Ik heb een nieuwe hengel gekocht van colmic de Carp speed4.0 11,50m. Normaal een tophengel Na mijn 1e vis is de hengel gebroken op mijn 2e deel vooraan op het stuk. Als het breekt door een vis breekt het deel van de hengel in het midden en niet 20cm van het begin. Ook was de hengel niet deftig ingepakt. Enkel in een kartonnen doos en zonder bescherming. Koop NOOIT via tradeinn. Heb je toch problemen met hen is er een juridische dienst in belgie die zo zaken proberen op te lossen voor u. Schandalig dat zo iets nog kan gebeuren!
Problem with every order. Late delivery every time. Bad packaging staff broke and their assistance is pathetically useless.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes - both 10.5 - the third pair they send is 10 and they blame me - I never ordered a size 10 - makes no sense - then they say I have to pay nearly the price of the shoes to return them. Go elsewhere
I have been a TradeInn customer for many years. Always good products and prices. But in recent years their stock management has become diabolical. My last three orders, all items showed they were in stock when I ordered and paid, and then after your money is taken you get notified that half the items are out of stock long-lead items, and some they just don't even sell anymore, which was frustrating (although refunded). Now, my latest order, a significant amount of cycling gear that was ordered as Christmas presents went missing, confirmed by the shipping tracker, on 17 Dec 2023. I requested a refund or replacement, and was told that it,was 'on the way, be patient'. I have been chasing them continuously now for SIX MONTHS, and just continue to get the same inane reply. You can only contact them by e-mail, and the response is either automated or operated by morons. Today, seven months after purchase, they merely updated the status to "delivered". No delivery, no refund, no communication. Do not use this company, yes, you may make savings if you get your order, but if you don't receive it, you have lost your money.
Bought some swimrun shoes at close to £80 from runnerinn having used other tradeinn platforms previously without issue. Postage was £5.99. I ordered the size I always order, but on this occasion, this particular brand - which is not a mainstream brand - was not true to size, meaning I would need the size below (through no fault of my own). When I looked into returning them and getting them exchanged, it turns out I'd have to pay over £11 for the return postage, and then another £5.99 for postage on the new pair. So over £23 in postage just for one pair of shoes. This isn't acceptable. It's not like I ordered the wrong size - the sizing of the shoe is just incorrect. I contacted tradeinn and they didn't seem to care or take my point on board - they just said they sent the right size, completely ignoring the point I made, hence this review. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. They'll need to resolve this issuemore professionally to win back my trust.

I've ordered shoes for hiking. No delivery and no refund since 2 months. Worst service I have ever seen.
-Order made on May 5th, package not received, it was returned to sender.
-22 days after still no refund
-Communication with support does not result in any answers, generic emails only, communication not professional
-Would not recommend to anybody
Don't order from this company, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Totally unhelpful, slow to come back to me and refusing to accept their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item and they are refusing to pay the postage return and are asking me to cover the £11.00 to return an item I did not even order. Avoid at all costs
Please don't not use this company they steel your money, all the reviews are ture! You make a order and they take your money and the item isn't even in stock! Then say it will take weeks for your refund! They even try to scare you if you contact them it will just take longer for you to get your refund NOT JOKING! The item I was trying to buy is a fluval FX4 external filter £212.35. And if you look up there website they still have it up for sale online! Please don't buy from them they are a fake company stealing your hard earned money! Worst company on this planet! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BRICOINN THEY USE DIFFERENT NAMES TOO! THEY ALL END WITH INN! AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!
The worst trader ever. Customer service ignores issues and doesn't provide a refund.
Make sure you don't order from them at least you want to donate your money to Tradeinn. You won't be able to resolve any issues with customer service.

Very upset with this company. They have taken our money, not delivered our goods, and refused to refund us, or even reply to our messages.
It is so stressful and unfair dealing with this company. I wish I had read other reviews before spending hundreds of euros on sports items. It seems they take many customers' money and simply never deliver the goods. Even if you take their insurance, the insurance company won't reimburse you and just tell you to get the money back from TradeInn. What was the point in paying extra for insurance then?
I can't believe that this company can get away with robbing from so many people and be allowed to keep operating.
I have had to ask friends in Spain to file a police report to try to recover my money, but it is not easy. Does anyone know how we can recover our money using legal recourse if necessary? Any help would be greatly appreciated. STAY AWAY from them for the sake of your own wallet!

What did go wrong, everything... first dpd have received a damaged parcel.
Tradeinn doesn`t do anything to trace the parcel, it is there responsibility.
Tradeinn does answer with the same standard answers.

Order was don at 30-03-2024 till now no parcel.
And tradeinn doesn't dop anything for there costumers.

First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc.
In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its 'mistakes', or simply refund the amount stolen.
Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called 'lost products', and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company 'lose' your products.
It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers' money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money.
I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour.
DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online.

I bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy "Route Shipping protection" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible?
I purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back.
I also requested for a return and refund but they never responded
I can't believe that a company this big would provide such poor customer service to avoid responsibility for an $80 fishing rod?
Of course I paid for a new product, but if they accidentally send damaged one to customer, shouldn't they allow the customer to return it and get refund?
FYI - They said in a previous reply that they were proceed on a refund but they were lying, not a single dollar was refunded.

Do not buy from any of the sub-companies of this outlet. It is a fraud. They will take your money and never ship anything out. They will also stall every attempt to get your money back. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Their low prices are pointless if you never get the item.
Bought a mobile from CDON, wrong product delivered, I returned, the seller who is Tradeinn refuses to refund, claims that the wrong mobile was returned, as a customer I am out of money, have paid for a mobile but was left without one! Cheated.
CDON is completely without responsibility, they refers to Tradeinn!
I purchased an item in August 2023. You sent the wrong item and I therefore returned with proof of return. I am 6 months down the line and still not been refunded for an expensive purchase of a wrong item you sent me.
I ordered a motorcycle windshield. The GIVI AF260. After days of back and forth I was given the option of a partial refund or return what was shipped. I'm assuming their error put my ethics in question. This is one of the most frustrating interactions regarding a purchase I can recall. I would never order from this company again. I'm sure they are good people trying to do a good job, but they, or customer service, failed to recover my experience. Never ever again will they have that opportunity. 3 months I have been waiting for my purchase on the 11th December. Shocking customer service. Non existent. No refund. No money back. Just texting back and forward with 'Bots' so that eventually you will give up hope. Bad company policy. Could be a scam. Cannot be trusted.
I bought a sneaker as a gift on 01/13, the sneaker was not delivered. Customer support via WhatsApp does not work. They said my money would be refunded and today is 02/17, more than a month and I have neither the merchandise nor the money back. They should feel ashamed treating a customer this way. It's 105CHF, if they do this with many customers it will be as profitable as for a bank.
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
