The problem i had was the delay in delivery. I ordered on 16 September for nephew birthday for 21 September but he received it today 08 October. He absolutely loves it. I think something should be done about their responses. Whoever responds is not professional at all. Is definately killing the business. A little more attention to customer service and delivery will do wonders for the company.

Fake kits... Ordered a liverpool one didn't receive it for a month and turned up clearly fake badly seamed and printing was coming of after first wash complete waste of money! Stay away from here

Having placed an order with them for a Kids Barcelona strip without any personalisation on 22/08/2013, I would have expected a relatively quick shipment, however despite payment being taken on the day of the order it is still showing as processibg 11 days later, and When I try to obtain a dispatch date I just get the same old pre- prepared responce, I now feel that I can kiss goodbye to my money as I feel getting my money back will be as hard as getting the goods if not as impossible. Learn by my mistake give them a wide berth pay a little more and buy locally, it will be a lot less hastle and at least you will have something to show for your money.

I paid for my "GENUINE" Man Utd top on 16.07.2013 and the money was taken off my credit card on the same day. The order wasnt "processed" for over a week then it was "packed" on the 25.07.2013 then allegedly shipped out to me on the 26.07.2013. Up until today i still have not received my shirt and after being told by them that it has been lost by German Customs whom i contacted and they told me they have not even received a package from these robbing bXXXXrds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will not even reply to my emails now and i cannot get my money back or a replacement shirt. THIS IS A SCAM... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING and spread the word.
Ordered chelsea top on the 17/7/13 must admit did not read the reviews before hand but the the top arrived 6/8/13 and does look great so dont know what all the fuss is about with this company its good quality and fit great.

They originally advertised 'official football merchandise' is sold. But after waiting over a month for the 13/14 Chelsea strip it arrived and was clearly a fake.
I received abusive emails from the owner. Apparently I am stupid for thinking I could get a genuine shirt for £29.99 and should have known they would be fakes.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I lost £59.99 on cheap crap!

I ordered the Barcelona kit for my son's birthday. It arrived this morning and he is absolutely thrilled with it. It looks really good and was definitely worth the money - £23.99 I think for the shorts and kit top. I would say that if you put in an order make sure you do it in plenty of time. I ordered mine on the 4th and it arrived today (21st) which meant it missed my son's birthday. However... it wasn't the end of the world and he's really delighted with it. I would highly recommend - the customer service is great too. I emailed a few times with queries and they replied immediately.
Bought a kids kit from TotalSports due to the price advertised and the free shirt printing they offered. I looked at some reviews about the site after I purchased and was a little worried due to the comments 1 or 2 people have made about orders not arriving, but the kit arrived today. My son will love it!
I bought 2 kids kits from totalsportsshop.com. Delivery was the quickest I have had but the kits were good and my kids loved them. Dont use if you need next day delivery, but if you don't mind waiting for a week then I would recommend.
This website is a con. They don't send you your stuff and then don't reply to you when you ask for your money back. They do reply if you pretend to be a new customer though. I don't believe anyone has got anything from them - it's probably them trying to pretend to be a customer.
This company is a complete scam, Internet search engines have been made aware. They take your money and font send you any goods. Total scam, u should see the emails I received when seeking a refund!
