If an ordered item hasn't been delivered to TradeInn warehouse in 1-2 days after placing the order - just simply forget about it.

You will never get any clarity on delivery dates.

You will never get any support from Service Desk - only formal automated replies.

Another type of issue: they can simply remove an item from your parcel. Yes, they will refund it, but you won't get any notification prior to the shipment.

If you will get so lucky to file a claim (currently they removed claim form from web version and disabled claim processing in mobile app - Forbidden 403), they will send you promo code for discount - in my case it was 5%. Surprise - discount won't be applicable to vast majority of the items.

Summing up: there are a lot of places in the Internet where you can get better prices, but I've never seen such awful service, which drives you mad so deeply.

See below their response to me regarding missing the shipping date they provided before I left on my scuba trip. I even asked them to cancel the order before they dispatched it when it became apparent that the order would not be delivered in time to meet my needs (which actually had 1/2 a week of flex vs even the latest delivery date they provided).
The return costs & import duties paid will total >50% of the order value. All lost money to me just because this is an e-commerce store can't manage its inventory properly & is OK with telling consumers they have the product in stock when they actually do not & therefore will take much longer to get to them than they claim.

Avoid these guys & just use amazon.

Return shipping is insane

The product cost me $83 and they want $52 to ship it back because I got the wrong size. Also I tried filing a support ticket to ask them about what was wrong with that and their response made no sense at all. Avoid buying from them.

We ordered goods from this store at the beginning of November, a week later, the goods, according to tracking, are still in the warehouse and were never delivered to us, the support says that the goods will be supplied within 5 days, then they said - a week, in total there are no goods money, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, EVER, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!

Ordered 2 pairs size 6Y sandals. Received both pairs but one pair is the wrong size. Only solution offered was to give refund for the incorrect size sandal but the extra shipping fee charged for the 2nd pair was not refunded.
But I need 2 pairs, to get the 2nd pair I will have to make a new purchase and pay full shipping fee. This will set me back close to $20. Given their track record getting the wrong product again is very high and then I will lose more money.
Even after numerous email exchanges, chat, phone calls they stick to their ridiculous scripted policy and refused to send the replacement even though it is their mistake. Request to speak/contact with a manager was flat out rejected. The phone calls caused me another $15.
At this point, I just have to cut my loss and never deal with this company again.

Shocking for returns!

Ordered a coat. £9 delivery - arrived 3 days later. The sizing guide advised I order a size L. When I tried it on, it was huge. Cost £12 to send back via Tradeinn (post office) - 4 weeks later I get a refund minus £9! So ordering a £139 coat left me £30 down. Disgraceful

A encomenda demorou quase dois meses a ser enviada, por falta de artigos que estavam em stock no momento da encomenda, tendo sido adiada por diversas vezes.
No final foi-me enviada a encomenda sem os artigos em causa, tendo-me sido devolvido o dinheiro sem sequer ser questionado.
Após contactar várias vezes o serviço de apoio demonstraram um péssimo serviço ao cliente, bem como falta de soluções...

Total scam. I ordered hats and gloves in july. Package was delivered but one pair of mechanix gloves were missing. No documentation inside delivery on items or anything. So I contacted the service and made a report. The support forum is behind customer login and no correspondence is sent to Email to notify any reply. So the emailing went back and forth till september. Then they started to request photos of the deliverybox. That I didn't have anymore. Not a word off photos of the box before sept. But then they closed the support on my order with the answer that I didn't supply a photo of the deliverybox within 48hrs in september 26th to 28th. Days I didn't know were crucial all of a sudden. So since I hadn't provided photos of a deliverybox. And since it was over two months since delivery and I didn't keep the box. I was not obliged to get any more help. I guess the support was tired of my tenacity on getting my missing gloves ($35.) So customer service made up a rediculous rule that I didn't provide any photo within a then set time frame. Tradeinn.com and the departments are a SCAM if you ask me. They scammed me for $35. And the customer support is just deplorable. DO NOT SHOP WITH tradeinn.com

Never received my goosa

I ordered a pair of gloves from Runnerinn on the 06/06/2023 and till this day 16/10/2023 never received my goods. I have send numerous emails to their support team and they can say is that they are investigating the matter. I have asked for a refund and till this day nothing. These guys are out here taking people's money. Please do not and I mean do not buy or purchase anything from them!

Don't be tempted by this shady company's low prices. It's OK to buy from them only if you are 100% sure you won't ever need to deal with returns or exchanges.
Returning items comes with unexpected costs - you have to pay an exorbitant fee just to get the the return label—20 EUR in my case for a unpacked wetsuit return! Not mentioning shipping costs, which is OK unless it's a case with a defective item.
But if it happens that the product is defective, they blame you (in my case I received the matt which came with already deteriorating material) and close the case. Without a possibility to reopen the case.
Their product review system is a gimmick - they publish ONLY positive reviews, none of mine were published, just wasted a time writing them. Product description is often very general and lacks essential details. Don't expect to get any info by writing them - they never replied.
Their customer service is abysmal—they communicate through WhatsApp bot, responses in Spanish.
Without exaggeration - the worst online shopping experience of my life.
They're a fraudulent company that preys on those who don't read their policies.
You have been warned!

I think TradeInn is getting a bad rap!

I was very skeptical about ordering from TradeInn Due to the horrible reviews! Glad I didn't listen to any of them. They have been very reliable on all of my orders (5). Some have taken longer than others but understandable in each case. Customer service has been top notch - always getting back with me immediately on any questions. Would I recommend TradeInn - Hell Yes! Will I continue ordering from them - ABSOLUTELY! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Frustrating

I ordered a Burley stroller kit for my trailer bike. I did not realise that I was ordering it from a company in Spain or else I would never have proceeded with my purchase However I did and when it finally arrived - instead or the two wheels that I was expecting - there was only one in the box. A huge disappointment for me as I was them on my new trailer. I contacted the web chat and was advised to put in a return - on looking at the instructions it said that I had to pay for postage and it was my responsibility to ensure that they arrived safely. I then contacted web. Chat again to say that this was not fair as I had not made the mistake. I received a communication from the returns department advising me that they check their orders and assured me that two wheels had been sent had I checked the package? Could it have been tampered with or lost in transit? Have the seal been broken and if so I should never have accepted it. I was out when the package arrived, and as everything seemed okay, I opened it. I need to find that the product box had been damaged. I have only started on my journey of trying to get the other wheel sent to me or a full refund and I'm getting rather frustrated. My next call will be my bank to advise them of the shocking service that I am receiving from this company, who are it seems to me putting the blame at my feet. What am I to gain? All I want is the product that I ordered and paid for? My advice pay a bit more go to a reputable company.

Awful customer service

Would give zero stars if so could. Ordered via Amazon. Returned using prepaid Amazon returns label 2nd Feb 2023. TradeInn say I didn't. Parcel lost by evri. TradeInn won't help. Apparently "I" lost the parcel & have to insist Evri find it & return it to me & they cannot help! Still waiting on a £122 refund

Paypal UK won't help as I have already returned the items.

You will be very disappointment!

I've always been very wary when it comes to online shopping but somehow suspect that I may have been scammed!
I placed an order on the 17/08/23 – paid in full incl the delivery fee. The delivery was supposed to have been done between the 29th Aug'23 & 5th Oct'23 it's the 29th Sep'23 and I have not received my order?
When going into the app it shows that my order is shipped but when I try track my order it keeps saying Unfortunately,no information was found for this delivery …seriously!
I have sent numerous mails and there last e mail runaround response was, and I quote…
"Dear customer,
Thank you very much for contacting us.
We confirm the status of your order **(*******)**:
You must take into account that the same is under review by customs at the time of arrival in the country of origin, this time is beyond the reach of our hands, so we appreciate your kind patience, if you want more information you can contact Customs in your country and check the delivery times.
Also to inform you that as long as the package does not leave customs you will not have any update on the page of the post office of your country, this is very normal and you should not worry.
If you have any further questions, you can visit our Support Center or contact us directly through 'My Account'.

Guys,

My name is Benson, from Hong Kong and recently purchased a Burton snowboard bag, legging from Snowinn. I got a few points to share and hopefully you guys would have confidence buying from them.

1) Excellent customer service. They are very responsive on email, usually will reply within a day and very helpful.
2) Excellent refund system. I was having two more socks in my cart. However, due to stock delay and not able to arrive at warehouse, I have to refund the socks so my bag and leggings can be proceeded im delivery. Just simple click refund on the web and I got the money within a week. This is all advised by the customer service on email.
3) Although there was some delay receiving the goods, it is totally acceptable to me. Its only one week delay. During the time, I chased the delivery and customer service replied me and providing update within a day.

I really dont know why there are so many negative comments, my guess is some competitiors are being doggy and open many accounts to leave bad comments so people wont buy from tradeinn. There was a time I was very worried too because of the negative comments. I thought im gonna lose the money...

Anyway, I am new to snowboard and been buying stuff online. I strongly recommend tradeinn, price is good, customer service is responsive, delivery cost is extremely low too, it only charged me $20 usd for the huge snowboard wheelie bag. I am still happy if they even delay further and further.

I am legit, not someone hired by tradeinn. I hope you guys find this comment useful and be confident in buying stuff from tradeinn. Thanks
