delivery they dont care Now i dont Have no money back And no item. I am from czech republic and i think.that store Is in spain..
I ordered an item that never arrived (it has now been almost 4 months). I contacted TradeInn (TrekInn) and their response was pathetic, no concern for my situation, no care for customer service. I paid using PayPal who stepped in to arbitrate but my enquiry expired. Nothing from TradeInn.

Order a pair of New Balance Numeric 440 Hi Trainers on the 16th of April, received on the 26th of April. I bought the pair of shoes before seeing all the negative reviews left online. Was relieved when I received my pair of shoes. Shoebox was not in pristine condition but I don't expect them to be as long as it does it job of protecting the shoes. Shoes are great. Love them. One small error Trade Inn made when they listed the product was listing the colour as black / white under the dropdown size selection. The shoes I received are of the same colour as the photos on the website.
Total scam. First, my shipment was delayed by nearly 2 weeks, even though according to their website the items were in stock. Then they finally sent the items, but the shipment itself was cancelled and the items were returned to their warehouse without my knowledge and approval. I still don't know what was the reason of the shipment being cancelled. I'm still waiting to get my money back. Customer service responds with automated replies and says things that make no sense.
Avoid at all cost. I should have read the reviews earlier.

They advertise easy returns but fail to say it will be very expensive as you are shipping internationally. Expect to pay 20% of the value of your item to get it back to them. No accountability for poor product description or incorrect labelling. I will never buy from them again even if it's cheaper, any returns will make it way more expensive than buying locally. Shocking customer service.
Placed an order in December, didn't arrived in the US for 30 days then got lost in customs. Have been in touch with their customer support team for 2 months and have never been offered a refund or compensation of any kind. I will never place another order with this company.
I bought a hoodie and a bike bag from BikeInn with no issue. Three months later, 5 separate charges (~$400 worth) for women's size 8 shoes appeared on my Paypal (I'm a men's size 11). I DID NOT ORDER THESE SHOES. I managed to stop 3 orders before they shipped, but 2 made it to my house. They refuse to refund or generate a return label. Paypal is resolving it, but in the mean time, avoid TradeInn or any of their subsidiary sites if you don't want them fraudulently charging a bunch of stuff to your card.
We bought a pair of ice skating boots from Tradeinn. They claimed it was refurbished, but when we receive our item, the metal blade on the other shoe was broken. And they refuse to accept our refund request, even though they have a 30-day return policy. This feels like being scammed, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Spread the word.
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.
Answer: Very hard, all automated respsones. Customer service doesn't exsist.
Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
Answer: When I place order no receive. The company will help send the email for refund money
