Ordered football kit in early December and still no sign of it. When I e mailed to ask when my son's kit would arrive as I had bought it as a Christmas present the reply was both rude, unhelpful and defensive. As with everyone else I have waited over a month and don't hold out any hope of receiving anything. They have flatly refused to refund me DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish I had seen this site earlier! All the good reviews are obviously fake just like their kits!

Total sports shop are fraudulent yank scum.

Do NOT use them at any time, they are small time nobodies, stick to people who know how to behave and treat customers properly.

DO NOT USE this company, ordered a football kit, took over a month to arrive, when it did it was fake and of poor quality, when I emailed to complain I was rudely told that 'the price reflects that and I should have know'! Having a young son and being new to all this football kit stuff how the hell was I to know. I returned it track and trace via Royal Mail (£9.00) in November, they received and signed for it at the beginning of December - guess what, no refund! I have emailed twice asking for my refund - guess what, no reply! All too quick to rudely tell me I should have known it's counterfeit and now all quiet on the refund! These 'humans' make money off the back of children and parents on a budget! I eventually found a really good kit for CHEAPER in Sports Direct. Should have gone there first! Thanks TotalSports!

This is both a review and an update on a previous review.
I actually (no seriously) received a 'kit' from this company that i had purchased for Christmas for my son. It arrived on Jan 14th 2015, but it did actually arrive.
This was the 2nd one they sent as I harassed and harangued them over the 1st one not appearing ever.
Anyway that's beside the point. The point is that after 2 washes the whole kit is falling apart, all of the logos are peeling off, threads are coming undone, its a joke.
The Liverpool sponsor now reads 'andard artered' instead of Standard Chartered.
A Blind Paraplegic with no arms, legs or head would have done a far superior job than these jokers. ( I have attached images)!
I have emailed them for a refund, I am not holding my breath but i will be reporting them to Trading Standards, Consumer affairs, watchdog and placing it as Fraud on my Credit card to reclaim the costs.
This is a warning to all others - never ever ever use this company!

I ordered Liverpool and Real Madrid football kits for my sons from total sports shop on the 13th November 2014. It is now 24 December and these items have still not arrived.
Initial delivery date was 29 November, when Items failed to arrive, I was then requested to allow 1 month from order date!
Still no delivery and total sports have stopped replying to my emails!
I have requested contact details for them as well as their courier. They have provided nothing!

I ordered a real Madrid top on 9th November still no sign now on 20th December. When i informed them i would notify my credit card company of not receiving goods i was threatened with costs even though delivery time had past. Would not use again. I have a son who has not got his birthday present yet for beginning of December.

Shocking service, ordered kits for boys christmas on 9th december find out today 20th they wont arrive before christmas. Useless customer service also. Advise against using save yourself the time and hassle!

FAKE COUNTERFEIT GOODS - STREET MARKET STANDARD. Buyers beware, this site sells Fake replica kits. They do not state this clearly enough on their website, but do state it in the 'small print'. I wish I'd seen this review site before I wasted £36. They are arrogant and defensive to deal with if you complain.

Item was as advertised and arrived much sooner than I had anticipated. It was a very good experience and I would definitely do business with you in the future. I recommend this seller to all.

I would like to comment on the quality of the goods but they have failed to arrive.
There customer service is less than helpful and I dont hold up much hope of receiving a refund.
Like the saying goes if something looks too good to be true it probably is.

The website is selling very poor quality counterfeit kits. No refund issued after I complained. I am sure that the positive reviews on here are written by employees. Avoid.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a football shirt on 8th June for Fathers Day after being advised this wouldnt be here in time I cancelled my order. I was made aware I would have to pay £8 to cancel this, ok not ideal but nothing I can do about that. Now after LOADS of emails it's the 10th of September and still no refund! No one answers my emails and I'm £40 down... Avoid this website the service is rubbish. I now have to go to the extra effort of involving my credit card company to fight to get my money back.
